The workers at Nail Bliss are friendly and give great massages however, I received a full set and 2 of my nails fell off the next day. I've never had any issues with my nails falling off so I will be going elsewhere. Also $75 for a full set is a bit pricey. read more

I went in with a friend to get a pedi and mani. They were excellent with our pedi, my feet came out super clean and nice. After, we sat down for our mani and we had a massage while the lady painted our nails which came out really good. The best I've had in awhile and I'm super picky with my nails. The only downside is they don't do acrylic, only gel. Other than that I highly recommend! read more

Definitely the best nail salon in the greater Springfield area. Friendly ladies, great selection of polich colors, and back rubs! The prices are competitive and the work is meticulous. I recently relocated to this area and needed a new place to get a mani & pedi well... I read the review saying how wonderful Nail Bliss was, I wasn't impressed. I come from the Boston area and I don't know if there is just more competition so they need to be less expensive and BETTER but they are just much better. Nail Bliss is very clean and they are very nice but where I'm use to them spending at least 1/2 hour on my feet Nail Bliss spent all of 5 minutes on the bottom of my feet, I feel like I need to go to Boston and get a real pedicure. But they did a great job on my nails. read more

This is a must go. I went in to get a pedicure done and the lady did soooo much. She did hot stone, massage my foot and parafin for the heel. The color stays on long and when you wait to dry your nail polish, they give you massage as well. I didn't get a manicure, but I saw another lady getting it and they were massaging her back as well. So cool. Also try to go there during the week, rather than weekend, simply because less busy and they spend more time on you:) hope this helps! read more

Always find myself coming back to this salon! This place is great, as I'm getting my nails done, there are workers who walk around and give me multiple shoulder massages. The workers are so nice, they always are quick to fix my manicure if it gets messed up by accident. Love this salon! read more

I had acrylic tips done here, and thought they did an excellent job. I was impressed that my tech used just the right amount of product, didn't overdo it with glue and nasty stuff, and was very clean in her work. She was very friendly and I was able to walk in without an appointment. A full set was $50, and I think it was a fair price. The salon was neat and clean, but could do with some updated decorating and maybe something other than tv's for entertainment (nice music?)...and only 1 tv was on anyhow. Got my eyebrows done here and the lady completely butchered them. She basically chopped them in half and now they have absolutely no shape. Definitely would not recommend if you'd like to keep your eyebrows looking halfway decent. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star. The WORST. Do NOT go here. Took an hour and a half for a REFILL! Super expensive for nails that are messy and all uneven. They are all different lengths, and point in different directions. They also still charged me $40 when I didn't even get a colour on the nail because she was taking so long. She also got wax on my coat while doing the paraffin wax. Waste of money & time. read more

Walked in with my coffee on my day off ready to relax and even wait if need be to get my nails done. Every worker was able to hear the door jingle as I came in. They have it for a reason right? Everyone sure did look at me but yet couldn't be bothered to say hello. After standing at the reception desk for an awkward few moments I had to just say across the room um hi can anyone take me for a gel manicure? I went in to get Gel nail polish the color was pretty. They used a paint on color (not OPI like I am used too). I had to go back in 4 hrs later because the polish chipped, that was Thur. Here it is Sunday night, have a job interview tomorrow morning(i worked all weekend, no time for a touch up) and three nails are chipped and cracked. Got a full set done here a few weeks ago on a whim. They did this weird method, which seemed interesting, but 1, it made my nails EXTREMELY gloppy and ill fitting and 2, took over 2 hours. And to top it all off, I was charged $50 for the whole thing. I went to my regular nail salon to get them fixed the next day, and was informed that the nails were already peeling off. the people here were SO nice, so I'm very sad my nails turned out so bad. Go if you must for a mani or pedi, but save ur money and get a full set elsewhere read more

This is hands down my favorite place to get my nails done. I live in Chicopee and I pass a ton of nail salons to get to this one but they are the best. The first time I went there, about an hour before they closed, there were not too many people there and the woman gave me a thorough massage while I was getting my maicure. While it was nice, I honestly thought they were only doing it because I was the only person there. I have gone back plenty of times (and believe me, it gets busy so make an appointment!) and they STILL give you a good massage, free of charge, no matter how busy it is. I just thought that was a really nice touch. Also, everything is extremely clean and all the maincure and pedicure chairs are brand new. They have a cool reward system, also free of charge, where you can accumulate points and get free manicure and pedicures. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Chicopee area! read more

My daughter and myself went into Bliss Nails and they practically stop us at the door to let us know that they used different products and that the cost was $55 for a fill. We were insulted because we did not asked them about the price, but I guess because we are people of color we couldn't pay. Well we have been to Ludlow to a very, very nice nail salon, 5 stars and paid $55 for a fill plus we had pedi also, I believe the condescending male attendant think we could not pay or maybe it was our color. I've been to many salons and I have to say, by far, this place is my favorite. Not only are all of the employees very kind, but I always love how my nails turn out. The salon is much cleaner compared to most salons. Not to mention the free massages they give during manicures and drying! Any questions I have they answer thoroughly along with giving me wonderful advice. I feel like they truly care about you, which is why I've come to trust them with my nails. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They have no concept of customer service. I feel completely ripped off. My friend and I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for gel nail polish change only. We specifically said we didn't want a manicure. She said it would be $15. When we went to pay they charged us each $35!!! Both the girl at the desk and the owner argued and insisted on their price. They never told us that adding glitter polish on top would be an additional $5 (fine if it is, but at least let us know before we agree to do it). When we explained we called ahead to verify they asked who we spoke to. We didn't know (and it's irrelevant). I asked her to check by who took our appointment. She said they all answer the phone then turned around and swiped my card without my approval for the $35. If my nails had actually been done well I may not be so upset. They look like a child did them not to mention the color was coming off at the end when she was wiping them with the alcohol! You pay someone to do your nails because you want them to look better than you would do by yourself, not worse. I had a bad feeling when I got there and came very close to not getting them done and I truly wish I had listened to my instinct, I just really wanted painted nails for the holidays. Find another place to go, these people do not care about customer service. It's about the bottom line for them and not having satisfied, returning customers. read more

I came in last week on a whim to get a gel manicure because this place already had great reviews, and I am so glad I did! This was the best manicure I have ever received. Other places I have been really rush you in and out the door and have always been so-so. However, at Nail Bliss they took their time and do a lovely job! Nail Bliss was impeccably clean and all the women there were friendly and efficient. My technician did excellent gel work and I received massages while waiting in between coats. I asked for coffin shaped nails, I went in around 5PM on a Tuesday. They rushed me, the nails were bulb shaped on the ends. The polish was streaky and I wasn't able to dry. I got a pedicure (which wasn't even done correctly - no use of pumice stone/bar), they did my acrylic nails as I sat in the pedi chair. Then rushed me to the back to wax my eyebrows and rushed me out the door. The next day, I called and complained that after spending 118.00, it didn't look like quality work. They asked me to come in again - she reshaped my nails and repainted them. They still didn't look up to par but I gave up at that point. NOW today, I had 2 nails fall off while I was at work. I work in an office - so there was no strenuous activity being placed on the nails. I can't deal with this place. read more

$30 for an acrylic fill? No thanks. They get you by including the spa massage but I didn't want that and I didn't want to pay extra for it but since there's only one option it's $30 regardless. For people that don't know a regular acrylic fill with no design is usually $15. They didn't even fill my whole nail!! They did some half-assed way of putting clear stuff on the bottom to fill it and dipping my finger into the acrylic itself and then filing down that to match my original nail. Rip off. I had just moved to the area and looking for a new place. This was right up the street from my new job so I decided to check them out. The first time I went, it wasn't bad. A little on the pricey side. The second time I went was a nightmare. The manager actually did my nails and she kept on INSISTING my nails were acrylic. I kept telling her that I did NOT have acrylic, that I had gotten them done THERE, just a few weeks prior. She did an ok job I actually loved the shape and how natural they looked. HOWEVER, after 2 days, my gel polish started peeling right off! It was a MESS. By 2 days, the polish was all off and I was walking around with just bare nails. I paid $50 for a refill for the polish to peel right off??? It was beyond ridiculous. I went back and asked for my money back. She only gave me back $30 and insisted she couldnt refund the entire thing because my nails were acrylic, and she didnt even offer to repaint them. NEVER going back here. Way too expensive and terrible customer service, and uneducated nail technicians. FYI, my nails are GEL. I went to the mall and got a fill there and the girl did an amazing job and my GEL polish still looks amazing after more than 2 weeks. read more
