I hired this company for a move last month within Dedham and I cant say enough about how happy and stress free they made my move. I was actually panicking before the move because we didn't get all the packing done we wanted too, so i called Paul and he reassured me that it was not a problem at all and that they would take care of everything for us. They arrived at our place about 15 minutes before the actual start time and flew thru everything. They are awesome!! I forgot to mention that I had an 82 inch sofa that wouldn't fit thru our doorway at the new place so they wrapped it up and hoisted it onto the second floor like it was nothing! I couldn't look but when I heard them laughing I figured everything was cool, they just about finished when I turned around so I was able to see the final push (literally). I had called Michael a week before I needed to move. He took the time to give me times/options/prices, etc and explained everything throughly there was also great communication to confirm the night before as well as an ETA sent in the morning. Michael, Nate and Rodrigo arrived on time in the morning and were ready to get to work. The guys did a good job assessing all of my stuff and how it would best fit in the trust. It was nice to know my belonging were in good hands. They also made sure to wrap dressers and other delicate items. They did a great job following my directions :) Everyone was friendly, worked hard and were kind enough entertain me which made the move fun. After 43 years in the same house, we felt overwhelmed with the prospect of moving. Mike helped me think through the steps needed to move packed boxes to a local storage unit and everything headed for liquidation out to our garage. The crew was fast, courteous and careful with everything including our dogs. Our final move to MD was several weeks later. Again the crew arrived and moved efficiently to pack everything into the truck, first from our storage unit and then from our house, including a snowblower, ladder and garden wagon. Unloading at the other end was without incident and the MD crew worked with Mike and my son-in-law to deliver to both a storage unit and then a house. Mike and his crew (of 3 total) did an absolutely outstanding job moving us about 30 miles from our apartment into a new house. They worked quickly, were friendly and professional from start to finish, and above all extremely careful with our belongings and the houses themselves. No damage to a single thing in either place. The rate was also exceptional for a crew of 3 talented, experienced guys. They even moved a piano for us and made it look easy -- it was by far the quickest of any of the 4 times we've had that piano moved in the past. Really happy with Top Speed! I somehow found Top Speed in one of my many google searches for available movers in Boston for 9/1. I submitted a request for a quote and they offered us a great rate!! I spoke with Paul on the phone and he was wonderful from the initial quote conversation all the way through completion of service. Three guys showed up within the time window we signed up for and moved us quickly. (I will note that we had everything packed up so they could just move the boxes more efficiently.) I used this company 2 days ago for a move from Newton to Brookline and I am so glad that I did! It was the first time I had moved in about 15 years so I underestimated on what I thought that I had to move, that wasn't a problem though because my movers brought a big truck and ensured me that everything was going to be OK.
