I went in recently after seeing many good reviews and was extremely disappointed. Immediately on…read moreentering there was an unfriendly manner in which the staff were treating myself and my party. We had made an appointment which was after their normal operating hours, which they immediately began 'joking' about. Saying that we would have to 'put our hands outside the car' to have them dry, and overall being a bit hostile... even though they offered us the appointment time. To say it was extremely off-putting would be an understatement. They also tried to convince me to change the color I had selected, telling me it would not look good if I went with the color I wanted. And they did the same to my friend, strongarming her into another color she didn't want. While I can set that aside as perhaps the professionals know best and perhaps a misunderstood joke, what I cannot excuse is the horrible quality of painting I received. It was no secret that they were in a rush, as they were all but shoving us out the door the moment we were done. However, it seems they didn't wait adequate time in between coats as my nails have the most hideous bubbles on them. I would have gone back in to ask them to fix it, but given how they were pretty much closing as we were sitting waiting for our nails to dry (shutting off the music so we sat in silence as they didn't acknowledge us any further, turning off lights, playing on their phones) I did not feel comfortable doing so. Had I not paid I honestly would have removed the nail polish immediately myself and redid them at home. Moral of the story, if you want poorly painted nails and an experience in which it is clear that your presence is unwanted, this is the nail salon for you!
