Honestly I do not understand why they have low rating? My daughter who lives in California got her nails done here. She asked for just a fill, but the man who was doing her acrylics showed us that they were lifting and didn't want her to get any fungus. I know sometimes as consumers we feel it's the old "bait and switch ". But since it was her first time at the salon he explained he wouldn't up charge her. He was so kind and gave her a new set. And he was so gentle and super fast. My daughter and I were amazed with the quality of service and fair price. The place is clean. I wasn't getting any services, because I just had my nails done. But when it's time to get mine done again I'm headed here. They are under new ownership. I highly recommend them. They are clean and friendly. They even gave us both a bottle of water. Also please note I have a personal manicurist in California I normally see in which she only takes on client at a time. So I'm accustomed to a certain level of personal service. read more

This place used to be great. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The polish on my toes is not solid. I can see my nail through it. The gel polish on my fingers is thick and chunky and on my skin. Nails aren't filed straight. Very disappointed!! I had to go home and fix my nails after spending all that money to have done. What a waste of my money! read more

Was a great place for a bit. But then it started to go bad when the nail tech would raise the prices but start to deliver HALF FAST WORK.. I get long nails and the same shape.. trush did my marble and the color started to peel off within 12hrs of my service! I reached out to her since I paid over 100$ for a set and she BLOCKED ME... beware.... I didn't wanna do this. But when I pay over a 100$ every 2/3wks for a messed up job and can't even be fixed to be blocked is ridiculous and just wrong. And for the owner to me I'm lying is ridiculous.. Trish did my nails I don't need to lie. I tried to contact her and she blocked me then had her husband lie in my google review telling me I never been there. for him to comment on my Facebook post called me an idiot, chrsed at me and hung up on my face when I tried to call to fix this.. never ever again as a transwomen I will ever feel comfortable. I had my nails done this past Monday. I called around 12pm and they had an opening for 12:30 so they took me immediately for a pedicure and fill. The pricing was reasonable, the staff is really friendly and overall I am extremely happy with my nails! They took their time, and made sure each nail was the same length as the others, as well as replaced 3 nails that had popped off from another salon. Decided to try out this place - and no, I would not recommend it. My friend and I walked in for two pedicures. There was only two people working. A lady came in shortly after us for a scheduled manicure and they rushed through ours. Skipped on things we were paying for. Won't be returning here. Very rushed, poor service. read more

Drove by this salon and decided to give them a try. I had an appointment for my daughter and I to get pedicures and my daughter a manicure. We were running about 20 minutes late and they told us to come in anyway. We got a very hurried, rushed service. They put our feet in scalding hot, plain water, and spent barely 10-15 minutes rushing through our pedicures. The woman who did my daughters pedicure did not even apply clear coat polish. We tried to make small talk with them but they just spoke amongst themselves in their language. As soon as my pedicure was done, the owner asked me for payment because it was "dinner time". Fast forward two days later and out nails start chipping. I call to let them know our nails were chipping, they told us to come back in. They repainted our nails, but they clearly were not happy about it. Well big shocker, nails are already starting to chip. Wouldn't be surprised if they dilute nail polish with acetone to make customers come back sooner than they have to. Awful place. Very poor, rude customer service, service was very unsatisfactory. I have been getting pedicures for a long time and have never had paint chip off in a matter of two days. They are practically begging for customers because they don't get customers coming back. They were asking me to make referrals and give them good reviews. I give reviews based on my experience. I wouldn't recommend, and they are so rude I would never go back.
