One of the companies I work for had a property that needed repair on one of the exterior walls, there was water damage and the previous repair was diminishing due to being installed incorrectly. Let me start with expressing my sadness about this situation. You Jefferson took my happiness for being a first time buyer. My son Birthday is on April 6 and I won't be able to give him a decent party mind you he's been on quarantine just like all of us have..  In December right before the holiday I bought my first house in the Victorville area. Also around the same time I hired Jefferson because he appeared to be an honest man, a man of his word. We are at the end of March and my house is not done, he will tell you he needs more money when he's  been paid for the inside of the house and we are not talking 20,000. The reason for delay is because nobody likes my husband and we keep adding.. that is why they painted the inside about 5 times now. Mr. FUENTES is full of excuses. That is why my house is not completed. We still live in the OC so my husband travels once a week to see us and  last week my house got burglarized while my husband came to stay with us. Mind you Jefferson took the old fence because he said our gate would be done asap.  That is all B.S. sorry for the language.  Today, my patio window was broken. Mind you my windows have been sitting in my dining room, waiting for Mr. Fuentes to find a worker to put them.  To finish my story I will wait for you Jefferson in court because you will never do to others what you did to my family. Is not the money.. I found him online, and after reading his reviews, I considered using him....But now i feel as though the reviews were paid for....Because the service and construction was absolutely horrible and a building science nightmare. By Jeffersons own words "You said it was a shed that's why". Simultaneously while I'm hearing him say this I'm thinking of all the nails I discovered all over my property and, oh yea my tired found some too.. I gave him pictures of the structure I wanted built along with window counts. Something very simple. He said ok just like the picture and we agreed ....He Sent me over a parts list and I'm going over the parts list and the list has an extra 1000 to 2000 worth of materials that have nothing to do with my build... He originally told me he was coming on a Monday to but called and said he would be ready on friday...So I rushed and had all my materials prepurchased and delivered to the site..The nite before... He pops up lays the the the footers for the tiny house/shed house....Framed out the floor joist, framed out the walls can capped the tops with a fascia cap and calls it a day.. Then he pulls me to the side and says the guys need to get paid imma need half the cash....Im like wtf...But since half the work was done I agreed...Entrusting he would continue efficiently like the initial framing....Nope....He says hell ba back tomorrow but never showed up....I call em he says you didn't call to confirm...at this point my street intuition kicks in and tells me this guy is playing games....He then says I'll be coming out tomorrow....Next day no call no show....I call em again he says his guys were busy doing another job....At this point I'm in too deep with the slow progressing scumbag...Initially we agreed on 3 windows but I only had 2 because of the initial rushing...but after the 2 day procrastination but Jefferson i acquired the 3rd window...I call him up the nite before to let him know about the 3rd window I managed to get...You know what he says I'll need an extra 100.00 to put it in..At this point my scam meter in ringing off the handles... I go over our initial conversation he comes up with some type of half English half Spanish excuse...I told him to just finish my shit... His people pop up do the windows siding shingles...Half the materials I bought are just sitting on the floor along with shingle scraps pieces of 2x4 and nails everywhere....But here's the icing on the cake they did a whole wall with just siding while I wasent looking no plywood under, no roof vent, and no house wrap...and this is just what ive discovered...This is just a small nightmare /daymere that this man and his crew put me through as my 1st time hiring a contractor for my brand new acreage that was purchased...And with this being said..Do yourself and everyone else a favor and punch this guy in the balls when you see em...Thanks read more

Jefferson Fuentes and his team did my floors and I can say him and his team did a very good job. He was able to meet the promised date of completion in a safe and timely manner. Since I am a new homeowner he gave me suggestions like explaining to me the benefits of using a vinyl laminate compared to the wood one. How it will last longer and guaranteed that water will not be a problem. He also made sure that he got the exact floor design that we wanted by sending us pictures of different samples. When it comes to price I give him 5 stars. Compared to the 2 other quote I got he was the lowest and aside from that, quality of material and work was not compromised. This handyman failed to show for a scheduled appraisal. They failed to call or contact me to regarding delays or the need to reschedule, despite the fact that I sent them a text message reminding him of our scheduled meet. Regrettably, I had worked my schedule around this appraisal and it turned out to be a wasted day. Total disappointment. I even regret calling them. You can expect the same. Called for an estimate earlier today, he said he could come by around 5:30. He never called to say he was on his way, but showed up around 5:45. I asked him if he could wait 5 or 10 min since i wasn't quite prepared for him (wasn't sure if he was going to show up) and he said sure.... I went outside 6 minutes later and he was gone! Never said he was leaving or he couldn't wait! I called him to ask if he had left or was still in the area and he said keep your job, I'm too busy. I will definitely "keep my job" and my money. My water heater stopped working. I decided to call Jeff Fuentes to check it out. Jeff came over on the same day, pinpointed what the problem was, and gave me his recommendation. The water heater was too old, the manufacture no longer even exist. Cost of repair would be more than replacing a new unit. One star only because prices are reasonable, but he has no professionalism. This might be long but if you are thinking of hiring him, you might want to read. We remodel a kitchen, did a contract, he himself wrote it but kept promising to do extra little details at no charge but said he would remember that he was a man of his word so he wasn't going to write it on contract. Gave us an estimated time line which i understand its construction and a lot can go in many ways. But took over two months when he himself said it would only take 2wks. Everything was done poorly i know nothing of construction but I could have done better my self. He did a lot of patching, and i had to keep telling him it wasn't done right. At the end everything was rush, not completely finish. Recess lights are literally falling, water on sink doesn't drain, cabinet covers are falling off. And a piece of cabinet wad installed even though it was water damage before even installing with a promise that he would come back and replace or fix. Its 2mo later and still not seeing him, nor does he answer our calls. Be careful with him because he has an excuse for everything, you tell him you want something replace and he says his experienced he knows it don't need to be replace but still charges labor. read more
