Tina did my pedicure in their very awesome style pedicure set up. Check out the photo! Loved this! Although you don't get a chair massage like in a standard set up. She did a great job! Three options for the pedicures. I choose the middle, $40 option. She used some great products which she told me were all organic. Smelled and looked great. Also got a hot stone massage - slightly shorter than what I'm use to. However my place at home gives a very long massage. She also did my gel manicure which was great. She was quick and did it well! I brought my aunt here to get her first manicure ever for her birthday. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, and when I showed up, the staff looked at me like I had two heads. The owner was the one to work on my aunt, it was done in... maybe 10 minutes. She didn't sew her nails, file them or anything. She said they didn't need it. I explained to her that it was a birthday birthday spot treatment. I wanted her to just have everything done. I've been going to them for almost 2 years and they never disappoint, I see all the ladies in there (and occasionally I'll see the guy in there) and they ALL do an amazing job. I won't go anywhere else, I've made that mistake and I won't let it happen again . From the precise shaping, to the beautiful designs I love going to this nail salon. Horrible service. Made an appointment for my daughter for take off and gel manicure. They were 30 min late and did such a horrible job that I could have taken them off better. I went in last week to get a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. I was in love with my gel pedicure and thought she did a great job! My dip pedicure, on the other hand, was poorly done. Would NEVER come here again. The whole manicure was very rushed. the tech took only a few seconds to file my nails and then CUT me when using a dremel on my BARE nails (cut pictured on my pinky). The whole service was very rushed and afterwords while I was waiting for my friend to finish I was rushed to get up and pay so they could use my chair while there were multiple other empty chairs. Although they were super busy when I got here and I was a walk in, I was able to get in in about 15 minutes. The girls were all super nice and really took her time. I got the $30 pedicure and although it wasn't anything crazy, it was still really good! The lotion and scrub they use smells great and didn't leave me feeling dry afterwards. The tubs aren't whirlpool but I like the set up better for a pedicure! It was like a bunch of little tubs and a big bench with little pillows for your back. While I appreciate not spending 3 hours in a salon for a gel mani, I really Didn't think I would only be in there 25 minutes. It was clean and beautifully decorated but the woman barely spoke to me she soaked my hands for 10 seconds, did a 5 minute cuticle clean up, and then painted. I had a 1pm appt and was walking out by 1:28pm. I typically enjoy relaxing for an hour... I have 4 kids so it's my one hour away a week! Not to mention it was $30 plus I gave her $6 tip! I just moved to Boston from L.A. and have been searching for a nail place. Everything has been expensive and crappy service. I'm a flight attendant and on a layover so I decided to try this place. Yeah!!! It was clean and pretty. The pedicure stations are very spa like and the nail area is one long granite like bar with built in uv light dryers. Whoop whoop! Katie helped me and when I asked if she could do something for me or if it would be too hard her response was "if you're good at something, you know what you're doing, and nothing is hard." SOLD! They charge $5 more for almond, coffin, stiletto nails, but I'm guessing that's normal here. I loved her designs and there were a plethora to pick from. I loved this place so much I made an appointment for two weeks away. It'll be worth the hour and a half Drive. (I'm so desperate I was going to fly 6 hours to Vegas every month if I couldn't a place). I spent $40 for a fill with coffin shaped nails, gel and a design on each of my ring fingers. Because they charge $10 for shaping. I say ok, she then proceeded to start my nails, she didn't clean them at all! She then used a dirty file on my nails and a dirty bit, then proceeded to make me bleed with the dirty bit and put it right back in her case once she finished. Very expensive and management does not appreciate the customers. A bi-weekly fill costs $40, add nail art and it's anywhere from $45 - $50 and up. There is a frequent customer redemption card, which is good for $25 off one service. When redeeming this, make sure you are not getting more than one service, or you will not be allowed to use the second service towards your frequent customer card. Essentially, it boils down to a $2.50 discount, which pays for nothing but a basic service. If you want a manicure and a pedicure, you have to pay over $50 and cannot count that towards your frequent customer card. The management is very unreasonable. This place is AMAZING. I came here in a whim because of the other reviews as I am new to town and needed a new go-to nail salon. I came late afternoon with no appointment and was able to be helped immediately after walking in the door. The previous salon I had used really messed up my nails and T and T made them look wonderful! Not my usual nail place. It being day before Mother's Day our place was booked up. My daughter made us an appointment for 930 on Saturday. We arrived on time and had a Short wait, only good thing I can say. We choose the $40 pedicures. The young girl taking care of me was also taking care of customers coming in, person at desk looking for gift card and answering the phone all while doing my pedicure. I have never experienced that before! No excuse me or i' m sorry, for the multiple interruptions. Touching her phone and then my feet with no gloves! My daughter and I sat down basically the same time and next to me enabling me to see her technician working on her. Many steps were missed by my technician and very Short massage. Rush, rush she was too busy multitasking and zero communication. They were painting our toe nails within 30 minutes of sitting down. My daughter felt her technician did not take the proper time she is use to. Never again. I am an excellent tipper and I have never not tipped before but did not tip! I was not happy and will not be going back. If this was my technician's job to man the front door, front desk, and phone then very poor management. There are many nail places that get it right!
