Amazing pedicures, won't go anywhere else! Relaxing and the massage is outstanding. It's worth every penny.

Pretty upsetting that I have been going to U nail for years, maybe not enough to be remembered but enough that I recommend them to people all of the time because I have always enjoyed my experience with them. That ended today. My friend and I went in around 1:45 for a pedicure, we did not have an appointment but wouldn't mind waiting. The woman said come back at 3 so we left, walked around target and came back and walked in at 3:05, she told us she took other people instead because we were not there right at 3. I am also 9 and a half months pregnant, I was doing my best. Said for us to wait another half hour. And you could tell she was telling her current customers the situation by how they were watching us. I said absolutely not. So we went down the street to four season nails for a 10/10 experience. Good value for the price, but lacking in customer service and skills. I got gel removed and fresh gel applied manicure. The technician Maggie lacked in social and customer service skills. However, the fact that you receive a gel polish change, shoulder massage and paraffin wax for $32 is a great deal. At the end of my service after I tipped her she suddenly perked up and was very nice and asked me to return. Interesting. I may return if in the area. This place has gone down hill fast. The whole place smells like rotten eggs and while my pedicure was great the treatment I received afterwards was not. They made a mistake when charging me, which fine, mistakes happen. But to then start acting like I didn't pay at all and that I was stealing was outrageous. Not to mention the woman getting her nails done who wouldn't shut up about it. I don't mind paying the difference but acting like I was stealing when it was your mistake to begin with because no one could be bothered to get up and pay attention is something else. I had Such a horrible experience yesterday. I made An appointment for 3:45. I got the younger guy with a hat. He was unpleasant. He made it feel as if I was an inconvenience. It has been a long time since I treated myself to a pedicure and gel Manicure. I usually do it myself. Anyways, the pedicure was rushed and he left my pink polish on my baby toes and painted over them. My color my light so you could see it. He also missed paint on my big toe. He told me to go to another table for my nails. I kept Looking at my toes and then decided to tell him I wasn't happy. I said I'm in a wedding this weekend and I do not have time to go home and repaint my toes. I showed Him what was wrong. He blamed it on the color so had my pick another color. I felt as if I had to go dark since he didn't fully remove the color I had on when I came in. He was annoyed and threw my sandals on the floor and repainted my toes. Where he left excess color or my skin. At this point I wanted to be done. But I needed my nails done. I got A French gel manicure. He took forever to do this. My nails are not all the same shape and once again seemed as if I was unconvincing him by being there. He was definitely talking poorly about me and I have never been so uncomfortable and wanting to leave some place so bad. My heel today is sore. He was very rough, yet my heel is still rough and not soft. I still have a tip because that's the person I am. My kids both play expensive sports and I'm not one to do stuff for myself. So after a few years of not paying to get my nails/toes done and then having this experience it's just very disappointing. I will not be back here and I'm just so upset at how terrible It was. Instead of relaxing, I was tense and could not wait to leave this place. Also I was there for so long that I missed the window to pick up my maid of honor dress. I now Have to rearrange my schedule today to go back to that part of town to pick it up. I'm just sick over this experience and just wanted to warn people. If you want a relaxing experience with a nice finished product, do not go to the guy here or better yet go somewhere else. My toes looked better when I went in there than when I left. read more

The tech did a great job with my gel polish manicure. A little massage while they baked; some paraffin wax...it was wonderful service and they look great. I want to give more stars but they need to replace their waste bins and dust, vacuum and mop. Overall untidy establishment in need of upgrades. That being said I'll surely be going back because the service was that good!!! read more

terrible service, I filled out my card for a free manicure and it was so rushed and poorly done and she had a bad attitude the entire time, made my cuticles bleed twice from rushing and being aggressive she did not apologize and just put the blood in the water, poor infection control and the place is just nasty! 0/10 would not recommend!!! I also got a pedicure and it was the same treatment, she was huffing and puffing the entire time and rushed. did not let layers dry before applying another leaving me with smudged nails, after allowing them to dry for a good 20min. read more

They do a pretty decent job with the dip manicure. I wish they had more options for colors. The dip colors they carry mostly have glitter in them which I hate (I'm an adult and I don't want glitter nails) I've always made an appointment and seen right as I walk in. Not worth the amount they charge. I think nail salon businesses forget they are in the service industry. Customer service plays a huge role in this service industry. The guy did the bare minimum for my pedicure. He did not even clean my nails right. Get this for 30 dollars they provide a 5minute massage. He starts a timer then tells me the massage is ONLY 5 minutes. He massages my feet for 2 minutes... gets us to wash his tools for 2 minutes comes back with hot stones. He barely moves them over my feet and the timer goes off. So then he stopped right away. I didn't want to provide a tip, but still tipped a little and the guy who took my payment looked and made a mad face when he saw the tip amount. I can't stand businesses like this. In the end I am the customer... if you don't go above the minimum... then the service was not great, no tip. I will not return. read more

I really enjoy coming here for a pedi and recommend all guys get one. They are so relaxing and good for both your soul and sole of your feet :). This spa is very clean and friendly. I prefer getting the green tea pedi and it is very reasonable and relaxing. They do a great job here and will be coming back again. read more

I will not ever go to U Nail Spa again. I have been getting manicures and pedicures at this location for about two years. I went today after church because my dad is in town and I wanted to treat him to a manicure. I went into the business and sat down. My dad came in about five minutes or so after me. When he walked in they looked quizzically at him, and asked if they could help him. I said that he's with me. The person who normally does my nails, CoCo, approached me and motioned to bring me to her chair. I said, "Oh, I'm not getting my nails done today. I would like for my father to get a manicure." She looked at my dad and then looked at me as if she did not want to give him a manicure. The she asked, "Do you have an appointment?" I said that we did not have an appointment. Let me pause here to say that I have walked into this nail spa plenty of times without an appointment and that, prior to today, it had not ever been an issue. Coco said the she could not do his nails and that he needed an appointment. I felt so disappointed and offended. I went down the street to Four Seasons Nail Spa. They welcomed my dad and had no reservations about giving him a manicure. I will be writing a positive review about them next. Leon and his team also got a healthy tip! Finally, I must add that the only reason I am posting his is because I was a bit traumatized by my experience at U Nail Spa. While waiting for my dad I began sharing my experience with a client in Four Seasons. She asked, "Did you Yelp it?" I said, "No." She said, "If I were you I would Yelp it. I am not one is easily offended but I would be offended." I think any reasonable person who just had this experience would have been. U Nail Spa lost a customer for life. read more

i went today to get dip powder tips coffin cut so im guessing either they didnt know what they were doing or they just didnt know what they were doing these pictures speak for themselves the nails are completely jacked and lifted bumpy and for the price i was expecting better quality i didnt want confrontation which is why i paid and went about my day but i am absolutely disappointed these are the ugliest nails i have ever seen in my entire life so i just came home and cut them down literally 10 minutes after leaving the salon chopped them off and now i am currently filing them done hopefully they turn out better because tomorrow is my birthday and i got things to do smh read more

This place has the worst pedicures I have ever had done. They offer many pedi services an all are about getting your money because the actual service is quick. I needed them to pay close attention to my trouble spots an conveniently they resorted to not understanding English. I will never return here an I wish I didn't have to pay them. Worst salon ever!!!! So I know there may be hesitation about going to the nail salon but for this place I can say they have done great. They have barriers up between each pedicure chair and every other nail table open. The nail tables have a barrier and all staff wear masks and shields. So along with there usual cleaning measures I felt very comfortable and had a nice relaxed time. Kids are people too. And the service they eventually receive isn't free. Brought my 6 year old for a polish on her toes and finger nails. Someone started to take her old polish off her toes and and told me a customer came in. Welllll helllloooo. My granddaughter is a customer too. Took forever finally the nice gentleman ( wish I got his name ) but the only guy in there except for the awful manager type person ) that was doing my nails said he would do hers. He did a great job. She loves them. But to say a customer came in and stopped working on my granddaughter. Not a happy camper. My granddaughter was a customer too. No I didn't spend $50 on her but I did spend $18. Honestly a rip off.... would not recommend. Their most basic pedicure is $40 and it started chipping 4 days later! The gel manicure (no designs or anything!) was $35. This is seriously overpriced. Figure it out guys! read more

Super cute little place. The gel nails come out beautiful and last for weeks and weeks. $28 for a full set and a massage. TONS of great gel colors to choose from. the only problem is they put the gel on SUPER thick so its a pain to have taken off. read more
