They worked hard and efficiently, and they did a great job helping me pack my apartment into the small space of the unit and were very friendly. The only 2 complaints I have however with the company in general were the punctuality and the cost. I initially asked for a morning slot and the week before when I reached out to verify the confirmation, they requested I take a 2 or 3p slot, which I said I preferred the 2p, but they confirmed as 3p, and I agreed. However, around 2:10p I received a call that they were going to be late around 4:30p due to the previous movers. Then at 4:35p I received anther message saying they were sorry, but now they would not be there until 5:10 due to traffic. This caused me to not finished moving with them until 7:30p and I still had work to do after they left. As for the cost, while they do not make this clear, when they say minimum 3 hours - they mean minimum on labor is 3 hours + 1 Hour minimum on travel. So please expect their minimum cost to be 119/hr (2 movers cash) x 4 hours = 476$. If they had come at the requested time, total travel time would have been only 45mins + move time 2.15 hours = 3 hours for myself, so there was an additional cost not expected. Just please be aware when comparing companies.
