Nga, the new owner at Red Carpet, was phenomenal! At other salons, I've had trouble with my gel nails falling off within days. I've been a customer for a while. The person that does my nails does a great job. Beautiful work. And she is so friendly, pleasant and professional. On average I'm in there every couple of weeks. My review isn't so much based on the service that I'm receiving, but it is based on the environment in the salon. The fact that it's summertime and the owner cannot put on the air conditioning is not ok. When I was in there recently, the thermostat was reading 80°. The overhead fans were on, but if you're having a pedicure that includes a steam treatment, hot stones, callous softening gel, also hot, it's 80° out as it is, and you're making your customers sweat with no ac.The owner increased the prices, threw some blue flowers around and the best she can do for customers is open the door? Stop being cheap! . The music is a constant loop of the same 12 songs . Hope you like Air Supply, Lionel Richie and Phil Collins. The most depressing music ever.. all the TVs used to play shows that were a little different. But I think I've watched the same backyard makeover show every time I've been in there since new ownership. If it wasn't for the person that does my nails, I wouldn't even go in there anymore. Staff look so unhappy. It feels like a sweatshop environment. Do better for your customers and those working there. read more

I'm so excited Nga has taken over Red Carpet in EL!! I have been going to Nga every two weeks for a few years now, and she led me back to Red Carpet, which is where I used to go years ago when Jenny owned it! Nga has been making such wonderful changes to the salon, and it looks fantastic! She has brought it so many nail color lines and cutting edge nail styles and techniques, and her pedi choices are second to none. Come in and give them a try - you won't be disappointed and you will return again and again! read more

Under NEW OWNERSHIP! Nga (Nah) and her employees are welcoming, kind, and skilled. I've seen the salon go from unkept, unclean, and poorly managed, to NOW being incredibly clean, beautiful, and full of care for both employees and customers. not to mention, Nga AND her team do fantastic job on both manicures and pedicures. I'm incredibly picky about my pedicures (especially) due to a reaction I sometimes suffer from, and they are always accommodating. Whether you're looking for pampering, or get in and out (like me) - you'll get top level service now that Nga is at Red Carpet Nails in East Longmeadow. You won't be disappointed. read more

I recently visited this salon for the first time since it came under new ownership, and I was very impressed. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and has plenty of parking. Under completely new ownership! The new owner, Nga, is fantastic. I've been seeing her for a few years now, won't see anyone else. I followed her to Red Carpet Nails, which she just took over this week. The salon was clean with new equipment and she just took ownership this week. Highly recommend Nga and I know she's going to do great things at this salon. Prior reviews are under previous ownership, so I do recommend giving Red Carpet a try! read more

I did make an appointment ugh for 12 didn't get seated till 12:30, I seen chrome on website the lady said she doesn't do chrome which is false advertising. I ended up have to get regular set with glitter gel polish on tips (didn't have glitter acrylic) in which she was saying usually it's $100 and kept trying to charge more for medium gel with glitter gel polish which is insane . Not to mention the shaping is terrible also cut me on my cuticle the boss is nice tho it's really just the employee's that rush the set so the boss came and said "nail is lumpy" and fixed my whole set. read more

Used to love it there. Not going back now with the new management . I'm not paying for a service that was once enjoyable to sweat. She won't turn the air conditioning on. The poor working conditions for the nail technicians over the summer is unacceptable! If you don't mind the sweat box still go for the technicians. Not their fault! Hopefully things will change. read more

Absolutely do not go!! I went the first time, I loved my nails they did a great job! Went back for a nail fill and holy smokes every nail started lifting the were shaped like a ski hill! Called and spoke with the man, he said come in he will fix! Ok so I went in to fix and a two year old could have done better! Day two started lifting again, had open sores from the filling! I do not recommend going here at all! Actually called the state board and I would like my $90 back!! But I know I'll never see it!! Worst job I have ever seen!! Bad service, dirty, misleading, too expensive for what you get. Blueberry pedicure means you get a regular pedicure but they charge you more. Also cleans tools while your feet are still in tub...nasty. Not happy. Go to enfield red carpet they are much better. read more

Paid for a $70 pedicure and did not provide 20 minutes of reflexology with hot stones more like 5 minutes total. I did get a up and down with hot stones on my calf. Red Carpet Nails - Excellent service always. I've been here numerous times. No complaints. - Nail Salons Near Me - East Longmeadow, Massachusetts

Avoid this nail salon! Dirty, and items don't seemed to be cleaned. Also they try to upsell you on every service and they even charged me for treatment that I did not ask for and did nothing when I confronted them! My manicure was done sloppily as the whole nail is not covered in polish and there are bumpy parts on my nail. Was not impressed and very disappointed!! Couldn't even bring me my flip flops after my pedicure read more

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The nail technician had an attitude slamming supplies around on the table. Kept accusing me of having acrylic nails when I told her 5 times they weren't. Then on top of the already rude service, she kept pulling out the drawer texting! Before she had even gotten started with removing my dip powder-- I walked out. I felt so uncomfortable here. read more

Technicians are always kind and accommodating. My pedicure is always a pleasant experience.

I came in for a basic pedicure. 1. They use a little box with all the steps and materials they need. I loved that! It was great 2. Made sure I was comfortable through out the process 3. While my toes dried I received a shoulder/neck and light back massage. DELIGHTFUL Experience Can not wait to come back, a true spa experience added: Everyone then gave me a massage while my toes dried. read more

Great people and service. Love my nails and the pedicure was heavenly. Highly recommend them!

This place is HORRIBLE!! I had an appointment at 7:00 for them to FIX my nails that they messed up. I got there on time and they TURNED ME DOWN. They were yelling at me infront of other customers and were very aggressive with me. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was very upset to be treated that way. read more

I requested an acrylic fill. Which on their website on their website that says for an acrylic fill is $25. Oh, they charged me $50 for a full set a UV acrylic nails which I did not get on top of that she did a mediocre job for a simple fill that I asked for I don't recommend this place to anybody she said the reason why they charge so much was because their rent is really high and there in East Longmeadow. That was her reason I will never go there again. I didn't give her a tip I didn't leave there happy I usually get my nails done somewhere else but they were closed. It was more convenient on a Sunday but I regret it they're already chipping and it's only been 2 days many ladies like me when they go to a Salon they expect to be pampered and it was totally the opposite. In fact one of my nails is already chipping. I got them done on Sunday. It's Tuesday And one of my nails is already chipping. It's like I gave my money away. you go to school for this right you have a license and if it's the first time a customer is coming in wouldn't you try to do the best job so they can come back well they didn't. I'm very very disappointed ladies I don't recommend this place they don't know what they're doing or maybe they do know exactly what they're doing and it's not right highway robbery ugly nails I regret it 100% read more

Went in for a full set of acrylic nails. Halfway through, a regular customer of this person came in and expected her. So the woman rushed my nails. The nails were different lengths. Four days later, two nails broke. I went back to have them fixed. I waited over an hour as they took people who came in after me! Then when they fixed the two nails, instead of putting on two new tips, the woman used gel to make a tip. I asked if it would be strong enough and she said yes. The next day, one broke. She convinced me to do gel polish as well. I have now paid $65 plus tip the first time and a week later $25 plus tip. And I have a broken nail. I've never had this problem with acrylic nails before. I am upset to have spent all this money and to get sub par results. read more

I have been coming here a long time. This is a great place for a pedicure and a good place for a manicure. Both the manicure and pedicure have a hot stone massage as part of the service. It is worth the extra $ for the spa pedicure especially if you are someone who is hard on your feet (on your feet for your job, runner, plays sports, etc). The manicures, depending on who is doing it, vary. Some seem to last longer or the massage part last longer then others. The pedicures are always consistently great. You can be a walk in or if there is one person's services you prefer you can call and make an appointment. The employees here are very nice. There is always a movie on their flat screen t.v's. Sometimes I like that, sometimes some peace and quiet would be better. It is a mood thing. All in all, I am a fan. read more

I was hesitant about writing a review after a bad experience with my bridal party. But I decided to give them another shot, and here is my review. I booked an appointment for 10 girls for manicures and pedicures for my wedding. I called and reconfirmed a week before and I even called the day before just be make sure. When we got there they made us wait 45 minutes and had no explanation. It messed the whole day up making everyone late. Well silly me decided to go back yesterday. I got and paid for a gel manicure and it's already chipping?? How is that even possible? I am very unhappy and will NEVER be back and don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I was looking for a place to get a quick pedicure with no appointment and decided that this place might fit the bill. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted, asked what services I wanted, and invited to pick a color. By the time I had picked a color, the technician had magically appeared to take me to a chair. This is a large salon with LOTS of chairs and nail stations. The pedicure stations looked clean and individually packaged new products were opened for each client. It wasn't the most fabulous pedicure that I've ever had, but it was quick (30 minutes) and easy and looked nice. I also thought the pricing was reasonable. I'll be back soon for another. Tip: Bring cash for a discount off your services. read more

I have always gone to red carpet. The girls here are great. I love the hot stones and the massages. But recently I went there and they had taken down their price board. Well I knew it used to be around $30 for a pedi but the guy told me $40. So I paid him $40 plus tip. As I was in the car with my friend I asked her how much the girl told her pay. She said she paid $30. The guy over charged me. Its a little hard to debate it considered I just thought maybe they had changed their prices. I didn't know, they didn't have a price board. And you know the guy didn't even do a great job. He was rushed and he did an awful paint job. read more

Not as good as it used to be. I was unhappy with my manicure they didn't really do a good job.

I have to compliment this place on its customer service. I am 8 months pregnant and arrived at Red Carpet nails at 7:10pm in hopes to get a mani and pedi before my baby shower the next day. The salon was closing and I had no idea. I was pleasantly surprise when a gentleman by the name of Danny was still willing to provide me with a pedi and mani service. I felt extremely bad and he insisted that it would be okay. He said it would be a gift for the baby and I. I thought that was just the most thoughtful thing considering he probably was tired and ready to be home. Anyway I received a relaxing pedicure and Danny was very pleasant the whole time. I decided not to get the mani since he was nice enough to give me a great pedicure and I had already felt bad. I have to give this place kudos and give them a quick shout out on Yelp. Thanks Danny!!! read more
