Lan, nail tech #13 NEVER disappoints. I've been going to her for 2 years now and she knows exactly what I like. I come in and show her a design and she does it without failing, if not better. Always gets the shape right and length on point. Only place and technician I trust with my nails read more

Amazing job! Just moved into the area and was so nervous about finding a place since all the reviews around this area seemed mediocre. First time here, I got a full set of acrylic nails and I'll definitely be back. The shop was clean and the ladies (employees and clients) were all so kind. Such a nice area! read more

Spouse has been here once before without a problem. Went for a manicure/pedicure this week. Nail tech cut her foot - it was bleeding profusely. It continued bleeding lightly that night. There was no offer of a free service, discounted service or a free product to make up for the tech's incompetence. Couple days later the polish is peeling off her fingernails. This place is now off her list. read more

In town for work, found this place on yelp. It had great reviews and the reviews lived up to it! This place is nice, comfortable, clean! Tina did my pedicure in their very awesome style pedicure set up. Check out the photo! Loved this! Although you don't get a chair massage like in a standard set up. She did a great job! Three options for the pedicures. I choose the middle, $40 option. She used some great products which she told me were all organic. Smelled and looked great. Also got a hot stone massage - slightly shorter than what I'm use to. However my place at home gives a very long massage. She also did my gel manicure which was great. She was quick and did it well! I'd recommend this place to anyone! Really really good salon. read more

I brought my aunt here to get her first manicure ever for her birthday. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, and when I showed up, the staff looked at me like I had two heads. The owner was the one to work on my aunt, it was done in... maybe 10 minutes. She didn't sew her nails, file them or anything. She said they didn't need it. I explained to her that it was a birthday birthday spot treatment. I wanted her to just have everything done. She was done painting and had Aunt wash her hands, she whispered to me that she threw in a massage for free. Which I have always gotten to other nail salons as part of the service. I paid over $30 for this... before tip. Her nails looked good, but all they did was paint them. The service was terrible. read more

Best place to get your nails done. I've been going to them for almost 2 years and they never disappoint, I see all the ladies in there (and occasionally I'll see the guy in there) and they ALL do an amazing job. I won't go anywhere else, I've made that mistake and I won't let it happen again . From the precise shaping, to the beautiful designs I love going to this nail salon. They are also so quick to greet you and get the job pretty quickly. I always look forward to coming in to get a fill, or even a Pedi! I get lots of compliments on my nails and I let everyone know where I go. ALSO I never have any lifting issues, or breaking because they do the most thorough job, and I work with my hands so it's impressive how long these last ! Thank you so much for making my nails pretty I appreciate you guys read more

So thankful to the women (master and training tech) that gave me this gel set! not to mention i called an had an appointment the next min, so again super thankful for their thoroughness and quickness! read more

Horrible service. Made an appointment for my daughter for take off and gel manicure. They were 30 min late and did such a horrible job that I could have taken them off better. She didn't want the gel manicure because if they messed up removing, how would they do the gel with pealing nails. They just lifted them off. No soak no drill. Very disappointed. read more

I went in last week to get a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. I was in love with my gel pedicure and thought she did a great job! My dip pedicure, on the other hand, was poorly done. It was not made thick enough and started chipping ONE week later. I am very disappointed and would not recommend getting the dip system done here. read more

Would NEVER come here again. The whole manicure was very rushed. the tech took only a few seconds to file my nails and then CUT me when using a dremel on my BARE nails (cut pictured on my pinky). The whole service was very rushed and afterwords while I was waiting for my friend to finish I was rushed to get up and pay so they could use my chair while there were multiple other empty chairs. I then watched the nail tech sit someone else in my chair without even cleaning the station. Then she used the same nail file and tools on that girl as she did me without washing them read more

I went in asking for a dip power and she refused to give me one. She kept on saying try the gel. I have had dip powder on my nails for over a year now. My guy was on vacation so I wanted to try somewhere new and closer to home. Won't do that again. Two nails have already broken. One day in. They are way to thin. They are not bonded at all to my nails. Because I did not want tips on them. read more

Feels like a manufacturing plant..you get in and out. I purposely always pay for the more expensive pedicure so I may enjoy the experiemce. This place is gorgeous!! It opened up earlier last year (2015 lol) and is right next to Peacock. Talk about a perfect girls date? Nails and Chinese? Sign me up! Although they were super busy when I got here and I was a walk in, I was able to get in in about 15 minutes. The girls were all super nice and really took her time. I got the $30 pedicure and although it wasn't anything crazy, it was still really good! The lotion and scrub they use smells great and didn't leave me feeling dry afterwards. The tubs aren't whirlpool but I like the set up better for a pedicure! It was like a bunch of little tubs and a big bench with little pillows for your back. I think the prices was reasonable and if you ask there is some free WiFi that is really good! read more

If I could put no stars I would. This is quite possibly my he worst salon I have ever been to in my life. The girl who did my nails I asked for them to be rounded and instead she cut them too short. The girl made me bleed on a finger. And she was super rough. After spending $50 on a Mani-Pedi they would have looked better if I clipped them myself. I wouldn't go here again if you paid me. Oh and by the way don't forget about the $5 surcharge due to coronavirus. read more

While I appreciate not spending 3 hours in a salon for a gel mani, I really Didn't think I would only be in there 25 minutes. It was clean and beautifully decorated but the woman barely spoke to me she soaked my hands for 10 seconds, did a 5 minute cuticle clean up, and then painted. I had a 1pm appt and was walking out by 1:28pm. I typically enjoy relaxing for an hour... I have 4 kids so it's my one hour away a week! Not to mention it was $30 plus I gave her $6 tip! I stopped here and it was my second nail salon I had stopped in. It was 9:30 am and glamour salon would not take me since I was a walk in and they had appointments. Read the reviews and stopped by would not disappoint! I got a pink gel overlay with gel nail polish and a spa pedicure pedicure was typical but she was so precise! My nails came out amazing definitely coming back! Spa pedicure was 30 and the gel overlay with polish 55 which I found amazing! read more

I moved to Boston and come home every few weekends - I was going to Lucky nails for a while but the nails typically start to lift after a week so I looked on Yelp and found T&T I had no idea this place existed but I'm so happy I found it - I went in an hour before closing and they happily invited me. I just moved to Boston from L.A. and have been searching for a nail place. Everything has been expensive and crappy service. I'm a flight attendant and on a layover so I decided to try this place. Yeah!!! It was clean and pretty. The pedicure stations are very spa like and the nail area is one long granite like bar with built in uv light dryers. Whoop whoop! Katie helped me and when I asked if she could do something for me or if it would be too hard her response was "if you're good at something, you know what you're doing, and nothing is hard." SOLD! They charge $5 more for almond, coffin, stiletto nails, but I'm guessing that's normal here. I loved her designs and there were a plethora to pick from. I loved this place so much I made an appointment for two weeks away. It'll be worth the hour and a half Drive. (I'm so desperate I was going to fly 6 hours to Vegas every month if I couldn't a place). I spent $40 for a fill with coffin shaped nails, gel and a design on each of my ring fingers. More than I'd pay in l.a., but normal for the East Coast. Thanks Katie! My search is over!!! read more

If I could rate zero I would! Went to get my nails done and was seated, then to be moved. After then being moved the lady starts my nails after telling me it's $50! Because they charge $10 for shaping. I say ok, she then proceeded to start my nails, she didn't clean them at all! She then used a dirty file on my nails and a dirty bit, then proceeded to make me bleed with the dirty bit and put it right back in her case once she finished. She told me to go wash my hands so I did and it was still bleeding after that, she didn't acknowledge it or say sorry. Then she rushed me out to get the next customer! read more

Saved my nails after having my acrylics removed! They are clean and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Very expensive and management does not appreciate the customers. A bi-weekly fill costs $40, add nail art and it's anywhere from $45 - $50 and up. There is a frequent customer redemption card, which is good for $25 off one service. When redeeming this, make sure you are not getting more than one service, or you will not be allowed to use the second service towards your frequent customer card. Essentially, it boils down to a $2.50 discount, which pays for nothing but a basic service. If you want a manicure and a pedicure, you have to pay over $50 and cannot count that towards your frequent customer card. The management is very unreasonable. The nail techs are very good and professional. Especially Katie. read more

This place is AMAZING. I came here in a whim because of the other reviews as I am new to town and needed a new go-to nail salon. I came late afternoon with no appointment and was able to be helped immediately after walking in the door. The previous salon I had used really messed up my nails and T and T made them look wonderful! They trimmed them down to the extra shortness I like, which most salons won't do, and from my fill to gel manicure everything was PERFECT. I will definitely go out of my way to come back. read more
