Brought my daughter for on of her friends 12 year old birthday party. I have been to other Too Golf locations and have been wanting to give this one a try since it opened. It's located next to the Horseshoe Casino. You will have to use the casino's parking garage because this location doesn't have its own. When we arrived it was a short walk from the garage. Once we checked in we were directed to our bays on the first floor. A waitress got our drink orders immediately. There was no one who could assist us in starting the games though it wasn't a major deal because I knew how to set it up. The food was a pre fixed menu for the party. Chicken, tenders, a burger slider, tater tots, and a fruit cup. The kids enjoyed the food. I didn't try ent of it but my daughter is a picky eater. This would be my 3rd TopGolf location I have visited. I will say this one seemed smaller than other locations I have been? Maybe thinner than other locations? The computer system in our bay was off, kept giving the wrong score to different players - not sure. We still had a good time - we ordered and shared apps: Chicken nachos- good flavor, soft tortilla nachos each individually topped. I liked these - would get again Pizza flatbread- wouldn't recommend the pepperoni, reminded me of a knockoff pizza and wasn't good Mac bites- couldn't really tell they had macaroni in them, kind of a cheese blob inside - but the creamy tomato soup dipping sauce was FIRE. Pretzel bites- the horseradish mustard and creamy dipping sauces were great. Chicken tenders/fries- didn't try these but looked like standard fare. Parking Nightmare at Horseshoe Casino / Topgolf Baltimore Be warned: the shared parking garage between Horseshoe Casino and Topgolf can be a trap if you forget to validate your ticket. Topgolf offers free parking only if you validate inside. I didn't realize this and got stuck at the exit gate. I called the number posted, and the attendant told me I'd have to pay $30. I explained that Topgolf parking is supposed to be free, and asked if I could go back to validate. She refused, saying she could get in trouble for letting me through. With five cars behind me and 10 cash on hand, I was stuck. Then a woman in a truck, who turned out to be an employee, offered to help if I gave her $10 in cash. I paid her, and she let me out. It didn't feel like an official solution. Honestly, it felt almost like a scam. Whether it was or not, it was shady and uncomfortable. Tip: Validate your parking ticket at Topgolf before leaving. Don't assume it's automatic, and don't expect help at the exit gate. read more

We decided to try out Top Golf on a Tuesday, as they run a half off bay time promo- we were able to utilize their app to see the current busy wait times, and then join the waitlist when we were 15mins away. Easy free parking in the garage nearby, a quick walk, we arrived and had zero wait time - Assigned to a bay on the second floor, the layout resembles an outdoor balcony, with the golf tee off pad on the outer edge, tables tucked on the inside under the roof, with heaters available, and two big screen tvs- one for the golfer to utilize for the 'game purpose' and another for those waiting in the party to either watch sports tv channels or view the golfer's game view- & complete with score updates. The format offers a variety of games ranging from the standard Top Golf-hit a ball in the colored holes of varying scoring points (further and/or direct hits = more) - the tvs allow tracking the ball as its hit (super cool technology) -as well as offering a number of virtual reality style games (i.e actual golf courses to play through, angry birds, bejeweled, etc)- We dabbled in a few of the virtual reality style games, but didn't really like the format, so we stuck with the standard Top Golf- just driving range top score- it was easy to click back and forth between golfers- though we kept getting confused by the random practice balls randomly distributed out throwing off our rotating turns- but woo free balls. Our waitress was super attentive checking in on us, though we didn't order any food or drinks this particulate visit. Overall, the experience was fun. Glad to say we did it- I'm not huge into driving range style golf, I far prefer my cheesy mini golf obstacles. If we went again it would only be on half-off day- bar and food prices didn't seem bad, but were pretty basic and Baltimore has so much to offer I'd stick with just golfing and going out before/after. I honestly didn't know what to expect here. I golf occasionally but I can't remember a single time I went to a driving range. That's really all I thought Topgolf was. There was a group of us (about twelve), we had a reservation and of course the day we were going there was a monsoon in the middle of December. There was concern about the rain and being cold. A call was made to Topgolf to try to change our reservation but they wouldn't budge, they told us "we're setup for any type of weather". We went into this a little concerned. This Topgolf is close to the Inner Harbor and even closer to M&T Bank Stadium, so I would imagine if the Ravens are playing it could be a mess. The first struggle I had was there is no obvious parking for the place, there is a drive in the front that appears to be for valet but that was it. After driving a bit I decided to try the parking garage for the casino next door, and wouldn't you know it, as soon as I entered they had signs for Topgolf parking. First, the fact that I thought this place was only a driving range is laughable now. There is a very large inside with bars, table and games. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is extremely polite and helpful. Even the security guards all over say hello and goodbye. We got to our table which was on the second level and for comparison purposes it's similar to a bowling alley. There are two "lanes" and I would imagine if the group only needed one table, they would just get one side. In front of you is the driving range (so at least I was partially correct), but it's filled with different colored holes, large holes. Each one offering a different point value and depending on how close you come to the flag in each hole the point value can change. When you hit the ball you can either watch it in front of you or turn to one of the many monitors as it is tracked, you can see its path that way. Overall it's a lot of fun. If you can't hit hard, aim for some of the close holes and if you're like me and have no aim but can crush it....go for the back. Every time I hit the back net I gained ten points (one time 18 because it luckily landed somewhere important apparently). What could be improved is, the system isn't automatic. Meaning, you can hit as many or as few of balls as you want at one time, you need to manually select the next player. This can be annoying if you're just trying to go with the flow. Also, sometimes balls didn't count and they couldn't tell us why. If you're serious and playing for money, don't go here. But it was fun nonetheless. While you golf there is table service, typical bar food and drinks. Our table order a few appetizers, wings and pretzels....both good. I ordered some sort of spicy chicken sandwich, it was okay, not very spicy and the bun fell apart so it was a mess to eat. But not the worst I've had. All in all this is a fun place to go for a few hours. The food is decent, the drinks are cold, the staff is great. I will be back. read more

So glad to have a Top Golf just a little bit closer to us than the one in Germantown. This one is brand new and it's pretty nice. This one has a better atmosphere and lounging areas in the interior than some of the other ones we've been to. Upon arriving, we noticed there was some parking on the side of the street for maybe about 10 cars and there was more parking in the parking structure for top golf. We reserved online earlier in the week for two hours and it had us put down half of the payment, which came out to $62.50 as a deposit towards the two hours of play time. Drinks are ok, just go for beer if you do. Food was good, we didn't like the Buffalo chicken dip, tasted sour but we ended up being able to swap it out for something else. Wings and the Cobb salad were good also. It was tough to get our server's attention at times. Upon playing we noticed that the golf clubs were a bit dirty and leaving black residue on our hands. Other locations we have been to generally wipe them down with anti-bacterial wipes in between customers. I like the updated features of the facility though such as the screen on the golf ball dispenser. Will definitely come back again soon. read more

I walked in to the new Topgolf in Baltimore after being told there weren't any slots remaining for reservations. Luckily, we didn't have to wait the quoted 90 minutes and were at our bay in about 35-40 minutes. This location is amazing. It has the driving range targets we're all accustomed to with different play styles to choose from. Additionally, there's foosball, air hockey, and virtual golf. The bar wasn't the most extensively stocked but you can probably find an alcoholic beverage you can drink. The staff was especially friendly. I'll be back! Pro tip: come in on a Monday or Tuesday when it's slower per the staff. read more

Yes there is parking in the garage, and a short walk to the facility. The road to top golf front entrance is barricaded closed due to construction. Ok...we dont know how anyone could have a bad experience here. 1st, the service in the eating area was superb, friendly server (sorry cant remember her name) and food was great. The manager on that level, Dawan, was friendly, personable and accomodating to our bay requests. Then on the 3rd level, the bay attendant and manager came around at least every 10-15 mins to see if we needed anything. I'm so glad that a top golf has finally opened up in Baltimore. My mom, sister, and I came to check out this new location. I was a little worried about what the parking situation would be like in Baltimore, but there was a parking garage right next to it. We decided to come on a Tuesday as they are currently running a promo for half off! I tried to make a reservation online a couple days in advance, but they were all booked up for the time slots we were looking for. Luckily, I was able to go onto their app and join their waitlist online 15 minutes before arriving. This place was a lot bigger than I was expecting, with three floors. We quickly got assigned to a bay on the third floor. At first it was cold, but then we asked our server about the heaters and she turned them on and it quickly warmed up. We weren't super hungry, but I ordered a side of tatter tots and the injectable donut holes because I've had them before at other locations. For only ordering two small things, the food seemed to take a long time, I waited around 30-45 min. I was disappointed in the donut holes as they tasted a little over cooked, and it didn't even come with the injectable sauce syringes. Talk about false advertisement, the two sauces came served in ramekins instead. I was pleased to find out that they offer 10% off discounts for health care workers, military, teachers, etc. At first they didn't apply the discount, but at the end I asked again and our server got it put on. Baltimore has finally gotten a TopGolf and it's great! It is in a central location down by the stadium and there is plenty of parking in the Horseshoe Casino garage! It's kind of a far walk in the cold so bundle up! We weren't able to get a reservation but because it was so cold we were able to come straight in and get a bay on the 3rd floor! Customer service was great and they were accommodating. I didn't have much of the food but I tasted a friend's pizza and it was delicious! The ambiance is nice and it's so fun!! I went here a few weeks ago with a few girlfriends. We went on a Sunday and we didn't make a reservation. Even though we didn't have a reservation the girls at the check in desk were very accommodating. While we were waiting we got a drink at the bar. I got a strawberry lemonade, which was really good. I also noticed that they have a bar and large TV's on every floor. This would be a great place to watch the game. We got a bay on the third floor. It was cold outside and they had plenty of heaters to make sure you stay warm. We bought a 90 minute game since it was 6 of us. This is a great baltimore experience. I played for 2 hours . Waitress at your driving bay . First hour was 20$ 2nd was 50. Up to 6 people and all the balls you can hit from a robot machine. The robot has a massive video screen to show you where your ball went and your score. Very good barfood. Beer wine and I had a mixed drink. I've never had waitstaff help me golf and bring me beer! It's finally open! I'm here checking out the soft opening and the place is nice with all the bells and whistles. The bar offer beer, wine, and cocktail selections for every palate. The staff is friendly and ready to welcome customers. I especially like the rooftop patio/terrance and the downstairs outdoor area. This is the third Top Golf I've been to (Scottsdale and LA being the other two) and sadly I would rank it on the bottom out of the three. The trains coming through are quite charming and adds soul to this location. It's a great view seeing flowing water to the right and to hear trains to the left. Distractions should be expected when playing golf, simple as that. I also want to give high remarks for the cleanliness of this location. Well done. On the other hand the service could use some training and some touch ups around the rough edges. I would say 60% of the clubs they have in the bay the grips are butchered and mangled. I golf and know this is general wear and tear but you would think in between guests they could check for damages so it wouldn't be an issue to the next group. On top of that, our bay was missing clubs. Again, you would think these are checks and standard procedures for all the clubs to be stocked but this wasn't the case. It was a slow Tuesday and I couldn't find our server who was gone for a significant amount of time and most of the bays around us were empty so I went down and grabbed one of the clubs that we were missing from an empty bay next to us and I swear out of nowhere another server starts scolding me as if i was committing grand theft auto. I'm like look I couldn't find our server and we have missing clubs so I wanted to try this one out. You would think from her reaction and tone I was some kind of a war criminal. It was completely uncalled for and to prevent further unwarranted wrath I told her that I'm just going to put it back and use another club until I can find my server to help me. This was the beginning of our visit and she really did sour the experience. On top of that she was giving me the crazy eyes and death stare any time she would walk by. I ended up telling our server about the missing clubs when she eventually showed up and there wasn't any issues with her bringing them but I feel this other server needs some retraining in how she deals with customers that she isn't directly serving. I went to top golf for the first a couple of weeks ago to celebrate a graduation and we had so much fun! We reserved a spot ahead of time which made it super easy for us when we walked in. We tried items both off of the food menu and drink menus; the burger and the cheeseburger. They were both good but honestly exactly what you'd expect, nothing remarkable. The drinks were pretty disappointing to be honest, expensive and relatively small. Additionally, we were pretty disappointed with the service, for as nice as our waiter was, we had to continually flag people down for refills or to order. I went to this Topgolf location with my girlfriend and my mom and sister who were visiting from out of town. I'm giving this location two stars but it can easily be five if Topgolf can spend time training their staff. The place is very well kept and the food is delicious! The ambiance and culture from other customers is friendly and inviting as well, with the trains occasionally coming through being a nice touch. Where this location is lacking is when it comes to their service and hospitality. We went here on a Tuesday night where it is much less busy and hectic, but by the staffs behavior, you would have thought we were impeding on their night. We checked in at the help desk where the attendant could not get our phone number right for the life of her. It honestly seemed like she was under the influence and couldn't even do a simple task. Once she finally got the number down, she told us our bay would be 221. Once we got to the bay, there was a party already there. We asked another attendant and they said they were just wrapping up. Then, another attendant came to us saying we weren't in the right place and that they'd reach out to the help desk to see where we were supposed to be. The help desk said we weren't supposed to be in 321, not 221. Our server (I believe her name was Kayla) did not make our visit here enjoyable by any means. After checking in when we first got there, we did not see Kayla for the next 20 minutes. We ended up waving down another staff member who said they would get her and when she did eventually make it to our table, she seemed annoyed that we wanted to place an order for food and drinks. While my mom was ordering, Kayla was very demeaning and interrupted her twice, talking to her as if she were talking to a child. Oh, all the while, a maintenance employee was visibly vaping behind one of the pillars. My recommendation is if there is another Topgolf near you, even if it is a little further than this Baltimore location, go to that one since this staff clearly does not want your business. read more
