Very nice + clean salon. I was a walk in and was seated immediately. They have a wide range of nail colors (gel, regular, dip) The man who I believe was the owner helped me find a color similar to what I was looking for. Jake was my nail tech. He was quick and efficient. Definitely one who pays attention to detail. I appreciate the fact that he redid a nail instead of trying to patch it up when there was a small uneven spot. I read a lot of reviews complaining about upcharging and prices . Maybe it's because I grew up in the city and I'm used to a $70 manicure however their prices are very reasonable. I did look online and saw that a dip manicure cost $38 which is less than what I paid for however.. $46 for a dip manicure that looks pretty perfect within 30 minutes? Totally worth it. Not to mention, he gave me an additional base so my nails would remain strong for the next few weeks. Did he tell me it would cost more? No. Did I ask him for the price? Also No. If price is a concern you should always ask. I would come back here. Totally recommend. read more

Unless you have a nail tech here that you know can do nails really well, avoid it. Paid over $125, for a pedicure and French tips and it is probably the worst I've ever had. Uneven, lumpy, bubbles from the material used. The nail tech had her drill waaayy to high and it began to hurt as she was drilling. I would not recommend this place at all. Stay away if you get your nails done regularly because you'll be highly disappointed. I can't even show y'all the toes because it is super embarrassing. STAY AWAY. read more

They make up prices every time. I paid over 100 on a mani pedi. When I asked them why they kept tallying up prices saying polish removal and I didn't even come in with polish on my toes. Owner tried shushing me when I was questioning them. read more

I got a pedicure today, they told me it would be $32 but did not tell me that gel polish was $15 extra and the magnetic polish that I got was another $5. $52 later I was disappointed by the messiness around each nail and the lack of cleanup. Will not be returning. read more

This was the worst service I've received in any nail salon. My cuticles were pushed too fast and hard, the filing was never ending, rushed, and the nail tech was very rough with the skin around my nails, and my finger was cut with the cuticle clipper. I had to ask the nail tech to slow down. They really pushed the powder dipping ($10 upcharge) on me and continued to ask and try to convince me. Then made comments when I said no. It was so uncomfortable my heart was beating and I was in fear of being hurt anymore, but I didn't want to just get up out of my chair and leave. I was torn about what to do. While watching the other nails techs, I could see, they too, were all very fast and rushing. Also, the place was filthy, powder all over, nothing looked to be cleaned for a while, and the cabinets were even falling apart. I will absolutely never go there again and suggest you don't either, unless you like being roughed up. read more

I got a full set with gel--there was a ton of confusion about colors which was frustrating for me as a customer but it turned out okay. I usually go to happy nails which I love but they are not open on Sundays so I thought I'd try Ludlow nails since they were open. It was very clean and the people were very friendly. I called for an appointment as I wanted a pedicure. They had many spa pedicure choices and I felt they were all reasonably priced for the products used and time spent. I had a charcoal pedicure very nice!! The technician was great she did an awesome job very thorough and relaxing. I enjoyed my experience so much I decided to get a manicure. I have very short nails so I just wanted a trim and shiny buff. They did a great job and my nails were very shiny just as I wanted. I hate polish on my nails so this was great. It seemed like they had all the cool gels and powders there but I do not have long nails so I can not comment on how that service is. Overall very happy and all the employees were super nice and accommodating. I never thought I'd find a place a good as happy nails but they are! They also have a card so if you go so many times you'll receive a discount. Bring cash as they do have an up charge if you use a credit or debit card ( which most places have now) I will be back! read more

This facility was clean, and all of the staff were very pleasant. I got a pedicure and a full set. I opted for chrome on my toes for my pedicure. Although they told me it would be extra, imagine my shock at $32 extra just for the chrome. On top of that, they charge 3.8% extra for anyone paying with a card. The extra cost, plus the additional charge for the card was enough for me to make the decision that I will not return it. It is a shame, as it's a very nice facility and the staff were friendly. read more
