I have been coming here for a long time so what went well was the acrylic full set service. The gentleman took his time and made sure my nails were to my liking however the only thing I dislike is when the nail techs don't keep their comments to himself. Many people don't always go to the salon so when they do it's almost like a treat to themselves. However this technician made me feel embarrassed by mentioning my toe nails were uneven out loud because I cut them at home but they weren't uneven at all and the technician who did my sisters toes at the same time said the same thing about her feet. It's just things like that you don't mention to customers. The vibe of the place is honestly sometimes hectic and sometimes calm. My pedicure and full set cost me $90.00 plus a tip of $10.00. I honestly think 100.00 is a bit much for a short-medium length set and same style toes. Other than that they did an okay job. read more

Well I went on Monday to get my fill from Lily we had an appointment but apparently she was sick. I understand people can get sick out of the blue but I found the fact that she or anyone there couldn't message me to reschedule and so i don't live near the Chicopee area so its a drive for me. The guy that did my nails was sloppy overall took him almost an hour and i look like i need a refill already on the same day. I didn't notice until after i got out of the store, I messaged Lily and she did not work with me with getting them fixed i told her the days and times I was available to do and she couldn't so she ended up telling me she doesn't have time to be messaging me. This place is so SLOPPY. The woman did my gel polish so thick and horrible and didn't want me to look at it during the service so I never got to see how badly it was done and it started lifting the day after. HORRIBLE and she didn't do the sides - why can't the workers paint nails !! I don't get it They upcharge you if the service is less than $10 on your card which I'm pretty sure is against the LAW !!! They're okay. I asked my nail tech for oval nails and she insisted on almond shaped so I just went with it. She then gave me the wrong color, because the box was mislabeled. (I ended up liking that color, a light pink, as well as the light purple I picked out, so I didn't bother correcting her.) When she did my nails, she got my skin twice with the drill and made me bleed a little bit. I got a full acrylic set and it came out nice, but the next day or two I noticed bubbles in the gel polish. Not really her fault, I blame the product. But still a bummer. The pedicure I have no complaints about. Got just the basic one and it was nice. Overall, not terrible, but I probably won't go back. I'll probably stick with my usual salon that charges about the same for a better service. read more

The younger girl who started my acrylic fill was very nice, and she cut my nails down as short as I like them. However, an older woman who took over to shape my nails twisted my fingers so much that I honestly thought she'd break them. When I squirmed to readjust my arm to alleviate the pain she stopped and stared at me. When I did this for the third time, she stopped again and said curtly "Don't look at your hands, when you move I can't see what I'm doing." Excuse me?! I wasn't looking at my nails, I was trying to keep her from snapping my fingers as she turned them all the way around in her effort to file them!! She we totally fed up with my "antics" and handed me off to the young girl again for my polish. I literally had tears in my eyes from the pain and embarrassment of being reprimanded, and I wanted desperately to get out of there. The girl was once again very kind to me and did a nice job on my manicure so I tipped her well before running out. Unfortunately my fingers still hurt (and I mean HURT) several hours later and I am still mortified from being disciplined rather than pampered so I will certainly not be returning. read more

My experience was okay. It is convenient, since it's literally inside of walmart. I got acrylics and they are pretty thick, which I don't really like. It took about 15 min waiting time even though i made an appointment, but it was fine. They have alotttt of color choices for gel. So I am going to Miami tomorrow and was referred to this place. Honestly, I should've gone elsewhere. I never left so dissatisfied and pressured. I just wanted a scrub pedicure and a full gel set in black. The lady that did the pedicure pressured me into the deluxe which I was okay with because it's been so long. Then I went to get my full set done and he pressured me to get the glow in the dark acrylics. He convinced me to get a coffin shape which I was okay with and then he put a glitter on top that I didn't ask for. So that's was it. I didn't get any lotion or anything. My hands look blah. The nail itself is nice which is why they are only getting 2 stars. I'm really so annoyed. Thank God I didn't get my eyebrows done there because they were pressuring me to do it but I only get them threaded. Ugh... never again. read more

What a joke. I have been coming here for years and now twice in a row I get shitty nails. Go in the first time they repair no problem I'm happy! Well an hour later they peal again. The same one they just fixed. I give them the benefit of a doubt that it was because I chose a matte finish. WRONG. Just got them done yesterday and they are pealing and flaking again. I just want my money back at the point (it's only 28$ so I figured no big deal they ducked up multiple times just give my money back) again wrong! They flat out refuse, offer to fix my nails again which I just do not have time for and frankly don't trust them to stay the way I have them done at this point. Bottom line is their quality has gone to shit and can't even satisfy one regular customer. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point. read more

Worst pedicure ever!!! I've had a lot of pedicures in my life. I arrived shortly before 5 on Friday evening. The Owner looked at one of the men and said, 'go do it.' Very quickly, it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing and shouldn't be doing pedicures. The girls on either side talked at him in their native tongue, giving him some pointers. Basically, I got a polish change with a trim. Not sure he even washed out the tub properly. He had a hard time using the clipper to cut down the nail on the big toe. He left my legs all greasy with the oil. I blame the Owner(s). They should make sure their people are properly trained. I'm sure there's some down time where they could practice on each other. read more

Went today to get my nails done. As soon as I walked in the door 2 ladies were towards the back chatting didn't say hi or anything so I said I would like a full set. Got told to sit at table 4. This guy comes out to do my nails and he was so nice. Asked how my day had been so far did I work today when I said no he asked what my plans were today. To me that is great customer service. Getting to know your customer. So I picked my color while he was putting on the tips and than he asked what shape I wanted. I said short coffin shape. He did a great job I got acrylic nails and they are not thick at all. My only issue was that the place had only been open an hour and the place was so dusty. The table where no one was working at about 2/3 tables away was sooooo dusty. The trash can had about half an inch worth of dust. If it wasn't for all the dust this place would totally have gotten a 5 start. But I am giving it 4 stars. read more
