I'm deeply disappointed with how this business handled a long-standing customer relationship. I…read morereturned to Wilbraham Tanning specifically for wellness and consistency, and after committing time and money, I was abruptly excluded due to a pricing and/or policy change that was neither clearly communicated nor reasonably handled. As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.

From the moment you walk in, the place hosts a welcoming ambiance. You're immersed in bright, tropical tones and it almost feels like you're on vacation! I booked Erica for my wedding spray tan, but did two trial runs beforehand. I had TONS of questions when it came to face products and lotions to use in conjunction with the tan. She offered LOADS of knowledge on prep tips that would enhance the tan, as well as aftercare! I've gotten Versa Spa tans for the last 15 years...but never have I learned the specifics on how to properly exfoliate beforehand, and how to prolong the tan. It's simply next level! My tans looked beautiful each time I've received one. They actually still looked good almost two weeks later, which is way longer than I've ever gotten from the Versa spa! I highly recommend treating yourself to a tan at Stay Golden! It simply checks all the boxes when it comes to choosing a place that can deliver!

Still the only salon for me! Simply amazing! After having my very first hair process done at Ochoa and then coming here, this is the only place I will ever go to. Not to mention the HUGE difference in price. Ochoa quoted me a full highlight to start at $124 and go up from there and said it would definitely be more because of my long hair, well the Finishing Touch starts at $75 for a full highlight and charged me $78 when it was all said and done even with my long hair. I love the color I got done at the Finishing Touch and it's the only salon I will go to from now on, not to mention their great prices! I'm in love with this place and will be returning as much as possible. They do everything there too, hair, nails, tan, waxing, ear candling, manicure pedicure, massage, you name it they do it, a true salon and spa!
