Went here for a pedicure which was pretty good if not pricey. I asked for a full set which I would have assumed meant acrylics using premade tips. What I got is something I've never had before and came out pretty terrible in my opinion. A gel was used with a piece of paper to shape each nail. I paid $90 plus tip for these lumpy misshaped witch claws. I was hoping for classy, coffin French tips. Had to ask for reshaping a few times because the nails were all lopsided and pointing in different directions, until another tech came in to try to salvage. I'm due for a fill, it being 2 weeks later, but not sure if I would give this salon another try. It looks like I let my nephew learn how to do acrylics and let him have at it, and I'm frankly embarrassed and hiding my hands. The only positive feedback is that these things are NOT coming off or lifting up. If I could get the same seal to the nail with pretty nails I would go back every time. read more

The guy is literally tossing my hands around huffing and puffing and tells me that they're rlly busy and the design is a lot. It's a French tip just each too I'd a different color!!! They have the best customer service, best professionalism, best massages, best prices, best nail art, and most importantly their integrity, in the way they sanitize their equipment. I truly love coming to this place!! Noah is my go to guy!! I also want to mention, the way they treated my grandma, who suffers from dementia. They were kind and gentle with her. I'm not usually someone to go out of my way to write a bad review. Being someone who works in the service industry myself, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I can honestly tell you, I will NEVER return to this nail salon again. The first red flag should have been when my nail tech stopped to answer every phone call, and help every customer coming through the door. A busy salon is great, but I was there for almost 2 hours for a gel manicure and pedicure. I left paying $100 (with the tip) Again, I was willing to let the less than stellar service slide, until I noticed the next day at my Jack and Jill (the reason I was getting my nails done) that some of the edges were already lifting, and my nails looked as though they were 2 weeks grown out. Today is now only 5 days later one of my nails chipped, and later on, came off completely, my cuticles all look chopped up, and the color is grown off about 1/4" when normally a gel manicure lasts me about 2-3 weeks. I was planning on having the Ludlow location do the nails for my bridal party, but I will be cancelling that appointment. Save your money. This place is not worth it. read more

Got my nails done for my sisters wedding. Though the cuticle care is great and I love the color, my nails look pretty awful for only being a week old. $75 for acrylics is a lot when it's chipping after a week. This was also one of the most painful manicures I've ever gotten with the method they use. Everyone was very kind, but I likely won't be back. I work a desk job so my nails shouldn't be chipping at the top like they are. read more

I didn't have an appointment (preferred) but they were more than accommodating. I ended up getting my eyebrows done as well as a manicure/pedicure by Fang. Everything was clean, which I know is assumed but not always the case. Having water bottles for the customers was a nice touch as well. My eyebrows came out great! Fang was meticulous from helping me choose the right color to the manicure/pedicure experience. The hot stone massage after the green tea lotion treatment was such a treat as well as the upper back massage while my manicure was setting! Friendly and wonderful customer service! I wish I could give zero stars!! I made an appointment for myself and a friend to get Mani and pedi's, I arrived and they had me sit at the pedicure chair, the guy started doing my nails but NEVER even soaked my feet!! The guy continued to answer the phone constantly stopping to do so, then they changed nail techs on me 4 different times! By the time I sat to have my nails done the techs changed on me 3 more times at the nail station, the first lady was screaming across the room at her coworker, while aggressively taking off my nail polish as if she was angry to be there. They were slammed and rushing me through as quick as they could, so much for having an appointment! I told them I didn't want gel and they put gel anyways, they also NEVER soaked my fingers to soften the nails to avoid damaging them when they cut them, at the end of my experience, I was charged $117 (not including the tip which I gave $20) for both which was way over priced for not even getting fake nails put on, this was a plain mani pedi natural nail!! I have had them for 1 week so far, they are already chipping and grown out like I had them for weeks now, I have never had this many hang nails in my life and I now have an ingrown toenail due to them improperly cutting my nails! I will NEVER go back I will stick to the places that do right! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! read more

I called to schedule an appointment for the next day and the gentleman who answered was quick and accommodating. I asked the tech to please do a french Pedi and she immediately suggested that I do gel polish but I declined. Upon me stating this my nail tech seemed bothered, I don't know if it was what I said or something she was already previously bothered by but this women was very rude and painful. A pedi is suppose to feel relaxing bit what I got was the complete opposite. I had a dress on that day that went past my knees and my nail tech suddenly came and threw a towel at me without any warning. This felt very disrespectful that I looked at her in disbelief. She laughed iy off and tried to act like it was funny. When she started to work on my feet she was always firm and would place my feet down hard. Whenever I took my feet out of the water to then place onto the platform she would always squeeze my feet firmly and move them just at tad and sometimes it was just to place them in the exact same spot but she was so aggressive that it was pushy and uncomfortable. I explained did explained to her that she was hurting me but she would just say, "okay" and continue the same. She stabbed my cutticles twice that it stung and felt like me feet were swelling. She scraped my heels with a metal scraper that she again did not handle well because she was causing me pain. My heels are not even rough, they are smooth and already soft. I felt like she was scraping my heels as if I had a callous. When she took out the steam towel, instead of tossing it back in fourth to cool it, something that all salons do she instead immediately slapped it and asked is this hot. I said yes and she reslapped it again and asked again. Again she was smirking when I showed that I was in pain. Very unprofessional. Look you don't throw towels at your customers, or stab them with sharp tools, or handle people's feet roughly. I don't like to complain, I am a person that appreciates what I get and respects that not everyone works the same, I take that into consideration. This women was very aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to tell you more than five times that your hurting me. I even begged her to please be gentle but I gave up telling her anymore. When my pedi was done she disappeared without saying anything. My French tip was not good I would rate it out of 1-10, a 4. It chipped right away, like the next day and the lines did not match the other foot. My pinky toe line was thicker then the rest and was crooked. I can't speak for the other techs and I've had good experiences with them before but this one was so bad that I plan to never return. read more

Three weeks after and most of my dip manicure has fallen off or chipped. On top of that my nail beds are completely destroyed which is not supposed to happen with dip manicures. They're extremely overpriced for the quality (they charge $20 for nail extensions which is 2 times the price at any other salon). Thought it would be good to branch out and try new small business salons but I definitely won't be coming back. I will say that the hand lotion gloves were a nice touch and the massages were okay. But I'd rather go to my normal salon sans massage to get a quality manicure read more

I had the worst experience at this place! My first time ever being there I walked in on a Wednesday- yes no appointment was made and I do take accountability for that. However they were able to fit me in for a gel manicure. Once the lady started doing my nails she began to point out how thin they were and that I should get dip gel. Thinking she knew what she was talking about I agreed and so she began to do them. As she was finishing I noted that all the gel was cracked and not coated on properly. She explained that she noticed this but didn't have time to fix them that day and asked me to come back the next day or the day after. I worked the overnight the next day so I made an appointment for the following day where I went after my shift. A guy this time took over and stated he remembered me and told me to pick out a color. I picked one out and he began to do my nails. Halfway through he said to me "you pick a different color you pay $25". I didn't even know what to say, I only picked a different color because I assumed he couldn't match the ones that were cracked. And I already paid $45 dollars just two day prior and now I had to pay another $25? However I did it, only for my nails to chip and crack the next day. SO once again I went back, they were "fixed" as the man said "i don't know how this happened !!". Well, he finished and I left- another two days later my nails are chipped and cracked. I will never go back to this place, they not only had poor customer service charging me twice! But they also cut me multiple times as well as the man was rude when he did my nails- yanking my hands and getting more than annoyed with me. I'll never go back here and i'll tell everyone else not to.Waste of money and horrible horrible people to charge someone for their mistakes. read more

Worth every penny. I went into the salon just to see if they were able to give me the jelly manicure I have been wanting so bad, I was sat down right away after we figured out how to do it. Since it was an experiment for all of us I was unsure how they would come out, especially for the price. But a couple very relaxing hours later I had the most gorgeous manicure I've ever gotten. Zoe is great and so is the owner, they worked meticulously to make sure my nails looked perfect, and they do! I absolutely looooove them. I'm not from here...visiting for work. Found this newly opened nail salon via Yelp with only 3 5* reviews - I chose it because it's new and with 5* reviews that's a pretty good base. Interestingly enough, this is a Japanese run salon - I only go to Vietnamese salons - so this was a nice surprise. Very clean and odorless establishment. They practice good hygiene; license right on the front counter. I got a Powder mani and Happy Signature Spa pedi and eyebrows (pluck only). Very happy customer. read more

It was my first time here. I'm very unsatisfied with the two ppl who attended me. The one that did my feet took over an hour and to do them and I didn't feel like I got the proper service. All I asked for was a refill and a pedicure but I have no idea how I ended having to pay over a hundred dollars. The girl that did my hands did not listen to when I requested acrylic refill. She went ahead and did whatever she wanted. I asked so you guys don't do acrylic with the polymer. She said no and continued. They didn't express to me how and why it was so much money. Not to mention 3 of my nails were over filed that they were bleeding. I don't think I will ever come back to this establishment. I saw this location as a closer convince to home but I'm with my nail tech at Holly Nails. I happened to visit this nail salon while staying in MA. I normally hate going to nail salons that i don't know, but I'm so glad i stopped here! The workers were friendly, and my pedicure was amazing! The salon was clean and they used the disposable liners in the door baths. I originally thought the pricing might be a little high for the basic pedicure, but i ended up getting the happy (deluxe?) Pedicure and it was completely worth the $55. I came in a half hour before close and asked if they had time to remove dip powder and apply gel, and they welcomed me in. it ended up taking 2-3 soaks to get the dip off (had gone to a different salon and they put it on super thick) but they were so patient and kind. I felt so bad for keeping them past close but they still did a terrific job! most places would rush through and I'd walk out the door with a less than decent manicure but my nails look amazing! so thankful for the team effort I was given, and even a discount for paying cash! read more

I was super impressed with Happy Nails. Jeff took a very good amount of time with my pedicure to make sure my nails looked amazing. He was gentle with the tools, but gave an awesome message. The salon was pristine clean, and very modern and new. They had a very large selection of colors, and many pedicure options. Nice large TVS right in front of you- who doesn't love watching HGTV while getting a pedicure. They message you while your getting your nails done. One of the best pedicures I've received!
