There was makeup everywhere on the counters and the office was very messy. In the consultation the clinician did not pull my file from the Dermatology Center where I am a patient but made incorrect guesses about what medication I am taking when I said I was unsure of their names. She also directly contradicted my doctor's advice by recommended things that he SPECIFICALLY told me not to do, and said "that's what I have to do if I want results for my acne." On top of all of this, there is no privacy in the office and I could hear the entire conversation of the patient that went before me as I sat in the waiting room. I will stick with my doctor at the Dermatology and Laser center, but will not be returning to the Skin Wellness Center. Really unprofessional. I have no idea why this is affiliated with the Dermatology Center.

The Walgreens app said they would have it filled by 3:30. My husband went over around 4:30 for me and the girl at the pharmacy register said they couldn't fill it until Monday! My husband asked the girl if another Walgreens could do it today as the PA said I needed them. All his questions got the other pharmacist to say they did have the meds and could fill it within 15 minutes! Why lie and say you can't until Monday?
