I was so embarrassed by the aggressive behavior by the employees they are bullies it's like three of them against me! I informed the tech I did not like two coats on my nails they use before a tip on color well instead of just taking my apologies in a kind way .. even tho she has given me crooked tips and nails in the past and I did not complain . Well she told the rest of the mean girls and the owner told me " next time tell her ahead of time " rudely and In front of other customers. I used to like coming here but the way they treated me was not okay . Learn how to be polite and stop mistreating your paying customers . This was my first time coming to this salon from out of state. Came in with long natural nails and needed a new full acrylic set. I booked that service online in advance. I arrived 15min early and they didn't take me until 30min after my original booking time. Since I had never been here before I did not know their technique (most nail salons I go to typically soak the acrylic off, but this one filed it). I told them I booked a full set and not a fill, and they tried to argue with me until finally pulling up my appointment request. At this point I had already been there for over an hour. They rushed through taking the rest of the acrylic off but CUTTING my natural nails down. Needless to say I was not happy. I have been growing my nails since the spring of last year and while I have been trimming them, they have not broken nor have they been as short to my fingertips in a long time. They blamed me for not asking for a soak off - that it wasn't their fault for the way they took the acrylic off and cutting my nails. I had to get extensions added to them at this appointment. At the end, I obviously understood the price would be different from the original booking, but it was not communicated throughout how much different it would be. I do not recommend this place. They also made a comment about me being from another state that suggested that I was to blame for the service not going as planned. They didn't take any accountability. I just can't believe I was there for over 2 hours and left upset. read more

I went here today get my eyebrows touched up. I specifically told the waxer DO NOT make my eyebrows thin. This woman man handled me to lay on the waxing table- that should have been the first red flag! My brows are spaghetti thin! I highly recommend you do not go here to waxing! Do not trust these with your face-NEVER AGAIN. read more

I went here to get a hard gel with a simple design and they told me it would be $90 and laughed at me when I showed them what design, I went to the salon next door and it was only $68. I do not recommend you go here. read more

I went here today because a friend recommended it and I had the best experience! The staff is friendly and welcoming! My manicure looks great and they really took their time with it to make it nice! Overall a great experience so I will be returning! Definitely going to try a pedicure next time because it looked like a really clean, relaxing experience! read more
