Do not go here! They falsely advertise their pricing and are very rude when you try to pay for what you requested. I went in and asked for their advertised "special" regular mani pedi with gel polish. It is listed as $45 + $15 to add gel. When I went up to pay expecting to pay $60, they tried to charge me $80. A lady came up and argued with me about the pricing and kept telling me what it would've been separately for each item. Then she tried to tell me what was advertised was "old" and they don't do that. I asked for this special to both the man at the front desk and my nail tech. Neither of them informed me they no longer offer it. They do not use sealed tools for pedicures. The tools used for mine had clearly been used on other people - pulled out of a bucket (not sanitizer) and the logo on the file almost completely faded. The environment was not spa like at all. Football on tv, flourescent lighting, not well decorated and just overall not calming. Take your money elsewhere. I'm visiting MA from Cali, I'd never recommend this business or Tiana. My friend decided that we spend girl time at the nail shop and I've never been to a nail shop that messes up toes, my toes looked like they were painted by a 5 year old. The lady who assisted me is Tiana. She tried to redo it after expressing that I was displeased...but who has time for all that especially during Covid. I'm still baffled that someone can mess up painting toes! There was another concerning thing, which threw me off and definitely made me change my mind about getting a mani. Tiana rinsed out the pumice stone and foot scrapper and placed it right back in a ziploc bag. I was so shocked! How is this sanitary? I've had to go back twice to get my nails fixed. The first time I wanted the color changed and he just ground down my nails didn't smooth them or put a top coat on. Worst experience EVER!!!! I said that my dip nails were the wrong color and Van my nail technician assured me that the color would change.... I wanted light grey nails and ended up with hot pink nails that look super trashy and are bumpy and uneven. van only offered that I stay and be late for work so that he could fix an easily avoidable mistake that HE made but offered no discount and no sincere apology whatsoever. I LOVE coming here a lot of salons i've tried in the past have been unprofessional, rude, very expensive without quality or just don't know how to do many different designs my experiences here have been quite the opposite. I always go to Maya who not only meets but exceeds my expectations every single time, we have a great time and she makes each visit very personable and she is so very sweet, everyone there is very kind. I haven't been able to go anywhere else since, they've been very good following covid regulations and they have always been so neat and tidy. I just adore this place and everyone who works there!!! I went here because it was recommended from my sister to try this place out since it's so close to my house. I went there without looking at the reviews on Yelp and I'm happy I didn't look because I wouldn't have gone but this was one of the best nail experiences that I've had. I've tried so many nail salons across western mass and I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was super friendly and they all seemed very happy to help who ever walked in. The salon itself is fairly big and has a spacious waiting area which I really like in my opinion. The place also was very clean and looked as though well sanitized. I got a fill for my acrylics with a gel French manicure. The guy who did my nails (I think his name was Ken???) was awesome! He was friendly, took his time with each nail perfecting it but also did my whole manicure in a good amount of time. I was only there for about 40-45 minutes which was the quickest I've ever been in a nail salon. He also gave me this amazing hand massage after with lotion and a hot towel. Awesome service! Had a terrible manicure for the second time. First off, the lady that did my nails doesn't care what I ask for. She just kept saying oh trust me, trust me. Everything I ask for she disregards and does what she wants. I trusted her and wasn't happy in the end both times. Secondly, she did a great job with the tips and gel application, my nails looked great and I was happy with how the shape was looking. But then she went crazy with the file and filed off the sides at a slaint!! On both hands. One nail was so bad I looked like a quarter of it was missing. I was so upset!! I left practically in tears. I'm going on vacation Sunday and there's so no to fix the nails. How do fix a nail that's been filed off to no return? Never going back. Gave this place three chances and i'm not a picky person. Thirdly, the lady seemed utterly mad at me because I wanted to do gel instead of dip. I'm sorry that I don't want my my nails thick again. They cracked and broke on me during the third weeks i had them so I wanted to try something else. Also beware they didn't have any of the colors I wanted in gel. Left with two bleeding fingers and a bleeding toe, sharp jagged edges on the tips of my fingernails, clear coat all over my fingers, incredibly thin polish that looks splotchy, the lady didn't turn the foot blower on and being hugely pregnant i didn't notice till i getting up and then was charged $40 instead of $35 because apparently French manicures cost extra. I don't get nails done often and won't be going back here for sure. My go to nail place! The gel here last year at least two weeks and the facilities are nice and clean. I've never had to wait to get my nails done. I did have a situation where one of my gel nails chipped after a few days, but I went back and they fixed it for me for free which I really appreciated! Additionally around Christmas time they gave each client a gift which made me feel really valued as a customer. read more

Ok, lets start by saying that I gave this place MULTIPLE chances.. I was new to the area and this place was referred to me by someone my boyfriend knew. Anyway, first time I went in to get gels. I made an appointment and had to wait, which is fine I didnt care much about that. The woman doing my nails was rushing through the process, she got gel nail polish on my cuticle so that when they grew out the polish was all jagged and looked awful. Why I decided to go back there again I have no idea.. This time I went for the "diamond dipping powder" I also made an appointment for this. When I arrived and told them what service I was requesting they told me to go to the back wall where there were a bunch of dipping powders lined up.. however you can't see what the actual color is going to come out on your nails just by looking at the jar??? A woman approached me and at that point I was just like whatever the color I choose is black. So she proceeded to do my nails, this woman didn't even grab the dipping powder..she grabbed the gel polish. At this point I didnt even say anything. Just went ahead and got gels because apparently they get to choose what service you get. Again, the job done was rushed messy and not uniform where the polish meets the cuticle. I finally went in again to actually try the dipping powder somehow hoping that it would be better that my previous experiences. I specifically asked for a MANICURE. The guy doing my nails goes shhhhh I take some of your cuticle off for you but shhhh im not supposed to. I said why not, I will pay extra if its an issue I just dont want extra cuticle skin on my nails when Im paying you to do a service I am requesting. He lightly took the cuticle trimmers and removed SOME of my cuticles.. weird. I asked for french on my nails. Now I have had this service done before at a different place and usually they do at least two - three fairly thick coats of dipping powder. This dude put one coat of dipping, and then a very light second coat. There was not much strength to my nails at all and due to there not be a strong layer, my real nails which were pretty long, ended up breaking VERY easily. And when you have a hard substance adhered to your nails it fucking hurts. Do these people understand that getting our nails done is supposed to a treat. It is something I do for myself to get away from all the bs in my life and get pampered. It is the small amount of time I get for myself. I then have to look at their shitty job everytime i look down at my nails for two weeks after. I dont know how this place is still in business. It seems like these people have no training at all. Don't waste your money here, dont give them business, they do not care about what your nails are going to look like. When I find a good nail tech I stay with that person for YEARS and refer all my friends... cannot say much for this place. I am not sorry for writing this. read more

The experience I had here was terrible. They were all very friendly but they messed up my nails and cut them way to short then refused to fix them. So I will not be coming back here again. Update: I went back here awhile ago and not only did they mess up my nails AGAIN but they told me that my nails were different lengths. Which was because of them and said I needed new tips and tried charging me. Not only that but not even a week later the design was basically gone it was chipping off when I paid and asked for shellac. This is a new business and my first time visiting. I brought my girls for pedicures. There were friendly greetings in English the minute we walked in the door even though everyone was busy. The waiting area was comfortable and spacious and they have air conditioning. They offered us bottled water while we waited. I worry about sanitation in nail salons but this establishment seems to really care about safety. They even line the bowls with special plastic bags. The owner Tai showed me the sanitation machine when I asked as well. They even have a full-time employee making sure everything is clean. They didn't rush through the job and made sure we were happy. The rock massage was a very nice touch although it could have been a little longer. That aside, we were happy with the service and definitely will be coming back regularly. read more

I've been going here for 2-3 years now and I've never had a problem. I followed my nail tech Ken over from Lucky Nails. I only go to Ken, or his wife Mae with the exception of the owner every once in a while. Their prices are great and I'm never disappointed. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. So dissatisfied I want to cry. I am from New York and just really wanted my nails done but My nails are so ugly and fat and clumpy right now. I did my toes too and she didn't even cut down or anything she didn't even clean in between my toe nails. I've honestly never in my life never not gave any a tip and today was the day I didn't give anyone a tip in my 23 years of living. Not even a thank you because I get the feeling they did this on purpose. How do you put a clear top coat, realize you messed up and then put a gel coat over and then clear coat again. I'm going to have to go to another salon tomorrow and pray to god I don't get the same treatment. On top of this she took 4 hours to do all of this. I got gel nails over the summer both times my nails were not what I asked for they were too short and they were square. this time however I had a new lady and I asked her for coffin shape and showed her a picture of what I wanted the shape and the length to be. she did an amazing job and I'm very happy with how my nails turned out. I will be going again and I hope to get the same lady because she was very nice and she did exactly what I asked her. the owner is very nice as well I was over charged it was 55 when it should have been 40. Nice and clean looking nail salon however very disappointed with the work they did. I came here once before when it was a different owner and it was a terrible experience that time as well. I RARELY go to get my nails done, but my sister wanted to treat me to a mani and pedi so we went there yesterday. The whole experience was okay but as soon as I got home, my nails started to chip. At first it was two nails that stated to chip so I fixed them at home by painting those nails with glitter so you wouldn't be able to tell but then over the next day, almost all of my nails are chipped. My toe nails still have paint around the edges of my skin because they added so much paint to my nails. The nails on my hands are all chipping; they didn't even last a day :( very disappointed since she paid $45 for each of us for a regular mani and pedi. i am 9 months pregnant and can barely bend over and I could have painted my nails myself at home for free and they would last me at least a week and look a heck of a lot better. read more

I will never recommend this to anyone. I walked in Thursday 7/1 for a pedicure. It was my first time there but I know someone who only goes there and figured I'd give it a try. My big toe is so infected I need to go to urgent care tomorrow. I can hardly walk because of the pain and swelling of my toe. Not only that, but she took so much skin off on my heel that it is bleeding and that is super painful too. Lastly, the paint job is messy at best. I used to love going here. But the past 2 manicures have been from the same man who is too rough, doesn't touch cuticles, and gives a bare minimum on painting the nails. He doesn't trim or refile after. I leave there with rough nails. I'm not one to speak up, so I go home frustrated. Every time I go to this place it sucks. I don't know why I went back. I asked for a gel manicure. I ended up choosing a powder or dip color. The man asked my what shape I wanted my nails. Since my natural nails were already short I said well whatever you can do with these but I want them all the same length. He proceeds to break out his nail clippers and cut my nails all the way down. I literally had nubs. He gets to my last nail and asks if I want gel or acrylic. I said no, no I want a manicure no fake nails. He said well you should have told me that. Ok I did but anyways. When he is done I have polish stains all over my fingertips because my nails are so short.
