Tried the mani-pedi here. They were very friendly. I have to say, not the best work I have had though. The actual clipping and shaping was fine. The polish was thin, poorly applied,and didn't last even one day. Probably will go back to my Enfield nail salon next time, or I will bring my own polish. read more

I made a last minute appointment here to get a gel fill that I desperately needed and also got a pedicure. I would say the pedicure is almost more of an express pedicure (at least the one I got). The gel fill was very good and the gentleman doing both services was very polite. I would definitely go back for a gel fill again, but would probably try somewhere else for a pedicure since I usually go more for the extended leg massage than anything. read more

I've been to a variety of nail salons in the area (including sophies in westfield; AWFUL) and this is by far the best one! I usually get a gel nail fill and color and they do a nice job. Their service is good not only the first time you come, but the 3rd and 4th. They all speak English which helps everyone communicate effectively. The girls there are all very sweet and funny and the owner is a little comedian himself. Of course nothing can ever be 100% perfect especially when it comes to nails but this place comes pretty damn close to perfect! The young man who completed my pedicure and gel manicure was extremely pleasant. Good customer service goes a long way. I am usually jumpy when in a new spot...PTSD from too many nipped cuticles. Never have I ever had such a terrible experience since I have been here. Me and my friend came in for 2 gel full sets and a gel pedicure. Within one day we each had two nails break. TWO NAILS!!!!!!! My gel pedicure started to lift immediately probably because he got more of the polish on my skin instead of my toe nail. Let us not forget how outrageous the prices are. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. At the least I should be getting a full refund. read more

I got a full set done during my first visit. The first nail technician I had started off with just the tips and then the owner took over for the shaping part. My nails came out great and lasted the typical 2-3 weeks. However, what through me off was that they charged me$45 for a regular full set. No gel. No prior acrylics or gel that needed to be removed. I have been to several nail salons throughout New York and Massachusetts, and have never paid more than $25-30 for acrylics. Although they are very professional and do a decent job, I probably won't be returning due to the unreasonable pricing. There are several places in Westfield that charge much less and do just as good of a job. read more

I have been in the past and they have been great. Tonight I went and my pedicure lasted 20 minutes. 20! My feet were barely scrubbed. I could have done a better job myself. I said to the owner "wow that was the quickest pedicure I have ever gotten - 20 minutes" and he just looked at me and said ok. I do this to relax - I won't be back again. Went in to get just a Polish change on my toes as I had an event tonight. The nail tech saw my broken finger nail and not only fixed it but matched it to the rest of my nails (not an easy task as I had my nails done in Jersey at a different nail place). I've been getting gel done for years and since I'm out of college I wanted to find a place closer to my house. I've been to quite a few nails salons so I'm picky about not only how the nails turn out but customer service too. During my visit the guy doing my nails was nonstop on the phone trying to move around appointments (he was the owner I think?) and was totally distracted looking out the window the entire time while grunting the entire time of doing my nails. When he finished they looked ok, wasn't terrible, wasn't the best work I got done. However, my nails chipped the next day! I will not be returning to this place. read more

I've had pedicures--lots of them--and this place was a total disappointment. I'm pregnant, and pedicures are my treat. The woman who did mine completely bombed. Barely any scrubbing, rubbing or attention paid to my feet. Typically pedis last about 45 minutes and this was 25, max. When I approached the woman and another man (owner maybe?) about it being very subpar, they said some nonsense about me being pregnant and not being able to rub my feet. Then I shouldn't have to pay full price. But when I argued that, at time to pay, the man basically told me too bad (he could offer a discount for next time--which doesn't work because I won't go back and don't live here anyway). So I paid $27 for the worst pedicure I've ever had. Terrible customer service and it's also questionable whether the tools they use are new and/or sterilized. Save your $$ and go elsewhere. read more

First time there I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Tam's attention to detail and sparkling personality really made the experience special. I love the massage chairs and foot massage, of course. Second time was dismissed a bit and left a bad taste in my mouth so I never went back. I went here for the first time after usually going to sophy's in westfield. By comparison this place was phenomenal. Only one person did my nails instead of making me jump from person to person. I got a set of gels with a gel polish. The man doing my nails noticed I had had gels before and demonstrated to me how using different techniques can either make the gel burn when curing or not. This mans technique was painless! He did my pinky nail differently to show how using a different technique makes it burn. It worked! Only my pinky burned when I put them under the lights. I didn't make an appointment and was a walk in and got helped almost immediately. The place has a soothing environment like a spa unlike other places I've been. They had an amazing selection of gel polish choices. The man was very meticulous and did a great job and made sure they were perfect. He even said please and thank you when he asked me to do things such as put your hand under the light. He made conversation and was super nice and friendly.
