After my rushed and horrible manicure, I paid with my card and only after I paid was, I told the tip is only accepted in cash. I stated that I did not have cash and this should have been disclosed upfront and the man responded "I have an atm." I typically tip a minimum of 15% but after my experience I did not pull any money out of the atm to tip. Telling me the tip was cash up front would have changed my mind because I did not have cash, which I assume is why they did not mention it. This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten, and I will not return to Cathy's Nail Spa.
