TL;DR: best place to buy LVP and SPC. Sam helped answer all our questions and even educated us more than we had hoped. On top of that, their prices are really good and they have delivery times much shorter than other resale places. Don't get this place confused with the one with "&" in the name. This is the best place for flooring. Go here (it's far out in Upland) and get your floors.

" there was a huge dust issue tho and I highly recommend saving up for some air scrubbers because if I didn't provide them the house would've taken forever to clean up". Last they installed a tile shower and it also turned out good but what I don't appreciate is when you bid out a job you got to be upfront with your customers. We agreed to a full water tight tile shower installation from start to finish. 2 days before the job was about to be completed he brought up the fact that we would need to spend a additional 1500-2000$ to his sub contractor for the shower glass doors, which he knew would be needed for a proper installation but chose not to be upfront about this very major detail when we originally went over the contract. So now my shower is still leaking with curtains on it until we can afford 1500-2000$ for glass doors as it leaks every time I use it with a curtain. Never pay for a job upfront because stuff like this ends up happening to the home owner and you lose all leverage one the money is paid up front. California is a state that typically only allows contractors to ask for ten percent down until the job is finished and the state recommends this for this exact situation. Also didn't appreciate the rude comments made to me multiple time over this matter.

I had to have stairs completely redone because prior guys work was shoddy and stairs were unsafe. Shane took a look and told me they would have to take out everything and redo. Shane scheduled a date for about 3 weeks to replace carpet upstairs and redo entire stairs. I moved the smaller things in 3 bedrooms. Louis and David moved all the heavy furniture and put it back. Louis and David showed up daily at the appointed time and worked all day, only stopping for lunch. They were both great. They kept me informed of what they were doing and cleaned up each day. They provided great customer service. They took note of details and did an excellent job. I now feel safe walking on my stairs. They even worked Saturday to complete the stairs . They got a day behind because i had to have a sub floor installed. They worked all day Saturday and finished up Monday morning. Shane checked progress of work on a daily basis. I hired Budget floors and got a budget job…read more The owner and his son came to do the job. They dropped off the materials and then the owners mother had passed away. I was understanding and said we could postpone the start date, but they declined. I was told the job would take four days and it ended up taking two weeks. My house was a complete dusty mess for 10 days longer than anticipated. There was no effort to clean up the mess either. One of the days they were working at my house, they left my house running which flooded my garage, ruined some of the planks in the garage, and went onto my neighbors side. When the stairs were being done, my dad would come by and check things out. The floor people told my dad that the stairs had been built into the walls. Little did I know they were going to cut the stairs, lay the flooring and leave a drywall mess for me to figure out how to fix. No one called me to tell me anything. When I mentioned this, the owner said he told my dad. I advised him that it wasn't my dads house, nor were he paying them. There are gaps between the floor and the baseboards and appears to be detached from the wall in some places. Shortly after install, I began noticing bubbles in my floor. When the owners son came to pick up the final payment I mentioned this and he blamed it on the floor of the house. Do I look stupid or something? I watched my house being built and I saw my floor when they ripped out the laminate....it is flat!!! Aside from that, the stuff that goes under my new flooring seemed to be bunching up (it was on a roll) when they were laying the flooring down. I didn't say anything because I figured the professionals would take care of it...not the case. There are parts of my tiling that are raised as in poking up...same for my backsplash. Pictures to come... Overall, I wished I would have paid the extra two thousand dollars to go with a company who keeps their word, communicates with the customer and takes responsibility for the work that they do.

I worked with Warren's about 6 years ago to carpet my art studio in a freaking fabulous leopard print carpet. It came out flippin' gorgeous! It's my only carpeted room in my house so I went all out. Here's the thing though....these guys were on point for the entire project. They were always on time. They always came when they promised. They made the experience simplified and easy. No mistakes.
