Needed a manicure for a model job and I wasn't impressed with any of the other business on yelp that I could see. I actually use to get hair cuts here when my grandma worked so when the business popped up I decided to come here no second guessing. I also booked a pedicure as I needed my feet pampered from a good ski season. I was pleased with both services. I have had plenty of pedicures and this one was ok. Water could have been hotter and certainly could have used a stronger foot massage. The chair was comfortable though. Manicure met my needs. Clean hands and nails. I work a warehouse jobs to they can get beat up so was nice to get them pampered. It's a nice place. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Excellent hair care for conditioning, coloring, and cutting services. Carla is my hair stylist, and she is fabulous. My hair is shoulder length, and I get my hair foiled and permed, which saves time from using a curling iron. I also get my lashes permed and tinted, which saves time from using an eyelash curler. The salon is well-designed, the atmosphere is professional, and the check-in /out staff are friendly. read more

I've been going to this salon for the last 7 years. Pam is the best stylist I've ever had! Her attention to detail is amazing. I have fine, thinning hair that she makes look like a full head! As a colorist, she pays much attention to exactly what the customer is looking for. Always patient and very pleasant. I can't recommend her highly enough! read more

My hair looked and felt FANTASTIC after my appointment! I was impressed by the results of my haircut, which was exactly what I was looking for and my stylist did so well when I showed her my reference photos! The location and facilities were also nice. Take it from someone who has been with this business for 10 years, since they were on Allen St; you won't be dissapointed. The stylists are very attentive and listen to your needs. They even double check before cutting and I've had 10 - 11 inches taken off at a time. I can't attest for the nail or makeup services as I've never had them. But as far as the hair services go ask for Lee or Kristy. They're my go-to-gals. read more

I was a longtime customer who sadly had to move on. Stylist just did not care anymore and after finding a new salon, not so sure she ever knew what to do with my natural curly hair. My last visit there, I was given a towel to dry my hair with and had to finish with my car heater. She said she didn't have time to blow dry it when all I wanted was just some quick heat to let it air dry. read more

The salon looks very nice and the staff is ok but the prices are really ridiculous. They probably forget that they are located in Springfield, not on 5th avenue! I have a short bob and my hair is very straight and not thick at all. They were charging me $160 (excluding tip) for haircut and highlight. I now go to Spruce Salon in Chicopee and receive the exact same quality service for 40% cheaper. read more

I received a letter for a free cut or color and figured I'd give this salon a try. I had heard the name and thought they had a good reputation. I came in with shoulder length hair and left with a short, choppy hack job. Rebekah the stylist was told from the start that I did NOT want short hair and that I didn't want so many layers that my fine hair would look fly away. The owner Maria tried to fix it and although it doesn't look quite as heinous it's still pretty bad. It'll probably take a year to look better. The owner offered my free highlights to make up for it. She also tried to make it seem like it was a communication issue. Do NOT go here!!!!!!!! I will make an appointment at Visual Changes in East Longmeadow to try to fix this HORRIBLE haircut. I have never left a bad review like this before, but I am so upset that I just don't know what to do!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY REBEKAH, LIKE THE PLAGUE. Lee is the best! She did a absolutely amazing job on my cut & color. I had brown hair & wanted to go red ( which I've never done before) Lee took the time to listen to all my thoughts & concerns & with her expertise & knowledge she picked a perfect color. Everywhere I go I have have people compliment my color & ask where I get my hair done. Thanks to Lee I feel like a brand new person! The salon itself very clean, fresh & contemporary & the prices are very reasonable. Everyone at the salon was very welcoming & professional. I went in for a haircut of the layers of my long, wavy hair. When I came out, I was in shock. Maria, the owner, cut about 6 inches from the length and completely *butchered* my hair. I thought going to the owner would equal experience and expertise, but I was mistaken. She didn't listen to me at all. I had to go to another hair salon to try and fix it and that stylist told me it was cut very unevenly. She told me not to worry: my hair will grow out--in SIX MONTHS!!! NEVER will I return to this salon. read more

Maria is amazing! I got the best hair consultation from her! She really spent the time to talk to me and looked at my hair. She gave me some recommendations, but did not push products on me. I got the exact style I wanted. The salon is beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. I already got a 20% coupon for next time. I have been in the area for 5 years and have been to many of the local salons, but was not always satisfied. The prices are reasonable, and they offer many services. t's trash I went for a interview and they said I'm a perfect fit that they loved me and Id be a perfect fit and than hired me same day shortly after interview. Than I was training for a few days and my day off they called me like "yea we don't need you to come in tomorrow", I asked why and literally got " oh well the other two receptionists have done this for years so yea" like that's not an answer wtf. These people only care about themselves and no one else. You don't fire someone as there training like wtf I did nothing for them to fire me , ugh Don't work here. Don't work as a receptionist here . They act like your doing everything right and note I ask a lot of questions so I know I'm doing my job right to the highest level and I was nothing but friendly and communicated well but no they screw you over when they know you are in desperate need of work. but what do they care there perfectly fine. Never going here again , DONT EVER WORK HERE. Plus pay sucks . I've had other jobs at a higher level than this , so this is a low . But that's fine they missed out on a great employee cause there ego is too great. I'm going on to better things . read more
