Love this place, will definitely visit again!!! Food was great, ambiance was great; staff were kind, quick, and professional.

I can only recommend the place on 2 conditions: 1) make reservation and only take a bay on 2nd or 3rd floor. 1st floor bay is NOT a great experience 2) eat/drink before your reservation time ... the food and drinks are VERY subpar !!! Overpriced IMO read more

Topgolf is a franchise and about the same everywhere. I haven't been to this one in a while. The last time I went they had the couches over 1 year ago and I actually prefer the couch set up although when I went they did need to replace some of the cushions. This time they had high tables and chairs which is not great from someone elderly or with mobility issues, also poses a fall risk if you are there with kids between the ages of 5-8. Not being able to play without your eye glued to a kid although advertised for all ages for fear they may tip the chair definitely takes away from the experience. They also don't have shareable items. A platter is only offered for parties. No one goes to Topgolf alone so it would be nice to have more shareable options such sliders, wings and fries combo instead of having to buy everything separately particularly when the prices are already pretty high to play. I would also suggest regular napkins on request. This is literally casual dining and they give cloth napkins......really.......maybe it's for the environment but cloth napkins are kinda gross to me. I would also suggest a quick video or someone to show players appropriate swing techniques. Waiters were friendly and facility relatively clean. These are my suggestions overall decent place. read more

This was a really fun time for us to spend a Sunday morning there. We all enjoyed it and though we didn't get much to eat or drink - we did do ok with what we got. We enjoyed about an hour and a half of play and it was great. The downside is that it's pricey - it's also $20 just to make a reservation which doesn't go toward your total at all. So we ended up with an expensive morning but still It was fun. I would go again but try for an off time when it's cheaper maybe. read more

Have come here a few times, and it's always fun, though the IT system and management of your reservation or walk-in spot is unreliable. Came in with my husband on a Saturday around 11:30AM, they checked me in for walk-in and said it would be 15-30 minutes. Half believed it based on my previous experiences of underestimated wait time. Grabbed a beer at the bar upstairs. 60 minutes later, go down to front desk to see what's up. Woman says she saw me check in and that we should've been placed long ago, and says there's some bug with my account not adding to queue that cannot be resolved. She asks for my golfing partner's phone number and said we would be placed on priority to seat next, within 10 minutes. Go back upstairs, grab another beer. 30 minutes later, no confirmation text or notification, so check out and go downstairs. The woman looks completely exasperated, I guess his number didn't work either, so she says stay right there and placed us shortly after. We also had issues pulling up our accounts on the screen at the bay. So, what should've been a 15-30 minute wait ended up being 90+ minutes, but they made it right by giving us free gameplay. I think we would've racked up $200 worth of gameplay hours, so that was pretty awesome. Would've been 5* but the food is not great, and the female bartender upstairs had a bad attitude and was letting food sit forever before facilitating delivery, despite other staff asking her to do so immediately. Not sure if I'll come back, as my husband and my accounts are apparently borked and don't want to deal with the struggle again. Once you get started golfing though, it's really fun! read more

Walked in at 12:30 to put my name down, was told there was a 5 hour wait. I went to do some shopping returned 4 hours later, checked in for status of my wait time. I was told approximately another 2 hours. My party was seated in the waiting area on the 3rd floor, ordered drinks. We decided to leave after waiting 30 minutes for drinks which we never got. I got the text at 9:30pm that our bay was ready. read more

I just want to start off by being transparent in saying in the past we have not had the best experience with this location. However, we threw my son's 3rd birthday party here and I must say service was exceptional! Dyson was our server and I couldn't have hoped for better service to make my boys birthday party feel so special. Dyson was attentive, patient, kind and funny! Made the experience so great! It was a large group and he did an amazing job at getting everyone's orders in timely and efficiently! We also had Samantha helping us out at one point and she was so friendly and attentive! Made sure we had extra waters and everything we needed! I also have to add Jeanie at the front desk was so kind and friendly and she gave our boys tokens to get balls from the ball machine at the front. Overall fantastic experience and redeemed everything from the past. We will be back! And we hope to see Dyson, Samantha and Jeanie again! Thank you again Dyson!! read more

We came for a company outting. Booking was easy there was a 24 turnaround and all my questions were answered. It's a nice time to enjoy with friends or family hitting some golf balls. Food portion size is extra tiny and not so good for groups hence the 4 stars. read more

We had a blast celebrating Father's Day and our birthdays,. Weather was perfect and food and drinks were delicious. We were having so much fun that we wanted to extend our time, but someone was booked after us. Our awesome server Jessica and Anansa were able to work it out for us and we got our extra time. Highly recommended for family fun day or a date night out!! read more

This place is a lot of fun!!! I had a great time here. The only thing I'd note is that the food takes a while to come sometimes so if you plan to eat while you're playing make sure you order right away. read more

I've been here twice. 1st was a reservation for a large office group and 2 bays with minimum food order...I never played golf before so I arrived already 'meh' but I gave it a chance and wow! it was sooooo much fun... to be honest, the worse we played the more funny it was. I had tears from laughing so hard. The 2nd was with my family on a Saturday with no reservation. Both times were amazing. The staff was over the top helpful and both times were brewery memorable. I highly recommend and I will be back. read more

We have been coming here to hang out as a family and play some games even though we are not golf players. It's always a fun experience. This year, my son wanted to have his bday party at Topgolf and we decided to go ahead with it. We did not regret the decision. Every kid had a great time. The party platters were delicious and easy to eat for the kids while playing. The parents had an amazing time as well. But the best part was having a dedicated party host (Dean) who went above and beyond to assure every member at the party had a fun time including my little 2 year old! We got the last booth which meant that the ambiance was well suited for the kids and it felt very private. Looking fwd to host more parties at TopGolf. read more

Topgolf is always a good experience. Showed up early so went to have a beer at the bar. I was surprised to see how many people were just at the bar hanging out having drinks and watching the game that was playing on the TV's. Once the rest of the grout got there we went to our spot to play. The ambiance was cool and good choice of music playing over the speakers. Good music always makes things fun. Our server was very much on point and always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything else. We looked over the menu and placed our order. We ordered a couple appetizers for the table to much on and play as we had a couple beers. NACHO AVERAGE NACHOS Tortilla chips, pinto beans, pepper jack, cheddar, Monterey Jack, chimichurri, jalapeño TOPGOLF WINGS Boneless or bone-in, with carrots, celery, ranch or blue cheese CHEESY MACARONI BITES Ranch and creamy tomato dipping sauces MEATALIAN FLATBREAD Prosciutto, Salami, pepperoni, pepperoncini, basil Food was good and of course the beer was good. Overall it was a great experience. Will definitely be going back. If ever looking for something to do give this place a try. Stay hungry my friends. read more

The staff greeted me at the door by asking, "Walk in or reservation?" That was not very courteous. It did not set the tone for me to feel appreciated as a customer. The inflexibility in moving reservations within an hour of the original timeslot online was disappointing. The inability of staff to move a reasonable request reservation to another timeslot was unacceptable (the time was open!!!). The lack of engagement by the servers in offering napkins and utensils was annoying. The food was typical stuff and just okay. Stay away from the boneless wings; they were definitely some sort of camel or zebra meat! Yuck! No one came over to clean our area of empty plates. Topgolf has such a great opportunity to keep repeat customers; I can envision this place becoming a run-down version of the current facility as people start to realize they are not very professional and considerate of their customers. The problem seems to be with the leadership and attention to detail! The facility looks really good. The Golf games were well done and great for the whole family, and it was a clean (except for the plates) and fun environment. This last part almost makes me want to give them 3 stars, but the fact of the matter is they failed to make me feel like they actually respect my hard-earned money. I would love to return if they improve these issues. read more

*This negative review is just about Karen. I planned a day at Top Golf with my friends. Everything started great. We had two amazing waiters who helped make our experience wonderful, Aubrey and Dean. They were lovely and hospitable. We had a 4:15 time that we were told several times we could extend. Then a manager, named Karen comes in and says our time is up and we can't be moved to another bay but rather we need to join the waitlist (which was over two hours long!). Mind you we have already made reservations and done our part to ensure a fun evening for our group. She was rude, condescending and made us all feel uncomfortable. Our waiter Dean was doing his best to get us another station but she was standing in the way like the Berlin Wall just to make us unhappy. She even smiled condescendingly when we asked her name to complain and said "it's Karen". Of course it is because only a person with no people skills would treat customers this way. Our bill for two hours was nearly $500. We did not come here to be lectured on time and be inconvenienced. This review does not reflect Top Golf as a whole. The general manager and our wait staff were awesome. Everyone made the experience great but Karen. If there was some kindness or understanding in her voice we could have left with a positive experience. She chose to escalate the experience and make it seem like we were squatters. It's people like this that ruin your day and your fun. I will return to Top Golf but only when I know she is no longer in charge of the section I am playing in. Nobody wants that kind of drama when they are drinking and golfing. read more

Had a reservation and waited for our bay. Got a text that we would be ready in 15min. Then noticed the TVs went out. Staff was standing around the front desk and once we inquired they informed us the power went out. Then the head of Operations came out and said everyone had to leave. We had to ask for our reservation fee to be credited back. Another customer said this happens a lot, happened the day before. Get it together Top Golf! read more

Terrible food. Really terrible. Balcony tier and distances so distorted. Games : confusing, boring, meaningless, point structure and goals silly (aka stupid). Size of range: short. Also : all the game rules were ultimately UNCLEAR with poor tracking, minimal consistency - didn't even care enough to care. AND the night lighting was poor. Place felt like a tired Vegas casino / money grab on the food mixed with a strip club aiming for lap dance money. Sorry. Not my kinda fun/golf. Had high hopes and brought great friends but pretty gross if you ask me. Start by fixing the FOOD! TGIF was an 80's "model"!-( That alone... gross, total deal breaker. Sorry/not sorry. read more

We finally came back and man they have gotten things together! Anoncea (probably spelled that wrong, forgive me) was one of the managers, and she was amazing. 100% made up for out last visit. Came to TopGolf in El Segundo to celebrate my friend's birthday. Beautiful location. I've been to the TopGolf in Scottsdale, AZ before. I'm so glad they opened this location in the Los Angeles area. We had so much fun playing golf. They have different games that you can golf to. Our bay was located on the second floor. There was a scheduled event happening on that floor and we were told we can only have the bay for 2 hours because of the event. We still had some more friends/family coming a little later so we asked if there was anyway we could have the bay longer. The manager came out and said no problem and gave us an extra hour. This made us very happy and we really appreciated it. The staff was very friendly and took care of our parties' needs and wants the whole time. I highly recommend you make reservations ahead of time. You can book up to 7 days out. The staff came out with signs and desserts and singing birthday to my friend. We all had a great time and I can't wait till they open their TopGolf location in San Diego read more

Wanted to try out this new place, but was highly unsatisfied. I was almost hit by a club and was told there was nothing they can do to get me a new bay. I'm only giving a 1 star because their food menu was limited to only a couple of items. And out of those items they had already ran out of the popular items. They could have discounted our bay fees or comped an additional half hour but instead charged us full price for limited menu items. Not very customer friendly... read more

My company had our Annual Party at Topgolf El Segundo 01/23/2025 from 5pm to 8pm, and I must say that I personally won't go back. The event was 5pm to 8pm. The food was decent and the atmosphere was mediocre. I'm not sure if it was the rep we had but things could have definitely been better. I understand we had a decent size group but to stop serving food at 6:30pm is ridiculous when the event was until 8pm. We could only use one small bar with one bartender. The staff weren't as friendly or helpful as we had hoped. The bartender made a last call announcement very secretive and was gone before 8pm. The staff were seen leaning and having their own group huddling and totally ignored us. We had to search for help when we wanted to order drinks separately. We were told that we couldn't do a DJ because they already have music playing. We didn't get a goodie bag or anything for coming and spending close to 30,000. We were rushed to leave, so a group of us went to the bar and had to spend our own money for extra food and drinks. No to go plates were offered even though so much food was left over at 6:30pm. I didn't even have time to golf at all. It took majority of us over 1 hour to get there so it was disappointing to rush and eat and rush and drink and not really get the full Topgolf experience. Also the security on the golf carts kept stalking me, saying I can't smoke a cigarette even though I was near the road away from people and he added that I'm loitering which didn't make sense because I'm at an event but taking a smoke break. They directed me to a smoking area that was basically in the street right near the door. My company paid too much money for the majority of our group to feel disappointed and unsatisfied. My company is the first largest management company in California and we regretted the rep and the overall experience. The atmosphere is cool however if the experience isn't top notch why would people come back. I wanted to write this review with honestly because leaving Top Golf 1/23/2025 I was extremely disappointed. If the group is too big say that, but they took the money and gave us half ass service. So again I won't be going back and wasting my time. We could have rented out the bowling alley like last year and had a better time and wouldn't have had to rush if this was going to be the outcome. read more

Always amazing service and super friendly. Been there two times with large groups and the servers have always been amazing.

My team offsite was here and we had a blast. I worked with Megan Sansero on reserving a couple bays for our team of about 13 people. We had side by side bays with couches where everyone could easily talk and hang out as well as play golf of course! Highly recommend if you have some sort of team event to work with Megan, she was great! She kept in touch the whole time and was available anytime I had questions. read more

I was planning a large group (18ppl) for a work event. I worked with Megan who was great. We had to go back and forth quite a bit as things on my end kept changing and needing adjusting. Everyone had a lot of fun and the event was a success. Will be back! :) read more

I showed up 8 minutes late after a 46 minute drive. They put me on an hour waitlist. I got my bay 50 minutes later. They had a problem with us from the start after we asked the front desk about the timing issue. I did smoke an ecig twice and got warmed as well as my friend and we complied. I did make a mistake which was not ok. After these warnings our waitress claimed she was leaving and that she was switching us over to another waiter. We decided to help her and pay her her tip before we switched over in order to help her out. We tipped her $100. We were swiftly switched over to another waiter and too he cannot serve us anymore. We asked for a manger and this manager who had not been invoked all day decided we had to leave. I was told to leave because I was "too inebriated". They ended my game right there. I will never spend a dime here and am already moving quickly with my lawyers to sue this company. read more

Been here twice so far for events and it has been so fun! It's fun, great space, and well organized. Only callout is the parking. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Do not make a reservation, we reserved 2 bays and had an emergency with a family member ending up in the hospital. Brandon told us to ask Amber for a credit to use on our next visit. I emailed both of them to see if there was something they could do since this was something out of the ordinary. This was our first visit. They said so sad, too bad. You are SOL with the deposit and better be happy we aren't charging you the balance. Reserve at your own risk!!! I have been here a hand full of times and have had great service as far as the waiters I have had some bad experiences with the bar tenders , bad attitudes , smart remarks and seem annoyed to be working the bar. (I understand it's hard putting up with people who have had some drinks or already drunk but good customer service should always come first) Brandee at the upstairs bar made this experience the best and made the night so much better as we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. We were on our way out and decided to take a few shots before ending the night. She was so cheerful , upbeat and funny! I wish all the bartenders would have her good attitude and great customer service lol! Over all the drinks and food were great and we had fun! read more

Unfortunately I have to change my overall rating as the 4 star rating I initially provided was not accurate after another visit. The main reason for the downgrade is the alcoholic beverages I ordered and the food portions in relation to cost. Drinks seemed to have no alcohol in it or they were some pre-made cocktail that does not have a 40% abv. I ordered 2 old fashioneds, based on the price I paid and they asked if I wanted 4 Roses or Bulleit, I should get a proper old fashioned stirred up. I felt I got juice and no alcohol or I got a pre-made old fashioned that might be 17% abv. Our server Sofia or Sophia (spelling) she was super awesome but could not answer if the drinks were from the bartender or a bottle. The golf experience super awesome. But now the food, it's a value thing for me when you get "sport food" menu. The fries, super good but you literally get like 15 fries in a small cup. The price I paid, most places give you a basket, I wish the same here. The nachos were delicious, but they literally gave you like 10 chips with ingredients on it so I was left wanting more but felt cheated. The Buffalo dip was the crowd favorite and it sure was cause we ordered it twice. The wings and Mac n cheese bites are a must order. Chips and guacamole is good but I believe this is a frozen guac cause it comes ice cream scooped and it's extremely cold in the middle section. Yes, I do have picture proof available/posted to confirm my statements. I'll definitely be back but I won't be ordering much food or drink due to the cost vs the actual final product size/quality. read more
