I'm new to this area and decided to give Brush a try to get some color to my hair. Shelly was my hair artist and she did an excellent job! I was somewhat indecisive but gave her an idea of what I was looking for, and that was enough to get her mixing the colors and do her thing! She is very talented and definitely experienced! Lots of good convos during my time w her. Staff was very courteous. I will definitely suggest giving Brush a try, and certainly go back here.

She was having to explain how the owners had changed the prices, so her total went from $75 to $130!! For the exact same thing! Listen, I've been in the elite spa industry for 20 years. Working with double six figure stylists. This...has NEVER happened!!! One of my closest friends, and godmother to my daughter, who retired from clairol, said "100%, never go back. The only excuse for THAT, is greed". She also told me to ask if the owners cut decided to take time off, because that's one excuse for suddenly jacking up their prices that much. I'm not going back, though. My appointment was for two men's cuts and a dry cut. Our total was $150!! Again, I'm heartbroken. Best of luck to you Robin, you really are phenomenal.

The owner of the salon and the other hair stylists continued to talk. They continued talking for a long time. Another client even came in and they started working on her hair before mine!! When she finally got started on my hair, she started fiercely combing through my hair roots to tip! It hurt like hell. Then she took a blowdryer w/ the comb attachment to my hair and some product. This salon is NOT natural friendly. Then she had someone else braid my hair. It was really really tight. I'm surprised I didn't get traction alopecia. The sew in was done well, but she cut my bangs incorrectly. I previously explained how I wanted my bangs to be done and she claimed to have understood, but she just gave me some basic straight bangs which is not at all what I wanted or described. I personally would never go back to this salon again.
