Important sales persons came into the salon to sale products , so she was running back and forth between my Mom and them , as she removed my Mothers perm rollers her hair broke off . I made the mistake of bringing Mom there, I put my full trust in this woman . Mom wanted her money refunded and she wouldn't give it back , I paid in advance as a present to her. My only criticism is she's very hard to get in touch with. It takes days or even a week or more to nail down an appointment with her. It's a shame because I love going to her.
