I just happened to drive by and see the grand opening sign and I'm so thrilled I did. One of the best nail spa experiences I've had over decades of regular nail appointments. Everything was super clean and cute. You're immediately warmly welcomed with drinks and snacks and an incredible polish selection. My nail tech listened to all my requests and exceeded my expectations. I needed a lot of cuticle care, and it's hard to find somewhere who will do really thorough Russian manicure style cuticle work. The quality of the manicure is exceptional, and I especially loved the complementary paraffin wax treatment -- my favorite! Everyone was super nice, it was a calm, relaxing environment and really blows every other shop in town out of the water. Will definitely be my new go-to while in town and highly recommend to check them out! Great deals, too, while they're getting up and running.

She wanted to do my mani while I was in the pedi chair which was too uncomfortable for me. I would've had to twist to the left for the right hand. She stopped and I went to the station for the manicures when he finished my pedi. Will not go back here. There is a reason I was the only one there. No one ever came in.

Nails are all uneven lumpy and not filed properly. Still charged me $55 AND asked for a tip. After talking with them and explaining that I am understanding, but they should've never booked my appointment if that's not what they can do. Also bare minimum didn't even clean up cuticle, and left acrylic overflowing on my pinky nail. Unfortunately, had to leave with just basecoat because all they offered me was one color all over.

We had made an appointment which was after their normal operating hours, which they immediately began 'joking' about. Saying that we would have to 'put our hands outside the car' to have them dry, and overall being a bit hostile... even though they offered us the appointment time. To say it was extremely off-putting would be an understatement. They also tried to convince me to change the color I had selected, telling me it would not look good if I went with the color I wanted. And they did the same to my friend, strongarming her into another color she didn't want. While I can set that aside as perhaps the professionals know best and perhaps a misunderstood joke, what I cannot excuse is the horrible quality of painting I received. It was no secret that they were in a rush, as they were all but shoving us out the door the moment we were done. However, it seems they didn't wait adequate time in between coats as my nails have the most hideous bubbles on them. I would have gone back in to ask them to fix it, but given how they were pretty much closing as we were sitting waiting for our nails to dry (shutting off the music so we sat in silence as they didn't acknowledge us any further, turning off lights, playing on their phones) I did not feel comfortable doing so. Had I not paid I honestly would have removed the nail polish immediately myself and redid them at home. Moral of the story, if you want poorly painted nails and an experience in which it is clear that your presence is unwanted, this is the nail salon for you!
