We've never used movers because we had a do-it-yourself attitude mixed with cost-saving. However, we lived on a 4th floor apartment with no elevator in Brighton. After researching, we decided to work with Mass Moving. An amazing experience from start to finish. I submitted a form for a quote; within an hour, I received a response for 2 movers. 3 weeks before moving, they followed up to recommend switching to 3 movers due to the 4th floor walk-up. We are so glad to have trusted their recommendation. On the moving day, it took them only 30 minutes to bring everything down into their truck. We had a couch, dozen boxes, bed frame and mattress, office desks, dining table, and other random items. The entire experience from them arriving in front of our Brighton apartment to unloading in Quincy took 2.5 hours. We would have never been able to move as efficiently without Mass Moving. Of course, you need to apply your own due diligence by packing everything (non-furniture) into boxes and securing the parking permits in front of your home. I have never used movers before (and I've moved A LOT) mostly because of being weary that I'm putting my money to good use when I'm moving a matter of a couple miles. I can honestly say my experience with Mass Moving was so outstanding that if I have to move again, I'll not hesitate to use their services again. The process of getting a quote and confirming an appointment via email was super easy and their responses were prompt. The movers called, as promised, when they were about 10 mins away. They were efficient, professional, and friendly respectfully following my instruction on where items needed to go when we arrived at the new place. They also tackled the job of disassembling my bed frame and reassembling it at the new apt really quickly - it's more solid and sturdy now than it was when I assembled it originally. Truly exceptional! These guys are really good at what they do! We are the kind of people who have always moved ourselves. But this time, happily, we decided to use professionals. We received an estimate and quote within few hours. They were quick to respond to emails and phone calls. At first I insisted on a big (20ft) truck, but their manager assured me that they can fit our one bedroom contents in their 16ft truck, which I hardly believed. To my surprise their truck was a third empty when fully loaded. They packed it very carefully into a well padded vehicle. These guys were super efficient, careful, and polite. The entire move took a little over 3 hours and it all cost me less than $250. Thank you so much guys. It happened that in the past 2 years I moved more than 3 times. I've tried different companies and among them this was the best. They gave me a quote which was fair to the market . They charge per hour and I was a little bit concerned because some people would stretch hours to make money on me. But these guys were able to finish everything within two hours!!! It was great. Hasan and Roman did an excellent job. From beginning with the quote until last box was moved in, everything went smoothly. A good mover can be hard to find. But this was a pleasant experience. Huge thanks to Khasan and Alex for helping us move out of our 2bd apartment in Arlington to our new home. These guys are fast, professional and efficient. It took 5 hours from 9:45 am to 2:45 pm from door to door in which not a minute was wasted. When they arrived we almost finished packing, so they helped to pack the rest and wrap in blanket furniture, tv and computer screens. This was the second time I've used these guys. They were very professional and wrapped all of our furniture so that nothing got damaged in the move. They were very hard working and had a great attitude. When we ran into a problem getting our box spring through into the new place, they were able to haul it up over the rail of the porch (3rd floor) using straps (for a small extra fee).
