I came in today for the first time and Christie did my manicure and pedicure. She was so aggressive when she filed my nails that the side chipped off and started bleeding profusely. She immediately put alcohol on it which made it sting even more and without apologizing, she continued to do my nails aggressively even after I asked her numerous times to be gentle. I was so turned off by the overall demeanor that I almost got up and left. She proceeded to do my pedicure and even though the nail polish was smudged she still let me get up and walk over to the table to dry it. If I didn't notice I would've left with a smudged pedicure and I paid 43 dollars for both manicure and pedicure. It's overpriced and not worth coming here. Don't come here ever. read more

I'm a professional/former edu in the industry for almost 30 years. My recommendation to this establishment was cultivated during COVID for the health and safety of my valued customers. I personally was referred to Nicole by a customer who's nails I adored. She also commented on how professional and clean this environment is. Later another customer (who I also) referred gave me another recommendation (because Nicole was busy) of Honey. She also highly recommended Honey. I scheduled my appointment with Honey (in advance because I needed so much help) and am so pleased with my results. Very clean, lots of good polish choices, and the lady that did my pedicure was very sweet. one of my toes got messed up when she took the separators out and she redid it really quickly. I booked an appointment earlier that day, but they seem like they take walk ins. Nice staff here. read more

I had been coming here for several years, and previously left a five star review because I loved it so much. Now, unfortunately, I need to adjust the rating. It seems the pandemic has taken it's toll on this once great little gem. Called to make an appointment for a Thursday night mani pedi, requested 5:30 (as they have always been open until 7pm). The technician I usually work with asked that I come earlier, informing me "we close at 6pm". I was surprised at the change, as it wasn't updated on the Internet or Facebook page. We settled on 5:00 and she still insisted "but you come early". Well, after a hard day of work I rushed home to shower and change so I could be there for 4:30. Looking forward to a relaxing experience I was disappointed when I received just the opposite. She took me right away, asking a walk in to let me go ahead of her. Pedicure was.... Bad. Didn't put too much effort into the usual massage part of it. Zero actually, it just never got done. Spent too much time with the cuticle scissors (leaving me with sore toes today), and the polish job was one coat of color with minimal top coat leaving parts of the nail not even covered. The polish or top coat, not sure which, discolored and turned cloudy. I removed the polish already and have been applying antibiotic ointment to the open areas of skin around my nail beds. Oh, and then I stayed for the manicure. Hindsight I should have just left.... But like I said, I'd been coming several years and had faith that it would be worth it. Sadly, I was wrong. Gel manicure was absolutely rushed. French came out pitifully. The tips are uneven, left gel stuck to my skin, bubbles in the top coat. She actually tried to have me leave with my thumb nail half done, after she had to file off a glob of polish, an attempt to just get me out I assume. Right at 6pm a walk in arrived to ask if they had time for a pedicure and instead of being told that they were closing at 6, as I was told, they took her! So, I guess their hours haven't changed? Interesting. All of this was very upsetting since I considered myself a loyal customer. I'm not sure why this place has taken such a turn, I can't imagine they will keep any customers with service and work like this. They post signs informing people that in adhering to government mandates and regulations due to covid the prices have been increased. I understand the need for inflation and am willing to accept it when wanting to have my nails done, but it is absolutely unacceptable when this is what you get with your hard earned money. It's a shame because the women who work here have, up until this point, been very lovely. However, I just can't risk another experience like this and will never, ever return. There are various other nail salons in the area and it looks like I will be searching around for a new regular spot. I suppose I could have voiced my dissatisfaction, but why bother. We were staying at Westover AFB, and our hands and my feet needed some attention. We had just arrived from San Diego, after moving from Italy. As a U. S. Navy Sailor, I have had manicures and pedicures all over the world. I am a chef and my hands and feet take a beating. The lady that took care of me was very thorough and attentive for both my hands and feet, and I wish more men would indulge themselves so they could feel this good afterward. My friends and I went to this salon based on a recommendation from a friend, I'm so glad that we went here. There were 5 of us, we all got a shellac mani and a pedi. They were very personable and professional. The salon is clean. We definitely felt pampered. Usually my nail polish barely lasts a day or two , my shellac mani has lasted a full two weeks and it is still looking fresh! I will definitely be back! read more

Worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. We had been coming here for about 6 months me my mother and my sister . Usually decent except for the fact that my gel nails kept growing out and falling off daft a week but they did a decent job and it's nice in there so we continued to go. Last time I went we made 4:30 apts I was running late when I got there 10 min late my mom was having her nails filled and my sister was sitting. We had an event the next morning to attend and my sister was running on limited time. She sat around till 5:15 then told them she had to go so she wouldn't be getting her pedi done that evening shed just come back in the morning. Well I wasn't seen till 5:30 which no big deal I was a little late ... However to move things along my mom told her shed just paint them herself when she got home. They completed my nails they looked decent one was majorly slanted but I was running late it was 6:15 when we final left so I didn't complain we went to pay and she charged me over $30 for my fill and 2 fix and then charged my mom. Full price for her acrylic fill even though she opted not to get color cuz they were behind schedule. At the same time the 6pm apts came in the lady had made these apts at 5 when I was sitting. She needed full set and a pedi her daughters were getting nails painted. She had a wedding to go to the next morning. At 5:50 they took in 2 girls for fills and pedis that didn't have apts. they made this lady and her daughters wait around 10 min before they told them they couldn't fit them in!! They had appointments!! They lady was Soo upset !! Horrible customer service! If they don't intend on honoring their appointment system they shouldn't take them!! read more

I'd just like to speak my mind on the horrific incident that had occurred at this local nail salon. I am beyond flustered to my core with this business. My mother and I came to this establishment to get a quick pedi and we left with a serious problem. What is this problem you might ask? Well I'm gonna tell you. we had just finished getting our toenails painted and washed in the tub (which by the way was NOT up to my standards) and the person doing my toes had managed to miss half of my toenail (which was VERY upsetting to me as I had to go to a get together the day after). Meanwhile, they are lathering up our legs with might I add lotion with a very scrumptious scent, however, they were a tad too harsh while rubbing our legs. You may think it couldn't get any worse, however, you are very mistaken. My mother and I go about our day and she notices that her legs are a bit itchy. No problem right? WRONG! The next morning she woke up and realized she had developed a godawful rash on her already chapped legs. We came to the conclusion that it was NOT in fact from her already chapped legs, but from something she must have been allergic to. However, there was absolutely no way to decipher what she was allergic to, as they had not told us what was in the lotion. If I were you, I would take your business elsewhere as I do not want anyone else to have to endure the excruciating main and itchiness that my mom had to encounter. read more
