They have a HUGE selection of colors to choose from no matter what your service is going to be. I will always recommend this place!

I do, however, need to mention two individuals who are extremely rude and mean to both me and to Edward. Victoria and Phoebe took it upon themselves to be rude to Edward and kept demanding that he keep redoing the older woman in her late 60s toenails and they were being condescending and rude to him. The daughter Phoebe made a rude motion about waxing to me it appears that they're both very insecure women. Please do yourself a favor. If you have to deal with these two women don't even give them any power over you because they're clearly abusive.

She immediately put alcohol on it which made it sting even more and without apologizing, she continued to do my nails aggressively even after I asked her numerous times to be gentle. I was so turned off by the overall demeanor that I almost got up and left. She proceeded to do my pedicure and even though the nail polish was smudged she still let me get up and walk over to the table to dry it. If I didn't notice I would've left with a smudged pedicure and I paid 43 dollars for both manicure and pedicure. It's overpriced and not worth coming here. Don't come here ever.

My nails were bumpy, and she started painting over them while there was still dust on my hands. When I asked if I could wash my hands first, she acted annoyed. Then she actually grabbed my phone out of my hands while I was adjusting the volume on my AirPods. completely unprofessional. To be honest, I've never had a good experience here. And I'm not the only one -- all of my friends who've gone have been treated badly too. I used to go to Kelly's before I found beauty times, but I got a gift certificate and thought maybe this place deserved another shot. It ended up being even worse than I remembered. I showed up at 10 to be rudely greeted by who I'm assuming was one of the owners (looking for a fill) who said no we're too busy come back later. I was trying to gather my bearings when he yelled 11! What's your name- do you want an appointment or not!? I said yes and gave my name. When I showed up an hr later the wife commented- oh you came back. The man did my nails in such a rush, i was so uncomfortable the whole time. I wanted to get a pedicure too but hell no. He never had me wash my hands - my nails are already peeling! 52 plus 20 tip - and as I'm walking out he said next time make an appointment. Never again.

I had to cancel my other plans for the afternoon and return to get my nails redone a second time. Now, it has been almost 2 hours (for a simple non gel, non dip manicure). I ask to speak to the manager due to my displeasure with the service. He explained they don't like to "push their customers to not get 3 coats". Aren't they the experts when it comes to nails? Second time around, I chose a different color (thinking maybe the first one I chose was just an older polish) and only 2 coats. My nails have STILL smudged. I should've just bought my own nail polish and done my own nails. Will NOT be returning.
