We love sitting at the outdoor patio. I've never sat inside. The service is always friendly. The food is delicious as always. It's an Atlas restaurant, they never half do things. The patio is a great place to sit and the enjoy a view of the harbor and people watch. There are always people to strick up a conversation with.

This was a cute place to have lunch by the water with your girls. We got fries and their Caesar salads. My friend and I ordered the full salad to share and they kindly plated it as half salads for both of us. We also got their rolls that were delicious and warm and buttery! I paired mine with a Hugo spritz and it was so refreshing. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was really great at recommending drinks and was really attentive.

Food is very good. I usually only get the Ceaser salad w/a crab cake. The crab cake 10/10 ! Good service. Nice ambiance. Best the water. Good fur lunch.

OMFG I AM STILL DAYDREAMING ABOUT THIS MEAL!! It sounds bad but I cannot remember the last time I ate a restaurant and everything was perfect. We were only in Baltimore for one night and leaving town right after this meal so I wanted some authentic Maryland Crab. Yelp helped with my decision with choosing Loch Bar. We arrived in the middle of happy hour. It was freezing and extremely windy outside so it was the perfect coziness to eat some seafood, at least in my opinion. We sat at the bar because that included happy hour items and there were a lot of empty seats. Immediately upon sitting, we were greeted by the bartender. I didn't catch his name but he was about 6 ft tall, slim, African American, and maybe late 20's/ early 30's. Very friendly, attentive, and professional. We ordered several items from the happy hour menu but I really wanted to try the crab cake so I ordered that, which came with either a salad or fries. Since we ordered the Old Bay fries, I went with the salad. Our food came out not too fast and did not take super long, it was great timing. OMFG again! EVERYTHING WAS SO FRIGGIN AMAZING! The crab cake was the freshest and most flavorful I have ever had! The fries were perfectly seasoned and not over fried or greasy. The salad was fresh and the dressing was perfectly balanced! AND THE CRAB SOUP!!! It was the best I ever had! It reminded me of my absolute favorite lobster bisque from a restaurant I grew up on that closed. I am salivating writing this review and definitely need to come back! I loved the decor of the restaurant and mentioned to hubs it reminded me of many seafood restaurants I visited when I lived in NYC. It is right on the water so I imagine it is just as good in the summer. It looked like there was a big outside patio with an outdoor bar so hopefully I get to visit in warmer weather to experience that.

This place had a nice ambience very low lighting. Decent service. We got a cheese platter and was expecting little cubes and it came with big blocks, all good. The beer battered fish didn't have much flavor if you like that this would be great. The fish was flaky. The fries were not crispy. I think the fish needed something to give a flavor. We enjoyed the oysters and cheese plate. I wish the Pazooki was cooked less, but I love the concept. Nice, happy hour crowd!

Well, now I know what I have been missing all these years! I had drinks at the Loch Bar several years ago but had never eaten there. What a fantastic experience on a warm Saturday night. The service was excellent and the food out of this world delicious. It's hard to find hushpuppies around this area so when I saw them on the menu, I had to try them and they did not disappoint. I also love lamb, so I ordered the Grilled Lamb Kebabs. The lamb was marinated and came drizzled with an incredibly tasty chimichurri sauce. OMG. They were so tender and flavorful. The portion size was perfect for me to enjoy them all over again the next day as leftovers. I will definitely be coming here often now that I have experienced Loch Bar Baltimore. A beautiful restaurant right on the water.

I chose to dine at one of my reataurants on my Yelp "To Go" list. This selection is in Harbour East with Harbour view. There are seats available inside or outside. I chose inside due to the numerous Lantern bugs crawling and flying around outside. I made the decision to go here as it had NFL being aired on tvs at the bar and oysters. We ordered drinks Orange crush and Beachcoma. Then we decided on a 2 each of a selection of 4 different types raw oysters. The oysters did not wow me. They did not touch my satisfaction button. I was a bit disappointed. We then ordered grilled chicken club and a medium well Loch burger. My burger came out well done but was tasty. We were okay with our sandwiches. I also ordered Rockafella oysters which they took them off the check as we tasted them. The waitress was cool and told us that many people send them back. They were bland tasting and was packed with cheese as well as watery underneath. All were a hit and miss. Its not a wow restaurant for me and Atlas is not giving the status that they are known for. They may wow you as they have other menu items that of course we didnt get. Try them out if you want the view that is always a plus.

This was a good spot. The crab cakes were delicious! However, the oyster Rockefeller was subpar. The oysters were so large and did not even seem like they were real. I had a horrible taste in my mouth afterwards.

We sat outside on a warm, Spring night! The service was great. He was on top of refills and checking in. I ordered the Chilean sea bass and was so pleased with the taste! I will be back to order it, especially when I want something healthy but still seasoned and tasty

Beautiful location but bland food. Also slow service, but the waiters were kind. We stopped in before heading to the ravens game and ordered oysters, mussels and frites and crab cake sandwich. The oysters were a tad warm, we noticed the ice started to melt quickly. The mussels visually seemed that the broth should have flavor but it a bland and thin there were also quite a few closed mussels in the serving so missed out on those because I won't eat bad seafood. The crab cake unfortunately was more breading than crab and underwhelming. We will not be returning.

Saturday Night . 10:11 pm Kitchen Close : 11 Restaurant Closes : 12 We ordered Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass and 1 crab cakes with fries . A glass of Pinot Noir and a coke. Dress Code: I seen women and men in hoodies, club wear, work attire, gowns. Keep in mind it is attached to 4 Seasons Hotel and ppl may be coming from the BYGONE bar on the top floor. Host: Attentive and Friendly Waitress: Nicole , very friendly makes good recommendations. Bathroom: Dirty. Overflowing trash can, tissue on floor, floor with stains. Kinda reminds me of me of a teenage nightclub bathroom. IMO: fast service , good food. Fish cooked to perfection, buttery texture. The dish pictured leaves a bit of heat in your mouth from the ragout .This Chilean Sea Bass is temporary. They will change the menu at some point, not sure when. Crab cake was meaty

I really want to love this place but the truth is, it's overpriced and underwhelming. I go to all Atlas restaurants and this one personally just doesn't do it for me. The Brussels sprouts are definitely a high point. The crab dip is tasty but again, not good enough to negate the price tag on them. A bowl of French fries is 10 bucks and I have to say, I have had better fries. The Chesapeake was good but I'm ok if I never have it again. The outside space is a nice place to hang. I would say stick to dessert and get a little sun, but even that will still probably run you 20 bucks.

I just came on for dessert and was able to get a spot on their outdoor patio. Our service was efficient and friendly from Mickey. It was a beautiful night, and the string lights helped to set the mood. I enjoyed the smith island cake (its a bit smaller than it was previously making it not such a shareable portion for $14). I wish they put the raspberry sauce on the side, instead of on the cake because it overtook the flavor--- I scraped most of it off. I appreciated that they had decaf espresso. I enjoyed my latte as well.

So we got settled immediately and started ordering. Our gracious server asked for drinks, which have a bottomless option during brunch. We could pick from mimosas, crushes, sangria and bloody marys. I tried everything but the bloody marys, and while they were good, whew there was a lot of ice in the mimosa... I'm not used to ice there, so it threw me off but it was still good! The REAL highlight was the food... the item I got changed my life: Crab. Cake. Eggrolls. They came with this amazing sweet chili sauce and were so filling and delicious! I also got chicken & waffle sliders to go that had a nice kick and the waffle texture was great! My cousin enjoyed his food as well. Also, shout out to the bagel wall that's on the way to the bathroom. It had great options and all the fixings! If I wasn't full I would've gotten one myself. I will return here for brunch.

Its…read moreusually hard to get a breakfast buffet wrong but unfortunately this buffet experience was lackluster. They offered a variety of items: deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, chicken and waffles, beef and chorizo quesadillas, sausage, home fries, and French toast. They advertised fruit salad on the menu but they didn't have it out on the day we went. For starters, the food was lukewarm. Everything could have tasted so much better if it was warm. Even when they would refill the pans, everything was still not warm enough. The restaurant was not packed but they were slow to refill for the parties that were there. When we tried to go back for a second plate, most of the items weren't replenished and the line was getting longer. It was so bad that one group asked to pay for their drinks and leave because they weren't able to get any food. My option of each item: Deviled eggs- yolk mixture was on the drier side and bland Scrambled eggs- they were ok. Just needed to be warm Chicken and waffles- it was giving "chicken tender on eggo waffle" chicken was better than the bland waffle. It also didn't help that the syrup they had was cold and thick. It made the waffle (and French toast) colder and hard to swallow. French toast- the first batch was (with the exception of being cold) perfectly cooked and dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar. The refill batches were so burnt and hard to chew and they didn't bother putting powdered sugar on them. Again, the cold syrup didn't help. Beef and chorizo quesadillas- they may have been a crowd favorite because getting a second serving was hard because they kept going quickly and took a while to replenish. They just needed to be warmer and served with sour cream. Home fries- great with the peppers and onions. Just need to be warmer. Sausage- my least favorite thing because it didn't taste like Sausage. It was very dry. Sadly, the food was a epic fail. This may be a great place for cocktails because the bartender mixed our margaritas perfectly. They had a Build Your Own Margarita menu with many different flavor options. I opted for the watermelon margarita with a Tajin rim. Delicious! My friend had a pineapple mango margarita with sugar rim and he was impressed also. The drinks earned them an extra star because otherwise, I think the food and the slow refilling of the buffet earned it 2 stars.

We begin eating our entrées and still had not received our drinks. I made my way to the bar and let one of the bartenders know that we had ordered a drink and not received it. She passed that message along to our waitress, and I was on the way to the bathroom when I saw the interaction. Our waitress seemed to be not at all interested in what the hostess had to say in pertains to our drink. I proceeded to sit at the bar and wait for our drink as I watched her take shots with other patrons in the establishment. I then went to the bathroom and returned to my table and two minutes later, she arrived with my very much watered down, lemon crusher.
