Had a really good lunch here. The salmon and vegetables were cooked well and the service was great. The view of the water was perfect as well.

Rusty Scupper was my first time visiting, and I have to say--the all-you-can-eat buffet brunch is top notch. The variety alone makes it worth it, but the quality seals the deal. My favorite was the omelette station (I'm an omelette guy), and they did not disappoint. Fresh, made-to-order, and exactly how you want it. If you're into seafood or southern fried catfish, you'll be in heaven--they've got it all covered. Drinks included with the price $67 person! Crazy deal! They also had a live pianist playing, which added a smooth, classy vibe to the whole experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, the bathrooms are clean, and everything felt well put together. I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a solid brunch spot in Baltimore with great food and a nice waterfront feel, this is it. Oh yeah and the service was good.

Went to the Rusty Scupper for the first time today for Valentines Day dinner. They had a wonderful prix fixed menu for the holiday. It was a beautiful setting. My only reason for lower score was because they sat us in the table all the way to the end. My husband's view for the evening was the parking garage. We enjoyed the food all the same. My husband had the calamari to start (a healthy portion - we had leftovers). I had the half & half crab soup. It was a bit salty but went well with the delicious bread that they had. He had the sea bass (beautifully cooked). Nice and light. I had the lobster. We had the cheesecake and tiramisu for dessert. The food left us full. A satisfying meal.

Came back recently during happy hour just for a drink and a crab cake, and had a great experience. I enjoyed the Rusty Scupper Ale which was refreshing, and an absolutely delicious crab cake with large chunks of crab. We were also served bread which is just as good as I remembered from our prior visit. Our waitress was also super friendly and checked on us frequently. This is definitely one of my favorite spots in Baltimore for a nice dinner, and I look forward to coming back again when I'm in town.

Was in Baltimore for a day and wanted to make sure we got crab cakes before leaving. We had been walking around the inner harbor for a while and made our way over. We didn't get full dinner as we had another planned stop before flying home but that didn't impact service. Crab cakes were great. Large lumps of meat and not much filler. I also had the cream of crab soup. It was delicious and had a generous amount of lump crab meat. The Rusty Scupper ale was good too. Dinning area has a great view of the harbor area.

Birthday celebration with the Family....And, this restaurant couldn't have been more fitting!! From the views, ambiance and fantastic menu....I have no complaints! Rusty Scupper has been around since the ages of time at the Baltimore Harbor. I remember coming here in the 90's ( yes, dating myself...lol) and was surprised that they are still around and one on the original "OG's'" here at the Baltimore Harbor! We were a Family of Ten and were accommodated to the upmost. Never had to wait for a server and the customer service was on point. It could not have been better!! We were sat at a window table with a great view of the harbor. Our server was prompt and attentive (Bellinis galore!). We were here for the brunch layout. The food was fantastic!! Ham, prime rib and lamb carving station, seafood. custom omelets, fantastic buffet spread of delicious food...of all the breakfast classics and comfort food eats. And of course.....The Seafood!! Oysters, shrimp, crab & lobster.....you name it....they served it. In all, our food was top notch. Our severs were very attentive.... helpful and pleasant but not overbearing. Our water glasses and drinks were never emptied. Between the quality of the food and customer service, it could not have been a better experience! Thank you Rusty Scupper! I would recommend for the Sunday Brunch, any casual dining while in the area or special occasion! The vibe is great and the food is delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and left completely with Buddha rubbing--full bellies and satisfied. Will be back!! Thank you Rusty Scupper for the outstanding food and service! Will be back for sure.

Wonderful experience! We came in on a Sunday night and it could not have been more perfect. We had the Tuna Carpaccio, Crab Cake, Shrimp and Grits, Scallops and Crab Fettuccine. All were great and very flavorful. The shiitake mushrooms and truffle puree surrounding the scallops was divine. The scallops were unfortunately quite over cooked but regardless it was still a highly enjoyable meal. Service was great and our waiter could not have been better with the host staff being incredibly welcoming as well. Ambiance was perfect, not overly crowded and stunning views. Overall I would definitely come back next time I am in Baltimore and would recommend anyone do so!

I was recently vising Baltimore and we decided to venture over to Rusty Scupper for a nice romantic dinner with a view of the water which was breath taking. To start we shared the JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE $30 grain mustard beurre blanc and the CHEF'S SELECT OYSTERS* MP cocktail sauce, lemon, classic mignonette, and PAN-SEARED SCALLOPS $53 roasted Shiitake mushrooms, sunchoke & truffle puree, asparagus sunchoke crisps, chive oil. For our entree we shared the LUMP CRAB FETTUCCINE $39 fettucine pasta, lump crab meat, shallots, cream sauce. The entire meal was amazing! Rusty Scupper is definitely a restaurant that is a place to come back to.

By far the BEST BRUNCH location in Baltimore! It is so yummy and delicious! I don't even know where to start. When you get there there's private parking that you unfortunately have to pay for but your car is safe and right at the restaurant so I get it. When you arrive you're greeted by multiple staff and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RESERVATION! I showed up once and forgot and they were already overbooked but they booked us for the following Sunday. The food selections change with different themes sometimes so it's not just the exact same menu every time. We went during Mardi and the food was so good. The restaurant is inspired by a ship of course so the interior is so beautiful and reminds you of a very regal cruise ship. From start to finish it's just exceptional all around. One of my favorite places for brunch! I highly highly recommend coming here!

Rusty Scupper offers a true fine dining experience with spectacular service--our servers waited on us hand and foot. The two-level setup and marina views made for a beautiful setting. We started with shrimp cocktail and calamari--both were fresh and flavorful. I had the rockfish with mashed potatoes and veggies, and it was cooked perfectly. Our table tried several entrées, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend for great food, great views, and top-notch service!

This restaurant is so beautiful and the view of the water is stunning! I came here with my roommate for a dinner and had such a great time. Our server was so so nice too! The calamari was so fresh and the salmon was perfection. Their cheesecake is some of the best that I've had and I think that means a lot coming from me and my roommate who are both lactose intolerant LOL.

Pretty tasty but pretty pricey for the portions. Beautiful view of the inner harbor. Excellent service and elegant interior.

Is parking free at the restaurant?

No, parking is not free. Reduced rate of $9.00 per day at the lower level parking garage with Rusty Scupper validation.

Do you take walk-in during Saturday brunch or do we need reservations?

You must make reservations. I learned the hard way my first time abs had to leave.

Is there a kids menu? My kids are 10 but still eat like toddlers 🤦🏽‍♀️

Not sure if there is a kids menu since we did not have any small children with us. I know the dinner menu provided did not include any kid choices. I am thinking that they do but it is a separate menu that you have to ask for. Hope this helps!

There's no outdoor seating, but inside you can get just as good as a view. Also park in the garage and take your ticket in to get it validated.

The shrimp, scallop, and lobster tail were cooked to perfection and were very fresh! The scallop was a bit under seasoned but we forgot all about it when we tried their cocktail sauce! My gf liked their cocktail sauce so much that it became her standard of comparison at subsequent restaurants and she thought none were comparable! The soft shell crab sandwich was also very yummy! The soft shell crab itself was quite meaty and nicely seasoned. The crab dip was yummy but felt a bit heavy. We also didn't taste much crab flavor in it but overall it was still enjoyable. The soup was mediocre and something we wouldn't have missed if we skipped it.

It was her dad and godfather's favorite place to celebrate big occasions. We loved it. As we sat down at our table her godfather exclaimed "Well I'm not the only one paying for this meal, I've been waiting to use this." It was a $100 gift card from my fiancé's late father, in his handwriting. We were floored. We all got choked up and cried a little. It felt like her father was giving us his blessing from beyond the grave. The oysters were phenomenal. The crab cake was amazing. The local beer was perfect on a hot day. Then it came time to pay. We were horrified when the waitress came back with the gift card and told us it was expired. Expired? There is no expiration date printed on it which means it is legally valid indefinitely. She explained that they changed POS systems since the card had been purchased (again, by my fiancé's late father before he was taken by cancer) and that the new system did not recognize it. "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." No offer to grab a manager to see if a portion of the meal could be comped. The crab cakes were accompanied by a handful of greens, and heaping portions of the sides. The soup came with a handful of wrapped crackers - more than we knew what to do with! I preferred the lump crab cake, the sides were all good with the crisp cucumber salad and Cole slaw being pleasantly refreshing. The potato salad was the creamy sort. The shreds of crab was visibly evident in the veggie filled minestrone type soup, but not as evident in taste. We immediately asked the hostess for a different table. She told as that the three booths and the six other two-tops were all reserved. Much to our dismay, we saw people seated outside even though we had received a text before arriving saying the patio was closed for the evening. To add insult to injury, even half empty, the noise level was so uncomfortable since everything was tile, marble, or wood that the alarm sensor on my smart watch sounded because of the decibel level. We will not be back.
