I had Tomax Construction replaced some dry rot wood siding and paint my house last summer. Because of the rain or whatever reason I had some premature chipping and pealing on the wood siding. I talked to Tom the owner about it and he immediately sent over his man Adam and he started scaping and sanding the entire area right away. He spent 4 days doing prep, primer, and painting. Basically doing a complete do over of the front siding. I appreciate the fact that Tom, without hesitation fixed the problem area and made it all good.
