When I went I only needed a color change.It took the nail technician less than 10 minutes, but I was charged $35 which is outrageous. I mean it looked nice but anywhere else it would have been $10 or $15. This is probably why they are so private about prices. read more

I got a polish change on my toes with gel polish and a full set with gel polish once I was done the guy said 125. Make sure you tell them acrylic if you want a cheaper price. They automatically put gel and up charge. I paid and left but I learned my lesson. They did do a good job but prices has increased. read more

That 1 star is only there because I don't see anything lower for a rating! This place is definitely in the negatives for overall experience! I couldn't believe how tricky the owner is by cutting corners, awful personality, rude as can be by literally pulling hard on my hands and fingers if they are not sitting to his liking,right down to speaking to me (if that's what you call it) in a derogatory and childish mocking way. I'll NEVER be a repeat customer and I will go out of my way to warn others to not go here or they will be soooo disappointed, upset and hate the quality of work they receive. I have loved this place for years and I'm not entirely sure what has happened, no one seems happy except the guy that owns it. Today I went in for a full set and a pedicure. He told me they could take me and they started with the pedicure. Got done with the pedicure and the guy says sorry I don't have enough time to do your full set, call for an appointment next time. Stopped by this nail salon on my way home from work. There were no customers in the salon. I asked the nail tech for a full set of nails and she said they did gel only. The walls were filled with dip powder and I prefer acrylic nails. I still decided to proceed. The nail tech, Donna, throughly did a manicure pre nail application and trimmed my cuticles. She made sure to fill the tips well and was great with sizing. I have very small nails... here's where it turned... the gel application was very thick and wide. My small nails are now wide and differently shaped. The polishing was done well. Donna gave me a relaxing chair massage and stone with lotion hand massage. This was a nice ending since this service went away post covid most places. I went to pay and was told the total was $90... ouch!! Sadly, this is the highest I've paid in the area and considering, I would not pay that again in the future. Horrible experience. I walked in the only customer there for a pedicure. The man started my pedicure but shortly after three more customers walked in. He was more concerned with getting those customers started to he rushed my pedicure. Gave me a very short foot massage, was using his cell phone in between, and rushed painting my nails. Soon after a woman worker came in and started working on giving a man a pedicure. I went up to pay and she tried taking my card without taking off her gloves that she was rubbing the mans feet with. Waited sort of long time to get pedicure. However the service was good. $30 for regular pedicure. Great foot massage. And they give you a quick back/neck massage while drying. Not sure if their pedicure stations are the cleanliest. They don't use those plastic covers on the tubs and i didn't notice them even clean them out after each use so that's a little concerning. I did like that their wernt only ppl of the Asian decent working. Their were two Hispanic females. Will come again if I can't find another spot in Chicopee that meets my standards. read more

Received a pedicure and then had to m.j e for a manicure as well. Went fine. Kind of quick, but got in and out in 35 minutes. My fingernails were okay, but some had a bit of skin that didn't get pulled off. Overall, both feet and hands look good. Probably got finished quickly due to it being a Monday. read more

Absolutely horrible. My daughter paid for a spa pedicure and barely got a regular. They did not even touch her callouses. Her feet looked just as bad as she went in. The second time she went in , she got nicked by the guy. They take care of walk-in customers and rush through the job they are working on. The gentleman is rude and service is horrible. WORST MANICURE EVER!!! One star is too many.... I've been getting gel manicures 2x a month for 4 years now and this is beyond the worst manicure and customer service I've ever received. The gel was so thin and diluted that it bubbled under the lamp and the person applying it didn't know how to paint French tips but said they could. When I brought the bubbles to their attention, the manager came and was extremely rude. She told me it was a good manicure and I was just complaining too much. She did acknowledge the bubbles though so I have no idea why she was defending it. I went to pay and she said $5 off. I politely said that that wasn't enough, the manicure was horrendously done. She began to argue with me in front of the entire salon. I tried to talk to her but she wouldn't listen. I paid and walked out. I will never go back to this salon for any service. This place is a must go if you are looking to escape into paradise! I have never been pampered and treated as much as the employes at this business! When i first entered this nail salon I would have never expected to be greeted by multiple employyes! :) Usually i would get lucky to even get a how are you It had felt so nice. I then picked out my nail color and a seat was pulled out for me to be seated. As my hands were being filed etc...i was given a back and neck rub, in fact it happened on three different occasions while i was there. Two females were working on my hands at once at one point. Also after washing my hands they were also massaged with a sweet scented lotion before the final paint job. The station in my first opinion was clean after i sat down. A paper towel was laid on top of the hard surface (i believe they use a new one between customers) since i haven't seen a trace of nail fibers/dust or clippings. The elongated desk where customers finalized their process of drying their hands had a nice thin soft padding to lay your hands on. They also served great service as they helped carry my purse and jacket across the room. I only gave four stars only because it was pricy for my taste but for anyone who is looking to escape to relax this is the place! read more

$30 for a normal pedicure, $15 for a normal manicure which includes keratin glove treatment. If you pay in cash you save $1 for every $15 you spend, so my mani/pedi was $42 plus tip. They give you neck rubs while you are getting your manicure and while you are drying. The staff was all friendly but not talkative (which I prefer... some people like chit chat, but I'd rather not chat). The quality of the mani/pedi was not very good. I have hangnails that were missed, polish is a little messy, my cuticles don't look great. I don't live in the area, but if i did I am not sure if I would return to this salon. read more

Had appointments for manicures for my cousin and myself there today. I have never had such a terrible experience. The manicurist doing her nails had no idea how to do a french manicure. You would think the owner would have put her with someone else who knew what to do but that was not the case. She put multiple layers of pink polish on and was unable to do the white. Her nails were jagged and shaped incorrectly. While doing the prep she cut her finger as well. What should have taken 45 minutes became an hour and a half. Neither one of us was looking for something for free but you would think he would have given her a bit of a break on the price being that we had to wait for someone else to finish the job correctly. We will not step foot back in there again and I told him as much!! Guess he doesn't really care because he just looked at me and said ok. Apparently he doesn't value his clients!! One of the best services I've ever received!!! All thanks to the kind man named Han. He is such a sweetheart and very detail oriented with his work. He made sure i was comfortable throughout my entire visit, from the moment i walked in until i was drying my toes. He helped me pick out the perfect shade of red, massaged my feet for quite some time, offered me delicious chocolates and gifted me an amazing hand lotion. Han is the reason i will be a returning costumer. Cannot stress enough what a wonderful experience this was. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to nail bliss and thank you to Han. Horrible. My daughter went to get her nails done for prom...she just wanted simple French tips and they came out awful. Half of her nails were white and the nails themselves were popping off before she even got home. She asked to redo them while she was there and they were not redone. You took advantage of a teenager who did not feel comfortable speaking up any more than she did. You also made her pay ($70) before the nails were done, otherwise she would not have paid for them. She had to go somewhere else and pay more money to have them fixed. A horrible experience. read more

Angry at Yelp today for deceiving me with these reviews. I should have known not to trust Massachusetts reviews considering they strayed me to horrid pizzerias and bagel shops in the past. Only cave people would deem this a good place for a manicure. For $15 bucks, I essentially just paid for a color change which I could have done better myself. My cuticles were poorly cut, so I am struggling to figure out how the hell my fingers are bleeding from these cuts! Ugh! The color is streaky and the manicurist tells me the color is "difficult" to do. Your sole job is to apply nail polish, so I don't understand how one doesn't take the time to PRACTICE their craft. I have this color at home and do a great job myself. It looks as though a child with a learning disability did my nails and I had a great time driving straight to CVS for polish remover and cotton balls after this experience. We recently moved to the area since hubby is military. I was looking to get a nice pedicure from a clean decent place. This being the closest place and the only one with reviews I decided to check it out! I went on a Friday morning and it wasn't busy but very nice and clean inside. A gentleman did my toes and did a very nice job! Some people were saying that $30 is a lot for a pedicure out in western mass but I thought it was a great deal for all that was included! After he was done filing and cutting cuticles he then added some wax to a bag and wrapped around my feet and preceded to massage. We just moved from San Diego and that would have definitely cost an extra $10 for that. Then once my toes were done, a nice lady directed me to wash my hands and then dipped my hands in the wax and I received a nice neck and shoulder massage too. All of this for $30! Nail Bliss is the best nail shop in Pioneer Valley. Since it's located in Chicopee and i'm comparing it with Nail salons reaching from Northampton, Amherst and traveling distances within, I think it really speaks volumes that I can say it's by far, the best. Unlike other Nail Salon schools, Nail Bliss can almost ALWAYS get you in promptly. They're extremely friendly nail technicians. They are all VERY good and when they don't know how to do something, they will ask another technician to make sure that you're happy with your service! You feel like they actually care about their job. As if a nail salon where you consistently get a great manicure/pedicure isn't good enough - they also ALWAYS give you a very thorough neck massage while your nails are drying. Nail Bliss is also very clean so it doesn't appear to be a place where the facilities are used and never cleaned. Finally, if you've ever felt like doing your nails endlessly never paid off and was a beauty feature that just depleted your bank account... Think again. At Nail Bliss, you pay $2 to get a VIP card. Each $1 is associated with a point and once you hit certain points, your treatments become free. For example, $200 for a free manicure etc. Don't all go at once now :) read more

Planned on getting my mani/pedi done while my husband was at team meeting before his company's holiday party. This was close and had the most reviews and good ratings. First, they have the best massage chairs. The massage was strong and it was amazing. I loved how the seat squeezed your thighs together. the kneeding was the perfect amount of pressure. I also love the hot stone after the hot towel. it was great being pampered. The young lady who did my toes did a great job. she was quiet but i did not mind it at all. I was there around 10am on Saturday and i had just beat the crowd as groups starting to come in. The one thing I must say about nail salons and this goes for all of them. When a patron comes in and asked how long the wait is, its always underestimated. I wish they would honestly tell them its going to be at least an hour or please come back/make an appointment. Even so, with a appointment, this one group of 3, one girl has to wait a while before someone tended to her. Anyway, the woman who did my nails did a good job. But now, 4 days since my manicure, my nails are starting to chip. Only small chips but I really loved the color and was hoping to wear it for at least 1.5 weeks. While drying your nails, you get a neck and shoulder massage. I got 2 since I was sitting there for a while. I am always so paranoid that my nail are never dry enough and I always sit under the fan for at least a half hour. I did have to come back because a nail smudged and they fixed it right away. It was $45 for a mani/pedi. Theres not discount since its 30 was the pedicure and 15 for the manicure. Kind of a shame considering, I can get mani/pedis in Boston for $35 and this place is out in western MA! overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would consider this place again but hoping that my manicure lasts a bit longer. read more

Had my nails done last weekend because they were the highest rated in my immediate area. The staff was so friendly - I'm big on customer service. I had to wait about 20 minutes, which was fine because I didn't bother with an appointment. There were a lot of colors to choose from and when it was my turn next, my chair was pulled out for me and he got started immediately. I did a standard manicure priced $15 which is average cost. I was turned off that the gentleman didn't really clean his station though. The store as a whole seemed clean, but the station I was seated at had nail clippings from the girl before me. Gross. Despite the one mishap (would have given 4 stars if it weren't for the nail clippings) I had a great experience. He did a fabulous job on my nails (I wish I had posted a picture) and gave me a wonderful massage while my nails were drying. I tipped him well because he was very attentive by helping me with my bag and doing such a great job. For people wondering about how long the manicure lasts, I can't really speak to. I'm very active and I try to preserve my manicure for as long as possible, but it always inevitably chips after a few days. This is normal for me. I'm sure if you take better care of your hands/nails the manicure will last longer. I will absolutely give them another try in to future so I can give them a 4/5 star review next time! read more

No doubt about it, the owner of this place stupidly cuts corners by recycling old nail polish into OPI bottles, probably adding polish remover to thin it out. BRING YOUR OWN POLISH! Of all things for a nail salon to try to save money on! The staff is great, fantastic pedicures with amazing butt-squeezing massage chairs, but I wasted my morning getting a manicure that *4 hours later* wiped right off my nails. I had to remove it all. The only explanation is the fact that the wall of nail polishes looks very sketchy. I suspect the good reviews are from folks who chose a new bottle of polish and the reviewers who had polish wipe right off got a bottle like the one I did. It sounds like even the gels are not a safe choice. I'll keep going there, but bringing my own polish and not giving such good tips because the employees should steer customers to the non-recycled polish otherwise they are complicit in the hokey nail polish biz. read more

Went there just a few days ago, treated myself and my daughter to a new full set. Mine took 2 hours and I didn't even get what I wanted (french pink and white). After an hour and a half of her painting the white and wiping it off I said "forget it, I'll pick a color). So, just a day later and ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY dollars (yup, $75 each), I am left with paint chipping and 2 broken nails. My daughter's has 3 broken nails. I'm disappointed with my gel manicure. The color I picked turned out okay after 4 coats, which I understand is not their fault. The problem was that because she continued to use an almost empty pot, the polish came out clumpy on almost every finger. She has another new pot of the same color at the station, but did not utilize it. She was very friendly, but I'm not very happy with the final product. I'm giving this 2 stars because I asked for a fill on my acrylic nail and to my disappointment, I was charged $30. I know that a fill is suppose to run between $12-$25. This place is clean and people are friendly but not $30 fill price! I spent over 2 hours for fill/pedicure/brow wax. That's too long!! They don't use drills there. So perhaps that's why it took longer to fill my nails. All of my cuticles were bleeding and burning afterwards. I'm not used to that kind of harsh manicure. I don't think I'll be back there since I can get a fill cheaper and without damage to my cuticles. read more

During the pedicure the technician was attentive and thorough. As soon as the pedicure was over they led me to the dryer and began massaging my arms and shoulders.
