Being in pain no way I could get my hair done for 2 hours. I called and asked to reschedule and got attitude from the receptionist. Told I couldn't because my stylist is going away yet again next week and she has no openings. I'm like no openings forever? I got told nothing until next month. Well great for her she's so booked! I don't complain when my hair is cut too much and I'm waiting for a good 10-15 minutes for my stylist to come in. Given the circumstances I would expect a little more understanding. Plus always books my appointment with another client so I'm waiting for her to finish with then while I wait for my color. Never complained !! Until now. I won't be going back.

Did not know what to expect, just knew I wanted my hair colored and cut and shaped into a short bob. The stylist was running about 15 minutes late when I got there on time, but did not realize she had another client that was taking a substantial amount of time to bleach out some old color and then to apply new color. Needless to say, a color and cut took over 3 1/2 hours! It would have been appreciated if there was an "I'm sorry for running behind", but there was no acknowledgement of how late she was running. Very disappointed in the cut which was not tapered nor short enough. The color was ok, nothing that can't be fixed somewhere else. I'll probably find a salon now, rather than waiting when another color is needed to get the hair cut I wish I had received. I had a feeling when I walked in and wasn't greeted that I wouldn't be happy. Wish I listened to that feeling!

She was very nice and we chatted a bunch while she did my nails. She was quick and efficient and my nails came out beautifully. I like my nails to be more narrow than wide at the tips and she did exactly that. I didn't have to have her fix them because they were crooked or uneven. She got it all right the first time. I will be back again. Oh and even though I didn't get a design (I like my nails with just color) I may in the future because I heard they do great design work as well.

I called to request my money back and let them know I was unhappy and they said they don't do refunds and I needed to come in and get them redone and it would just take 10 minutes --10 minutes when they didn't dry in the 2 hours I was there. 2 hours and $53 wasted. Every place I have ever been has taken 30 minutes and if there ever was an issue, money was refunded, no questions asked. Do not go here!!
