She said she was just going to trim them, she cut over a 1/4" off then, after smoothing the edges, literally started grinding my nail surface! I wasn't getting acrylic nails, just polish. I also didn't see any of the tools coming out of sterilized packs. I won't go back and definitely can't recommend

Your nail(s) coming off/chipping within 1-2 days is on you (they do the same exact thing for every customer--if you have very long naturals nails/acrylics, they will take more abuse, moisturize too often, take a shower soon after having your nails done, are generally hard on your nails, etc, your mani will not last long). That said, I have never, EVER had polish last as long as when I had them done from this place. I am very active & accept that my activities are not conducive to nail polish, so when they chip within 1-2 days, it doesn't bother me (I'm sorry, but ladies, they are JUST NAILS). I went downhill mountain biking at Thunder the day after I had these done & not one chip. They are beautiful and perfect still after 2 weeks. Make sure to make an appointment, as with any salon.

This is my second time since they opened. I had made an appointment through Facebook Messenger…read morewhich was convenient and they were very responsive to my request of day and time. I arrived on the day and time of my appointment and was seated right away. I had a nice experience with the jelly pedicure-it was a really neat science project as well. The nail tech was too rough with the callus remover, the one that looks like a cheese grater, and ended up cutting me really badly. He was super apologetic and kept apologizing throughout my manicure. The gel manicure was fine at the time. What really put me off when paying with the manager is that he knew what happened to my foot and never offered any type of money off. The tech had talked me into a paraffin wax for my feet for $10, that would have been a nice freebie. I am not the type of person that would cause holy hell and expect more. The receptionist was very nice and put more anti bacterial on my foot and tended to it with more bandaids after I paid for my overpriced experience. THEN, about 2 hours later my thumb and pointer finger looked like the gel was melting off, it was coming off of the nail. I Facebook messaged them about what was happening and asked if I could go in first thing next day and was not responded to same day. The next day I decided to just show up to have the two nails fixed. I was told to go to same tech that performed the work the day prior. The manager didn't really show any empathy nor, did he ask about my foot. The tech was very nice and apologetic once again and did look at my foot. It looked a lot worse than when it happened. He fixed up my nails and sent me on my way. By the way, they responded to my FB messenger inquiry today, 2 days after I explained there was a problem. I have zero issue with the nail tech and again, mistakes happen. I feel as though the manager just cared about swiping my credit card before looking at my foot or showing any concern. Update: pedicure is still holding strong 5 days later, but the gel manicure did not fair so well. The top gel coat is peeling very badly.

I asked for a color the guy said no and put one on my hands that he just had at his station. The sides are pooled with gel polish to the point where the polish was able to lift completely off. I walked to one store then walked back to show the owner. never offered money back only to fix them, but I had already spent two hours there and was not willing to give them more of my time. $100 down the drain it's insane

Thee worst place I've ever been to.My first time…read morecoming here was last week and They just be doing anything and overly charge you. expect a tip for half a job, I went in for a fill and the "tech" put builder glue over acrylic. my fill look as if I needed a fill over my refill it was terrible I had to go home and file my nails down and the paint job was if a 1st grader did it. 0/10 would not recommend coming here. This is an establishment for older people who don't care too much about how their nails look or for a regular manicure. The owner is unprofessional as well. I would never step foot in here again. I had a better chance of my dog giving me a fill in. Horrible. The ratings are definitely their family because there's no way they are still open with that much stars. close up shop thank you.

What I got is something I've never had before and came out pretty terrible in my opinion. A gel was used with a piece of paper to shape each nail. I paid $90 plus tip for these lumpy misshaped witch claws. I was hoping for classy, coffin French tips. Had to ask for reshaping a few times because the nails were all lopsided and pointing in different directions, until another tech came in to try to salvage. I'm due for a fill, it being 2 weeks later, but not sure if I would give this salon another try. It looks like I let my nephew learn how to do acrylics and let him have at it, and I'm frankly embarrassed and hiding my hands. The only positive feedback is that these things are NOT coming off or lifting up. If I could get the same seal to the nail with pretty nails I would go back every time.

I've been looking for a new salon and was hoping to find a keeper, unfortunately this place is…read moredefinitely not that. First of all, I own that I made a mistake. This is a mistake that I have never made before; I missed my appointment. The second I realized, I called and apologized profusely and explained what happened. It was completely unintentional and I felt terribly. it was the end of an absolutely crazy week and my brain was scrambled. The woman I spoke to was nice about it and rescheduled me. What she failed to tell me is that they were going to charge my card for $165. The next week when I saw the charge on my account, I called them and left a message. Three days later, I called again and left another message. Three days later, again. I wanted to make sure that charge was for my upcoming appointment, since no one had expressed to me that I was going to be charged a cancellation fee. Mind you, I would understand 50 or even $75 but to charge the full amount of the appointment is extreme to me I felt really bad that I messed up, but it's unacceptable to just charge your card when you could easily enough notify the person that you were going to do so. They didn't get back to me for two weeks. When she did finally get back to me, she said that this was the cancellation policy and insisted that I had that information before hand. I explained that I was not going to be able to afford another appointment due to this charge. She said this was coming from the owner and that was that. Look, I know I wasted the time of the stylist, and I feel really bad for that. But this is the first time in my life this happened and it was not intentional. Their lack of communication and lack of compassion is why I won't be ever patronizing this business. They could've had long-term business from me had they done a good job, but instead, they chose to take my cancellation fee and run. Not so smart if you ask me.
