Went in there with jacked up nails from tip top nails down the street. Kathy and Kim took great care of me and i would suggest going there. A little pricey but you get what you pay for forsure. I love this place! I have tried other places in the area and this place is the best! Everyone is friendly and I like that they send a text reminder/confirmation. I get dip nails and never have a problem. It is busy so I now make my next appointment when I leave. I have seen them turn away walkins regularly which is a shame so plan ahead! My only complaint is the pedicure. While it did the job, it was nothing special and I didn't like that a scrub was used while massaging my legs as this was not enjoyable. UPDATE: The polish on 4 nails is already lifting and it's only been 5 days. Needless to say I will not be going back to Envy and I definitely will not recommend it to anybody. $36 down the drain. Really nice staff but one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. All of my nails are rough around the outside edges (ALL OF THEM). I got a gel mani ($30 before tip) and both of my thumbs look like the polish was smeared on (my nails are relatively short so I'm not sure why this happened). I pointed this out to the nail tech who said he would fix it but he didn't. When I asked him to fix the rough spots around the ra he said he didn't want to ruin the top coat. Seriously? Why paint them knowing they were rough? Also he cut the cuticle on my right thumb AFTER he painted my nails. You can't make this up. read more

I am visiting the Springfield area and needed to do my nails. I am particular so the search was extensive. After reading the reviews for Envy, I decided to get it a try and I was very happy with the choice. The salon is not fancy but well kept and clean. The nail color and style choices are endless. The ladies working here are friendly and their decorum is positive. The large tv was playing a family friendly movie with closed caption in case you weren't interested in it...Nice! Sheila prepped my nails for gel removal promptly and Jenna came and finished the job and applied my new set beautifully. I was charged $30.00 for the gel manicure and an extra $10.00 for the cat-eye effect. They accept credit cards for the devices but not the tip. This always bugs me because I almost never have cash. I had to go to my car to find some money for the tip. Jenna almost got shorted because of this:-((( There is an ATM in the shop but I don't use those. I am just passing through but will use Envy anytime I am in town in the future. read more

I won't go anywhere else for a dip manicure - I have found that a lot of places offer dip because it's the new popular trend, but they don't really know how to do it properly. Jenna and her knowledgeable crew at Envy never disappoint! Update: Unfortunately, I stopped going to Envy and am on the hunt for a new place. It seems that the more popular they become, the more rushed and stressed out the staff are. My last two visits were super stressful - one had me there for four hours for a mani-pedi and the other was a visit with a very good friend who was treated poorly (and did NOT get a good dip job - it didn't last a week!). So sad!! This place was so great. I hope things calm down and get better. read more

The experience at envy nails was enjoyable due to the staff and the tv's. However, after spending $55 for a pedicure and a gel manicure on Saturday, I had hoped it would have lasted longer than 1 week. I have Never had an issue with gel nails, and I'm dissatisfied with the quality from Envy nails. My gel manicure has been cracking since Thursday. Regular manicures last longer than that and are much cheaper!!! As I said, the experience was okay, but don't waste your time or money on gels from here. read more

The salon is clean, beautiful and the staff is so friendly. I do not know the name of the nail tech but she did an amazing job. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what service I needed. Tonya was super friendly and did a wonderful job. She was extremely gentle yet gave a nice massage. She checked in with me often. I got a fill (not a gel polish). I prefer to bring my own polish. They didn't mind that I brought my own. My first time here I made an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. The women who did my nails did a great job and I loved them. However it took forever. An hour and a half and I only got French ombré (which doesn't include the time I waited before my appointment). My second time here I also had an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes. The woman how did my nail was super friendly however I was only getting a fill and it took over an hour. I didn't get anything fancy or special just one color on short nails and it still took forever. And she filed my nails so much my fingers hurt for over a week. I heard of Envy Nails through a coworker. Her best friend does her nails. I heard great things in regards to nail knowledge integrity sanitation and technique especially the technique I've been wanting for a while. I decided to personally contact Zion a nail tech randomly. She was nice when we hung out outside of her place and work, she was nice while I messaged her and even more friendly patient and knowledgeable in person. She answered all questions I had and showed excitement. I was happy to get an over lay on my natural nails. The other workers were also nice and I had a good time with the customer next to me as well. I cannot wait to see the new renovation of the salon and once I find out how long my nails last I will post another review to maybe 5 stars. Also the service was so fast! I hate being at salon for an hour. Being sanitary was my favorite part too. I wish they had more selection of style for powder at the time but Zion did let me know they are ordering 300 more colors so I'm excited. Also mine was $40 and the only sucky part is you can only tip in cash. I'm happy about the price because these are experiences I had in holyoke I paid $50 for similar service (less sanitary). I also paid $40 in chicopee (somewhere less sanitary) and when i wanted them off they ruined my nails by ripping them off instead of soaking them which I could have done at home for $0 instead of $13. This salon is absolutely incredible, hands down the best nail salon I've been to in the area. I booked an appointment here for myself and my bridal party the day before my wedding. They had no trouble accommodating all six of us and were very friendly and helpful. Gio was my manicurist and she did an amazing job! My nails are very brittle and my nails usually chip within a couple of days, even with gel nail polish. With the job she did on the gels, they're still going strong nearly two weeks later! When I checked out and paid for my girls, a woman who I believe is the owner gave me a bottle of lotion as a gift! I've been to Envy nails for a few different services. At 1st it was Ok. My last visit there I went to get a fill on my nails & pedi polish change. When I got there no one was waiting, I sat down & was waiting for the next available chair. 20-25 min later 2 women entered not 5 min after the Owner, I don't remember her name sat 1 of the women down for her fill before me. It was very rude. Also they raised there prices too high. A fill is 25 dollars just because they inc a nail option cut down when everywhere else is $15 & $3 cut down price in our area. Not all the time you want to cut your nails, you still paying $10 extra. I'll never go back & spend my hard earned money at Envy nails on Boston road. read more
