Clients may drive a long distance based on the information provided, so accurate communication and professionalism are important. I stated that I did not have cash and this should have been disclosed upfront and the man responded "I have an atm." I typically tip a minimum of 15% but after my experience I did not pull any money out of the atm to tip. Telling me the tip was cash up front would have changed my mind because I did not have cash, which I assume is why they did not mention it.
