I was unaware of any kind of fee and asked if they had my signature on file stating that I was notified of such fee. the girl that answered the phone said they have forms in the computer that state their policies. Ummm, so that would be a no. I also informed her that I did NOT give them permission to use my Venmo card for random charges. Debit and credit cards should not be kept on file. They also don't allow you to use your credit card to charge a tip. They only take cash. Also suspicious. it's so unfortunate that they lose customers over shady business practices because some of their techs are great.

I'm low-fuss when it comes to my hair (I wash with a little shampoo and ton of conditioner, and maybe use little leave-in coconut oil before air-drying, but that's about it). Caren's cut works perfectly for my normal minimal-maintenance days, and frames my face more nicely on days when I play a bit.
