I have been going to the salon for thirty years. I have never had a bad experience and have always been very happy with the results. I have been seeing Carol with a back up of Mia. Both are very knowledgeable about color, highlights and style. I love that I can go in and say. I just feel like a change, and they offer many great suggestions. The staff is very friendly. I look forward to my visits to the salon and consider it my treat day!! read more

Tres Chic is such a nice place to go to. All the people there are friendly and down to earth. I've been going to Mia for years and she is the best hairdresser I have ever been to. She not only knows what she's doing, she has an abundance of talent. I've always gotten great work from Mia and left there happy I found her. read more

I love going to Salon Tres Chic! Not only do I always come away feeling beautiful after Kelly does my hair, but I always leave with a smile. EVERYONE is so friendly, it seems like Family. You can't be there and not feel happy ! read more

Salon Tres Chic is great!!! They are always as accommodating as possible and everyone there is friendly and talented!

Everyone at Salon Tres Chic is very friendly and attentive! I've been getting my hair cut and colored by Lindsey for several years. Lyndsey is an amazing stylist! She listens to me and talks through my ideas to make sure she understands exactly what I'm asking for. I ask for her advice since she knows if the style I ask for will work with my waves and hair texture. I always leave happy! I've actually had total strangers stop me to ask where I get my hair cut, they've been so impressed! read more

Let me start this review by saying Lindsay is amazing. The problem is getting an appointment with her. Once you get in, you're golden. That said, now that I no longer color my hair it feels like I get even more issues making appointments AND when I finally get an appointment they can only fit in a cut and no blowout?! In the middle of January??? REALLY?! I'm sooo beyond sad that I have to not only give a bad review, but also needed to find a new salon. It's too bad because you'll lose more and more of your clients that have been going to you for years and years. Ironically I found a wonderful stylist that can get me in within a two week span. There are other wonderful stylists out there that will value your business. Believe me ladies, there are many more fish in the sea. read more

I was recommended this salon by a women at church and I always loved how her hair is cut. So I got an appointment. I arrived to my appointment and checked in with the front desk person. A few minutes later I was told that the person who I was booked with was newer and she didn't think she could handle "my kind of hair". Mind you I didn't see this hair dresser at all so I'm not sure who made that call. Second how are you in business of even call yourself a hair stylist if you can't handle different types of hair? Any way I was told if I give them a minute she can see if one of the other stylist can help me. So I waited another 15 min just to hear that the other person was busy and she thought she could help me. I'm not saying it was a racial thing but I'm pretty sure I was profiled for my hair type and was made to feel very embarrassed about the whole situation. I'm not confrontational so I didn't talk to anyone there about it but this isn't right. I definitely will not recommend them to anyone for any of their services because of this experience. read more

I'm almost 30 and it took me until a couple years ago (and I've lived all over) to find a salon I truly loved and it's THIS salon. All of the women are super nice, bubbly and welcoming. Jess does my hair and I would never let anyone else touch it. I live in Boston now and still travel back to Agawam for her to do my hair. The nail techs Ashley and Christina are some of the best. They did my nails until I moved (it was too much to travel to Agawam every 2 weeks for fills). I still haven't found a nail place that compares. Also, these ladies are all animal lovers to the core. I bring my little pup with me every time I go and he looks forward to seeing the girls so much! read more

Let me preface this with I'm a dude, so the skills my stylist must have are pretty basic. I'm not getting an ombre or any of the other crazy stuff that woman are into these days. I just want a consistent cut that doesn't make me look like Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber (totally happened). Anyhow I've gotten a consistent cut across 3 stylists now so no complaints there. They always call the day prior to confirm your appt and you get your hair washed twice! I don't think I'm receiving special treatment here, my locks aren't that impressive. Prices are on point with most other places I've been and the best thing about it is that it's only a few min from my house. For all you dudes out there I know it isn't a barbershop, but sadly those seem to be in increasingly hard supply. If in the area and you need a haircut check this place out. read more

After moving back to Mass I have been unable to find a good salon to get my hair done, and I've been driving over an hour to my old place! I don't really write reviews, but Salon Tres Chic deserves one. When you visit the salon, you aren't just treated like a client, but like family. I've been getting my hair and nails done there regularly for about a year and there is no place I'd rather go. Everyone is professional, helpful, caring, and skilled. I also had some of the girls come out to do my wedding a few years ago and my hair and makeup lasted all day. As a bonus, this salon truly cares about the community as a whole. They have regular fundraisers and donations to help others in need. Without question, if you are looking for a new spa or salon to be your home, this is it. read more

I have been going to this salon for almost 20 years. They are the best! All of the staff is awesome. I moved to eastern Massachusetts but still come back to have my hair cut and styled because there's nobody else I trust more with my hair! read more

This is the BEST salon I've ever experienced. They sealed the deal on my wedding day: when another salon forgot about my nail appointment, our friends at Tres Chic Salon made last minute room for us. They have been doing my hair for years, and I absolutely LOVE what they do. I love them so much, I've gotten my husband, my sister, and others to patron them, and we've never been disappointed. Keep up the good work, and THANK YOU! read more

I have been a client of Salon Tres Chic for quite a few years. I had been one of Jess Hill's client, and was always happy with her work and friendship. When she was leaving to pursue new options, I had the choice of following Jess, or staying with Salon Tres Chic, but then choosing a new stylist. I opted to stay, and Lindsey Roy was my new stylist. The transition was almost seamless, and I have just loved working with Lindsey. Everyone at the Salon is friendly and professional, and always looking to make sure you are comfortable. The stylists all stay up on all the new and upcoming styles, and listen to your wants and needs. Definitely a Five Star salon! read more

First of all, the stuff was very nice. New Year's eve they took me without the appointment! The job was done perfect!

I LOVE Tres Chic! I've been going to Justine for about a year now and she takes the absolute most amazing care of my hair. She turns my mousey brown into the most beautiful shades of grey and lavender and white blonde seemingly effortlessly and has helped me to keep my hair healthy through the whole process! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! read more

I have been a customer at Salon Tres Chic and Day Spa in Agawam, MA for over 15 years. Throughout those years, I have witnessed several changes: an increase in square footage, updated work stations, new stylists, different paint colors, but one thing that never changes is the feeling I get when I walk into the salon. I feel like I've arrived at a friend's home. Every employee knows all the customers' names, not just their own clients' names, and they welcome you with sincerity. There is a collaborative relationship amongst the stylists at Salon Tres Chic that I have never observed at any other salon. The stylists can often be seen discussing color formulas in order to achieve the exact look for which the client is asking, sweeping each other's stations, or helping out at the desk if needed. The ownership & management team of Mary Ann Zicolella and Christina Radcliffe encourages and provides training and continuing education for the staff so that the stylists are proficient in the latest beauty trends. My husband, children and I are all clients of Master Stylist, Lindsey Roy; however, due to reasons such as illness, vacation time, scheduling conflicts, we have had several different stylists provide our services and we have always been satisfied. We know that because of the teamwork and training at Salon Tres Chic, we can trust every stylist on the floor to deliver the look each of us is seeking. Over the years, I have referred several people to Lindsey Roy as well as other stylists, and every one of them has become a loyal customer. Even my nephew, who is only here twice a year from California, comes in to the salon to get his haircut by Megan Shepard. Whether you are considering a dramatic new haircut, a fun and trendy color, or to maintain your current look; or you need a uniquely beautiful hair style for your prom or naturally stunning make-up for you wedding; or you want to treat yourself to a mani-pedi, facial or massage, I highly recommend you contact Salon Tres Chic and Day Spa in Agawam, MA. 12/2017 read more

I really liked the way Marie cut my hair, but I won't be going back to this salon. Last month they misplaced my appointment (even after I received a reminder call). Marie had a color to do, so she quickly sprayed my hair with water and gave me a choppy and incomplete cut. I decided to give the salon one more try so I made an appointment for another cut. I walked in, and again, they said they had no record of it in the computer. I walked out for the last time. read more

clearly the reviews at the bottom, where the owner responded to were planted...they all have ONE review, for this salon. and they are the only ones the owner responded to. ugh i cant stand that. i went once, nothing special. didnt want to go back. read more
