After 25 years with a salon, I found myself looking for a new Salon Home. After weeks of research, I decided to give Kim's a try. I HAVE FOUND MY NEW HOME. Lovely shop, complete services, and from my personal experience, they offer everything. My appointment was right on time, and Andy moved with expertise and efficiency. I showed them a picture of what i wanted and they said they could do it. then when she started she told me i couldn't get ANY design done since i was only getting regular polish and not gel. Even after i pointed out how messy the french tip was done and how streaky it looked, they still did not fix it properly. the owner fixed one of my nails and then i sat under the dryer for two minutes. my nail was no where near dry, but i was told i was all set and i " could go now". do not waste your time or money here.

NEVER COME HERE! They stole my money! Never coming again!…read more This shop is extremely disappointing, I came here the other day to get my nails done and it was horrible. The man did them, and as much as I respect how kind they can be to their clients, the work he did was sloppy! It felt rushed, the sizes didn't match, there were dents and lumps of paint all around including under my nails, and the design looked like a child did them. He says he's been in the business for 10 years, but the outcome doesn't look like it, he even had to ask another coworker to do this one design he didn't know how to do. I got home crying because they looked ridiculous. I came there to get a beautiful set and I left very unhappy... I came by the next day informing him that I didn't like my nails, that I wanted them removed and I wanted my money back, but he tried to convince me to get them redone there instead. I didn't want that, but he refused to give me my money back. He went on to explain to me and my mother why he "couldn't do that" all because of rent. Yes I get that prices are high but you have other customers coming in eventually and I'm not one to return so quickly... I can tell his pride got in the way, but hey if he thinks he's so good then he should talk to the people who complained about him to the nail salon across the street. I've been working with nail tech for 5 years now and my stepmother even longer, and none of our work looks like the work he puts out, it's ridiculous. Don't ever come here unless you want to waste money!
