Shortly afterward, another employee approached me and stated in a very rude and unprofessional manner that I could not receive services because appointments were required and they were fully booked. What made the experience even more upsetting was that, before leaving, I overheard staff accepting two other customers who were also walk-ins and did not have appointments. I found this treatment to be unfair, inconsistent, and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected to be treated with the same level of courtesy and consideration as everyone else.
