We were having trouble with the lock mechanism for two different sliding glass doors for our house in the Oakland Hills (Orinda border) so we requested a quote on Yelp. He got back to us very quickly, and was able to come within a couple hours. He was able to fix one of the sliding glass doors right away however the second door took quite some time (it turned out the lock wasn't the issue, the door had issues with closing correctly). It was evident that he cared about finishing the job correctly and didn't give up until the door closed smoothly and properly allowed us to lock it without any issues. His pricing was reasonable compared to others and though the 2nd job took some time, he didn't ask for additional compensation above what he had already quoted....
