I also booked a pedicure as I needed my feet pampered from a good ski season. I was pleased with both services. I have had plenty of pedicures and this one was ok. The stylist was running about 15 minutes late when I got there on time, but did not realize she had another client that was taking a substantial amount of time to bleach out some old color and then to apply new color. Needless to say, a color and cut took over 3 1/2 hours! It would have been appreciated if there was an "I'm sorry for running behind", but there was no acknowledgement of how late she was running. Very disappointed in the cut which was not tapered nor short enough. The color was ok, nothing that can't be fixed somewhere else. I'll probably find a salon now, rather than waiting when another color is needed to get the hair cut I wish I had received. I had a feeling when I walked in and wasn't greeted that I wouldn't be happy. Wish I listened to that feeling!
