What really shines here is the friendliness and coziness. This is not your standard large shop with multiple technicians churning people through quickly. For this reason I recommend calling ahead or making an appointment. My only wish is that the polish wasn't as close to my cuticles but otherwise the service was great.

I went woth my mom and my dad, me and my mom where getting the same thing and have the same opinion on everything we got done. Other than the fact she got her brows waxed and even then still missed some of the main parts of hair she wanted waxed. I walked in to choose my color and got rushes to choose a color I didn't want. The spa treatment wasn't awful but could have been more gentle. He was very aggressive with the nail file on my toes and fingers. The actual pedicure is awful and streaky. I absolutely hate it. I decided I wanted my nails done too and didn't get to really choose that color either I was rushed into picking one out that I didn't like. The experience was absolutely horrible I could barely understand anything the male said to me behind the mask and the fact he knew very little English. While doing my nails he cut my finger quite badly to the point it bleed the rest of the time and he didn't do a good job on them. I do not recommend ever coming here I could do a better job at 15.

Do not go here! They falsely advertise their pricing and are very rude when you try to pay for what…read moreyou requested. I went in and asked for their advertised "special" regular mani pedi with gel polish. It is listed as $45 + $15 to add gel. When I went up to pay expecting to pay $60, they tried to charge me $80. A lady came up and argued with me about the pricing and kept telling me what it would've been separately for each item. Then she tried to tell me what was advertised was "old" and they don't do that. I asked for this special to both the man at the front desk and my nail tech. Neither of them informed me they no longer offer it. They do not use sealed tools for pedicures. The tools used for mine had clearly been used on other people - pulled out of a bucket (not sanitizer) and the logo on the file almost completely faded. The environment was not spa like at all. Football on tv, flourescent lighting, not well decorated and just overall not calming. Take your money elsewhere. There's plenty of nail places that properly list their prices and are honest and safe.

Maybe she needs to go back to wax training especially if she going to work in a supposedly high quality salon. I was in so much pain, she did a patchy job. When she was ripping off the wax she would almost play with it before she ripped it off. My skin was being torn off. On top of everything she wasn't pleasant to be around, her tone was rude almost like it was my fault for the pain I was in. To me it looked like she couldn't care less how she was doing her job. I payed for a professional service. This was the most horrible service I've ever had.
