Julia was an amazing server, made sure we were taken care of the whole time and had the most positive attitude. Will ask for her every time we come back. Thanks Julia (: read more

Check in was a little confusing but our bay was ready on time and our server (Palmer) was great. The food is pretty delicious bar food. The pretzels and Asian wings are the best! The only drawback is the drinks. Do the bartenders even taste them? My mai tai was SO strong, I'm certain only Jack Sparrow could have handled it. Anyways, we will be back again! Thanks Top Golf! read more

The wings were frozen Tyson wings. That they put in the air fryer. They were dry and greasy. They ran out of lemon and also bbq sauce :( . The employees then self are attentive. The wait was 5 hours for us to golf. read more

Came here for the first time last night and it was pretty cool and fun. The only negative remark I have and would like to say is maybe have the servers be nicer? Noah was our server and the entire time he gave us attitude. He had attitude when we ordered food and paid. Not sure the reasoning behind it, but the entire group of 12 felt it. I asked for another round of my pina colada. He looked at me crazy and kinda refused getting me one by stated we don't make those. I looked at him crazier saying I have one in my hand I'm drinking. How do you not have them. He then proceeded to give attitude stating it cannot be made. I was extremely confused at this point. He messed up our orders multiple times and when asked nicely he once again had attitude. I can go on with more details, especially when it came to paying. But you get the point. Everything else was great but if Noah isn't happy working, then he either shouldn't be working or maybe have a positive attitude. The entire group felt uncomfortable and expressed this to each other once we left. read more

Horrible! 1. the balls sound hollow, 2. The Yardage's are three clubs less than you normally hit a ball. 3. It take 5 seconds for the ball dispenser to give you a new ball. I even went with a buddy because it was raining outside and thought we'd be protected but we got wet when it started to rain. If your index is less than 25, you will get absolutely zero practice hitting a golf ball. Do not go here! Don't waste your money! read more

My family, boyfriend, and I had an amazing experience! We had two things happen one the screen froze and then the balls wouldn't dispense. They came over to fix both but we lost a lot of time. For both of those they took time off of our check which was very nice of them to do. It was a great way to reconnect with my family as I'm so far for college. Im very happy that I chose top golf in El Segundo with how nice and fast everyone is. We only order drinks and two things of pretzels bits and they were all amazing!! I will be coming back definitely! read more

My party of 4 were kicked out because a new reservation was booked for our bay. We were not warned in advance about the reservation. We waited 1 1/2 hours for a bay and were told to leave. Super rude. Never coming here again. read more

Never been to a worse Topgolf location. No one offers to provide any sort of service at this location. Waited at the bar for more than 15 minutes and was not helped by one person. People just stand around. read more

Made a reso for 7pm. Arrived at 6:50 and was sat by 7. Very prompt and communicative. I appreciate that. Especially since I had two hungry and anxious kids with me. We had a blast. Hunter was our host and he was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! read more

This place is awesome. Jessica C. Is a great server! Great place for a group of people and family to hang out! Good times!

You can't get through to speak to a representative at the location. Customer service claims they cannot connect you, but 'they' can ask them questions. Instead, dispatch is asking their supervisor and they aren't able to provide localized answers. This is frustrating. I decided to book with another vendor because we were unable to get our site specific question answered without an intense run around. I can't rate a place positively if I can't even get answers to set up a reservation for a private party. Horrible and frustrating. Just give a 1-800 number. read more

Several issues with this specific location. 1) Service is absolutely horrible. I understand that it can be busy on a weekend but it is not ok to wait half an hour before getting served when be a reservation and then not checking back in. We had to keep tracking down our server to get drinks and food and we spent a large amount of money in 2.5 hours. 2) Food came out luke warm it seemed like they'd been on a mild warmer for a while as the cheese dip already had the hardened top 2) The games kept glitching and didn't work half way through our reservation. We were comped for. Half an hour which that was nice. 3) But the biggest concern of the night is the BLATANT racism that was shown to my friends at the bar. After our reservation a few from our group went to the bar to grab a drink. 10 minutes or so passed and my two friends who had taken seats at the bar had not yet been served. A person to their left also was attempting to get served and was overlooked. So she left. There was a group of people to their right who kept getting served over and over again. I had a front seat view to watch this happen. After 5-10 more minutes my other friend came to check on my two friends at the bar and ONLY then did a bartender ask for her order only. Here's the problem to the left of my friends was a person of color, my two friends are persons of color, the group to the left were all Caucasian. My friend who went to check on our other friends is also Caucasian. It was too obvious to ignore. My two friends were brave enough to bring this the management's attention but it was very disappointing to see that this happened. I do know that my friends will be following up with the supervisor, and I would like to think Topgolf will provide discipline and training for their bartending staff because in this day and age and a county full of diversity, it is absolutely unacceptable. read more

Really bad service, they forgot things, took 30 min to come by in between each order and our bay was never ready. They quoted us an hour so we hung out and it wasn't ready after an hour and a half so ended up leaving. read more

I stopped by this weekend with a reservation because if you ask me that's the smart way to do it if you're an impatient person and want to go on a weekend. Anyway we arrived had a great time our server Heydi was really nice she was on top of it with our drinks the only thing was the food took a little long but that wasn't her fault and even then she was super accommodating and took care of everything we needed. read more

came here for a birthday. we had a separate room for our party. the party ordered a package deal $110 each person for 30ppl I believe for 2 or 3 hours I forgot. the food was mediocre. it was chicken & brisket, mac & cheese. they have a waiting area with the bar and games. and outside patio with fireplace. overall it's a good experience once. but I think vegas location is better read more

DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE BOOKING OPTION. I filled out the inquiry to hold an event on their website a month in advance and was emailed back from a sales rep to book the two bay package online due to wanting to pre set our menu. I was then told I could not do that due to a glitch in the system and I needed to contact someone directly as you could only book the second two bay option where you choose food/beverage day of. I spoke to Maya Carver and she said the only availability for 9/24 was 4:30pm. I told her that would not work for us and she said she'd still send the contract to sign and I had 24 hours if I changed my mind. She also let me know the book online option was available still. I did not sign the contract nor have further contact with her. On August 28th I went to the website and chose the two bay package w/food/beverage option for same day choosing for 8:30PM. My deposit was taken. Which you'll see from the screenshot I attached did exist despite the response I received from their Sales Manager. I did not receive a confirmation via email, text or phone call. I called 9/23 and spoke to Diana concerned I still have not received any communication from the location. But the deposit was still taken. Per Diana I was told there were glitches in their system and I would receive a text right before our start time. My 12 guests drove to the location for my husbands birthday. It was 7:00PM and I still did not receive any communication. I called and was able to be transferred to someone who physically worked at the location. Pete was not helpful. He did not perform proper customer service or attempt to remedy the situation as I even asked if we could wait for a later spot as everyone was here and we booked and left our deposit A MONTH IN ADVANCE. He said they were working out glitches in the new sales system and said our reservation was for 4:30PM. And there was nothing he could do. Their system is flawed as I heard from multiple employees. They took my deposit a month in advance. And made zero attempts to accommodate us. We have discouraged others to visit this location and have canceled the team building event we had planned due to this poor experience. Everyone please be aware of their flawed system and the training needed for the employees. Attached is the poor response received from them along with proof of deposit/booking they could not seem to locate. Lets see how long it'll take to receive my refund. read more

I had gone to top golf in Ontario. Loved the experience so me and a couple of friends wanted to try out the el Segundo location. The service here was off. After getting seated we ordered drinks and food. Throughout the experience our server was MIA. 30 minutes go by. Our drinks are still not out. I think to myself they must be busy. 45 minutes go by I look for a manager. I find Dallas to let her know about our drink situation. She apologized. I go back to our table to find my food out before my drinks. My server comes back with 2 beers we ordered. I ask her hey we had two Moscow mules. She looked at me with a stare that says oh shit forgot to put the order in. Our goal was to enjoy the night have drinks and food. Service is everything. I can make a burger and a pizza at home. Grab a 6 pack of beers. A customer comes to your location to have an experience and SERVICE. read more

Very fun and the steak tacos were seriously the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience at check-in that ruined a birthday celebration! I had reserved a bay a week prior for 10PM - 12AM with no issues. At 945, got a text saying "Topgolf Bay: Your bay will be ready at your reserved time. Reply OK to confirm you received this and we'll text you your bay # shortly". Now keep in mind my reserved time was specifically 10PM - 12AM. Texted OK back and bay was confirmed. Got there at 10, chatted a bit with friends / took photos outside and then went to check in at 1010. Problem starts here - I was informed we lost our bay because "we had started a 15 minute clock when I texted back at 945 and it's been 25 min". Where on that text does it say any of that? Even the email confirmation says "15 min AFTER YOUR BOOKING TIME", which we would have been well within the grace period. Employee did give us our bay back BUT THEN I was told halfway in that "we'd have to charge you full price for a walk in and that I'd lose my deposit for being charged as a walk-in". Now Im out $90 (security deposit) and being charged $150 instead. What sneaky business practice and horrible customer service!!! Plus the nachos were so bad. I had a fun time at the Las Vegas Topgolf but this El Segundo one has really changed my perception of this company and I don't think I'll ever be back again. read more

Just visited Top Golf in El Segundo for the first time . I'm an avid golfer, live in nearby Manhattan Beach, and frequently used to use the former driving range at this location . While this may be a good place for a party or to go drinking , it is a poor choice for any serious golfer who wants some practice . The balls are hollowed out and are not close to going as far as regular driving range balls ... about 20-30% less . The machine feeding the balls is very slow , and the stats on the screen are meaningless for any serious golfer . Cost is triple a regular driving range . Staff there is nice but anything relating to a real golf experience is incidental . This area is now regularly congested and not a Positive change for El Segundo . Too bad it can't be torn down and replaced by the former range . read more

The chicken tenders and French fries were tasty. I was with 5 friends in our bay. The Top Golf instructor and instructions took a few minutes to figure out and pick out the golf club to use to start playing. That meant time was ticking because you have to log in your name, e-mail, b-day & year, phone number. Finally you can start playing. Once you get the hang of the process Top Golf is fun. The atmosphere was exciting because the computer screen tracked your golf shot and logged your points. I would like to come back and play again soon. read more

Reservation are damn near impossible to make. "They fill up".. stand by times can be as much as 3 -4 hours and still waiting...

Estimated wait time is horrible. It says 5-6pm, we get here at 5, and updated estimated time is 8pm.

So we did not make reservations & we just went in we walk ins. The wait time was 4 hours on a Saturday & we arrived at 34pm. They texted me 4 hrs after that our bay would be ready around 9pm. So we headed over. Once we arrived to our bay the server explained how it all worked since it was our first time. We started playing & we waiting to get service, as we were playing we noticed that the group next to us was getting their orders but no one came in to get our order. We had chosen the 60 mins game time & we have 25 mins left and we had yet to have someone approach us. I then asked for help & the server did not seem to be in a good mood, she did not offer water & as she brought the items she did not ask if we needed anything else. The service here is truly horrible. & it seems that they have preferences on who they give good customer service to. read more
