They offer a spring promotion for $20 an hour per bay. Great activity for groups and all ages of children. We definitely recommend at least 90 minutes of play if you have 4 or more players in a bay. They have heated bays for chilly days or mornings so it makes this activity enjoyable even when its cold and rainy. Now who does not love Top Golf!!! I planned an after work outing for our team after learning about the all day weekday discounts. It was a YES for the entire team and very affordable. I made reservations for 2 bays side by side to accommodate our team. The deposits went to our total balance. As life would have it....some staff backed out the same day. We were down to 1 bay and guess what we had the best time. For some it was their first time going to Top Golf and for me I was happy to play Angry Bird for the first time. The food is really good . The waiter staff was on point. Since we are all nurses we benefitted from the healthcare discount of 10%. YAY!! We love that!! I have been here so many times with friends and we always have a great time. It's nice to have this golf activity in the city. The space is huge and has other random games you can play inside like shuffleboard or corn hole outside. It had been a few months since my last visit but just came again with a friend to play for an hour and a half. We ordered some food and drinks as usual - Nacho Average Nachos, Mushroom Tacos, and Chicken Katsu Sliders. The tacos were small but pretty good and I did enjoy the crispy sliders. All kind of mediocre bar food with mediocre service but not too bad. I've also stuck with one drink when I do come here and it's the Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini which is quite yummy. We were able to play several different rounds of golf games before our time was up. Always a fun spot to come to for a light sports activity. read more

We went on a Thursday about midday. It wasn't too crowded at all. The manager checked in with us multiple times and our server was attentive as well. Our nachos were delicious--I could have eaten 2 more trays!! I don't think we had all of the club choices that should have been provided because it seemed like some of the clubs didn't line up with the label name. My fiancé and I came with another couple friends of ours and we had so much fun! Our server, (he was Ginger and a college student, I think it's John), he was perfection! Have great service and phenomenal food recommendations, and was just very quick and attentive. Towards the end of our session, the manager came over and challenged us to match against an amazing golfer named Malik. They didn't know we had a really talented golfer on our team. Well we won and they gave us $15 of our check and a discount on our service fee. If we had lost, we just had to do a survey. They were close so I told them I'd still do the survey. Everyone was great and we loved the different themes for the games. The Sonic theme was by far the best! Please keep that theme! Captain America was really cool too. Overall, I give this a 4.5/5! This place was great and so much fun, but it's so pricey! If you get the golf service and food, you're spending easily $100 minimum per hour for two people. This is the second Topgolf location I have been to and I really enjoyed it. Tuesdays if half off game day, so instead of $60 for your party it was $30 an hour. And your party can be between 1-6 people. You get your own bag and the waiter will come take your food and drink orders. They don't have a parking lot but you can park at the horseshoes parking garage, and the ticket you get there, topgolf will scan it for you to park for free which is nice. The music was bumping, they have little lounges, a bar and restaurant section. You can control the heat in your section if it is too cold outside. They have three levels you can play from and you can reserve your spot online. The earlier you go in the day the cheaper your game play will be. The food and drinks are reasonable. We just had wings and a few drinks which was not expensive at all. Our waitress Ace was lovely. She was attentive to everyone. There are many games you can play, especially if you're not good at hitting there are other games that can make you feel that the session was successful. It is fun for everyone. Came out for an hour early Saturday morning outing with friends. Thankfully no crowds and we got our bay and started playing right away. Definitely recommend early play if you can for the prices, rates are a bit cheaper but overall for the experience the prices are more than reasonable. It's a fun chill vibe as soon as you walk in. Good music, plenty of televisions, lots of places to hang out and play games. It is family friendly but also fun for adults. You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy yourself here. It's a driving range golf simulator video game all in one so it's easy to pick up for all. The staff here are friendly, welcoming and attentive. Drinks are solid, lots of options and good prices. The for is meh, kind of just fancy bar food which is hit or miss. The food is adequate, But you're not coming here for the food, it's the games/golf. Been to the one in Las Vegas and this place isn't too bad compared to it. Nice views of the water and city. When we called to make a reservation/ add ourselves to the waitlist it said 0 minutes. We got there, they said they had a 2 hour wait time. They offered us the simulator, which sounded fun, though price was the same. However, it was not okay because when we tried to play, it was broken. Also half the shots went behind the screen where there were several mouse traps. They said they had cheese sticks in their advertisements but when I asked they did not. The experience started off horribly as the folks at Top Golf don't tell you about the construction ALL AROUND their location. Without signage it's totally impossible to get there without help. Unfortunately the front desk staff couldn't be less caring that some people may find it difficult to bring clubs up and down a parking garage staircase. Then because it took me forever to get there and to the front door which is about 100 years from the nearest access, our reserved time had already begun. We were billed for that despite no notification online or on the phone. So now we're sweating, frustrated and supposed to figure this out for the 1st time. By the time we played 2 games, our time was done, I wanted to extend another 1/2 or an hour but we' were told we had to leave. Our food and drinks needed to be removed as they had another reservation. Great concept, horrible personnel servicing the public. Next time I'll go to another facility and see if we can do this without all the hassle and issues. Oh, well one last thing. As we attempted to get out of the parking lot, the validated ticket wouldn't allow us to get the gate to open. The cars were lined up 10-12 deep and everyone was pissed. Finally someone came over and waved me through. This is why the Baltimore location has 2 stars and all other Top Golf locations are 4.0 or better. Y'all suck, hun. read more

This year we joined a TopGolf League. It has been a good time so far. Every Monday we get 4 hours of golfing, which for us is more than we can use. And there are pre set games that you have to play. Now, we did not set out to win this league by any means.... We didn't even think we would be competitive. Which is good because we are not, but, we have had a great time going out, trying different games for the league play and then getting to play a few bonus games after we have recorded our scores. The team that services the bays are nice and remember you from week to week. There are usually themes for each week (although hardly anyone participates in that) . To sum it up, I am glad we joined the league, and I would do it again. I would suggest that they push out the theme earlier in the week and I wish you got participation points for theme. Other than that, i say give it a try. read more

I tasted a bit over my friends' food (cheesy macaroni bites, warn pretzel bites, buffalo chicken dip) and everything was lackluster. I ordered the Nacho Average Nachos. I wanted them with chicken but they ran out so I got steak. The steak was tough and the nachos tasted pretty average. Also, the drinks weren't very strong. I first ordered the lavender 75 but the server took 20 mins to come tell me that they didn't have all the ingredients to make it so I had to settle on a Blackberry Smash. Our group of 10 came to Topgolf Baltimore expecting a fun evening, but instead left extremely disappointed. We arrived at 5:30 PM for a 6 PM session, and by 6:10 when our server came by, there were already two empty beers on the table. When I tried to order another, I was told it was "the law" that customers could only be served one beer every 30 minutes. That is simply not true, and it's unacceptable for staff to misrepresent the law to paying customers. I fully respect responsible alcohol service, but there's a big difference between promoting moderation and misleading guests. Being told something false not only ruined the experience, it came across as insulting. With a large group ready to enjoy ourselves and spend money, we were left frustrated instead. Because of this, I won't be back, and neither will the group I brought with me. Frankly, some people hate the trains at this location. But I love seeing the diversity of the light rail cars. I don't find them to be disturbing if the golfing experience at all. The music and the fans drowns it out. I thinks the water makes this the most gorgeous view at any top golf ever. Top golf, as a whole, isn't a cheap experience. But I think it's so fun to get out here every few months and just have a good time. You know when you come here, that you will have fun. It's good wholesome competition. This location is huge, it has two levels and three levels and two bars, though ive never seen the downstairs bar open. I also like that it has golf simulators and a private meeting room. Ive been a few times and each time the service has been very different. It ranges from great to the staff completely forgot my drink one time. Overall the games are fun and like anything similar the majority of the experience is based on who you're with. I have done it with friends, co workers, date nights.. each time its a completely different vibe none bad just different. Met up with another family for a little fun time. I have been to a few Top Golf locations but this one had foosball tables, some virtual games, and air hockey on the main level. I think the girls (7, 9, 9 and 11) had a blast with these games before we ever got to golf. Once we got to the bay on the 3rd floor I was happy to see that they had some left handed clubs already available (since I had forgotten mine at home). The girls really got into the Angry Birds virtual golf game which was fun for the adults too. The food and drinks we ordered were good and the staff was really attentive and took great care of us. I finally got to try topgolf! Because I am such a competitive person, I was a little frustrated since I didn't really know how to hit the ball. And because I'm extra animated, I started every single time I missed it during my swing. Something I didn't like was that there wasn't any real instruction. Me never having small golf Club in my life besides playing the Wii I had no idea what to do and there wasn't anyone there to help. I did mimic what others were doing and I try to watch a quick YouTube video but I want my ball to get whacked like some of the other people I was watching. GLOWS: - All year around semi outdoor location, with heat lamps for the winter. I went in February and was comfortable overall. -The service was friendly and efficient -The location is nice. Plenty of parking and relatively easy to find. -1/2 price tuesday is a necessity GROWS: -Order your food before starting your game. We lost out on almost 10 minutes of game play by starting our game and then taking time to order and ask questions. -There seems to be some issues with booking in advance--Where they charge a deposit to book the lane online, but then the deposit isn't taken off the final bill, so please review your bill to ensure you are not double paying. -Overall the experience is very expensive if you are not playing with 6 people. I'd rather adjustments be made for per person pricing to be more cost effective. -Beware of game days when parking is essentially non- existent. read more

This is literally the worst top golf experience I've ever had. We were seated at one of the simulators inside so we had to place all orders at the bar, no big deal except the bartender moved very slow to take orders. After waiting 15 minutes to place our order, we had to wait another 30 for our food to come out. We never received our drinks and by the time I got the bartenders attention a second time, our time was up. We ordered two burgers, which were both extremely salty. We did not receive cutlery or napkins, so had to find a clean bathroom, which was another adventure, to wash them. The simulators were lacking, but as a walk in, that was all that was available. Parking Nightmare at Horseshoe Casino / Topgolf Baltimore Be warned: the shared parking garage between Horseshoe Casino and Topgolf can be a trap if you forget to validate your ticket. Topgolf offers free parking only if you validate inside. I didn't realize this and got stuck at the exit gate. I called the number posted, and the attendant told me I'd have to pay $30. I explained that Topgolf parking is supposed to be free, and asked if I could go back to validate. She refused, saying she could get in trouble for letting me through. With five cars behind me and 10 cash on hand, I was stuck. Then a woman in a truck, who turned out to be an employee, offered to help if I gave her $10 in cash. I paid her, and she let me out. It didn't feel like an official solution. Honestly, it felt almost like a scam. Whether it was or not, it was shady and uncomfortable. Tip: Validate your parking ticket at Topgolf before leaving. Don't assume it's automatic, and don't expect help at the exit gate. read more

I'll start by saying I didn't golf when I visited Topgolf yesterday (3/20). I randomly met up with some friends who have the "platinum membership" or whatever there, but had no intentions of playing. However, the setup seems fairly easy. One stands on the green and swings, basically. This place is really nice though. It has the vibe of a upscale sports arena, like one of the suites where you can go sit out in the open if you choose. On the upper levels, there is an indoor area you pass through to access the bays outside. Outside, each bay has a hightop table with 5 chairs. It's a nice setup unless you're in the chair closest to the TVs like I was. Definitely strained my neck looking up and to the side while my friends were playing (FWP!). There are bars inside, but the bays receive table service. Our waitress was very attentive, regularly stopping by to check if we had enough to drink and if we wanted to order food as different friends showed up over the course of the afternoon. I didn't eat but was disappointed by the lack of healthy food options on the menu (hence the 4 stars). You can't have a bunch of unhealthy foods on the menu WITH the calories listed and expect every one to want to eat thousands of calories in one sitting. That's my only suggestion, get some lite bites. Otherwise, I'll definitely return at some point to play! Looking forward to it. read more

Brought my daughter for on of her friends 12 year old birthday party. I have been to other Too Golf locations and have been wanting to give this one a try since it opened. It's located next to the Horseshoe Casino. You will have to use the casino's parking garage because this location doesn't have its own. When we arrived it was a short walk from the garage. Once we checked in we were directed to our bays on the first floor. A waitress got our drink orders immediately. There was no one who could assist us in starting the games though it wasn't a major deal because I knew how to set it up. The food was a pre fixed menu for the party. Chicken, tenders, a burger slider, tater tots, and a fruit cup. The kids enjoyed the food. I didn't try ent of it but my daughter is a picky eater. There were a few other parties going on so it was pretty crowded. Our session was 2 hours. The girls got to have fun trying it out for the first time. read more
