Jacob was great. I called him and he came out within a few hours to fix my doors that were not closing due to a new carpet install. He also identified other problems with the doors and went out of his way to fix them. He also cleaned up when he was done. I recommend him for whatever fixes you might have. He came thru for me just two days later. Jacob stepped to help me with a plumbing leak problem. He came out in the evening for me. In October 2020 Jacob took $400 dollars from me to secure a date to install a wood beam and a light fixture in my home. Since then, he has given me many reasons why he couldn't make the scheduled appt. I've asked him in mid December to refund the money as he communicated he just couldn't catch up with his work. I have to date not heard back from him, he ignores my text messages, my phone calls. He must think he can rip woman off. I made a big mistake in giving him any deposit but I will be getting the money back soon. I hope you don't have to run into any problems with this contractor. I told him that I wanted the floors to look presentable incase I decide to replace the floors down the road and wanted the least expensive options. We set up a time, he came a did a great job on install my new door. Very professional he cleaned up after himself when finished with work. He even cut the door & trimming for me so I could fit it in my trash cans. While working on the door we were talking about projects I have done around the house and I was telling how I had a few outlets not working. He offered to take a look at and solved my issues. I contacted him to do some flooring for my home. He showed up and gave me a quote. I asked him to send a quote in writing and he agreed. I sent him my email address and he never sent it. I called him up and he said he was having some issues with google and he would get back to me. I texted him and got no response. I emailed him and received no response. I lost three days. So I needed work done on my home, and I made an appointment with Jacob. He came out and gave me an estimate on 1/13/18. He was on time and professional. He agreed to fix my home anytime after 1/25/18. I said ok. He later contacted me indicated that an architect would be calling to schedule an appointment. I did not recieve any calls.
