Your nail(s) coming off/chipping within 1-2 days is on you (they do the same exact thing for every customer--if you have very long naturals nails/acrylics, they will take more abuse, moisturize too often, take a shower soon after having your nails done, are generally hard on your nails, etc, your mani will not last long). That said, I have never, EVER had polish last as long as when I had them done from this place. I am very active & accept that my activities are not conducive to nail polish, so when they chip within 1-2 days, it doesn't bother me (I'm sorry, but ladies, they are JUST NAILS). I went downhill mountain biking at Thunder the day after I had these done & not one chip. They are beautiful and perfect still after 2 weeks. Make sure to make an appointment, as with any salon.

I arrived on the day and time of my appointment and was seated right away. I had a nice experience with the jelly pedicure-it was a really neat science project as well. The nail tech was too rough with the callus remover, the one that looks like a cheese grater, and ended up cutting me really badly. He was super apologetic and kept apologizing throughout my manicure. The gel manicure was fine at the time. What really put me off when paying with the manager is that he knew what happened to my foot and never offered any type of money off. The tech had talked me into a paraffin wax for my feet for $10, that would have been a nice freebie. I am not the type of person that would cause holy hell and expect more. The receptionist was very nice and put more anti bacterial on my foot and tended to it with more bandaids after I paid for my overpriced experience. THEN, about 2 hours later my thumb and pointer finger looked like the gel was melting off, it was coming off of the nail. I Facebook messaged them about what was happening and asked if I could go in first thing next day and was not responded to same day. The next day I decided to just show up to have the two nails fixed. I was told to go to same tech that performed the work the day prior. The manager didn't really show any empathy nor, did he ask about my foot. The tech was very nice and apologetic once again and did look at my foot. It looked a lot worse than when it happened. He fixed up my nails and sent me on my way. By the way, they responded to my FB messenger inquiry today, 2 days after I explained there was a problem. I have zero issue with the nail tech and again, mistakes happen. I feel as though the manager just cared about swiping my credit card before looking at my foot or showing any concern. Update: pedicure is still holding strong 5 days later, but the gel manicure did not fair so well. The top gel coat is peeling very badly.

I paid $90 plus tip for these lumpy misshaped witch claws. I was hoping for classy, coffin French tips. Had to ask for reshaping a few times because the nails were all lopsided and pointing in different directions, until another tech came in to try to salvage. I'm due for a fill, it being 2 weeks later, but not sure if I would give this salon another try. It looks like I let my nephew learn how to do acrylics and let him have at it, and I'm frankly embarrassed and hiding my hands. The only positive feedback is that these things are NOT coming off or lifting up. If I could get the same seal to the nail with pretty nails I would go back every time.

I went to get a fill cause I have acrylics and one of them was coming off and the woman doing my…read morenails started pulling it off painfully and using a tool to cut it off. My nail broke and started bleeding from this and she drilled over my bloody nail so I ended up telling her I don't want her touching the nail anymore and to leave it alone since it was bleeding. She said she can go over it so she put the acrylic nail over my real nail showing that she could just do it anyway but I told her not to and she just put that nail back into the box after putting it on top of my bloody finger.

Still the only salon for me! Simply amazing! After having my very first hair process done at Ochoa and then coming here, this is the only place I will ever go to. Not to mention the HUGE difference in price. Ochoa quoted me a full highlight to start at $124 and go up from there and said it would definitely be more because of my long hair, well the Finishing Touch starts at $75 for a full highlight and charged me $78 when it was all said and done even with my long hair. I love the color I got done at the Finishing Touch and it's the only salon I will go to from now on, not to mention their great prices! I'm in love with this place and will be returning as much as possible. They do everything there too, hair, nails, tan, waxing, ear candling, manicure pedicure, massage, you name it they do it, a true salon and spa!
