When we first walked in, Lucy made us feel very welcomed and at ease. You are the only person there and all the attention is focused on you. Her attention to detail is amazing, as I was getting a more complicated design. She has a lot of patience and wanted to get the design just right and make sure I was happy without rushing. I already booked my refill with the same nail design even before I left Lucy's place for a refill for for my gel-x tips and design. But once she's doing acrylic again I'm 100% going back. Not only is she talented, she keeps the conversation going and makes the appointment go by fast.
