Instead, I was completely embarrassed by how we were treated. Joyce tossed/threw straws at our table, brought out Dr Peppers and waters, and immediately told us that "the rules" were that we couldn't share sodas. Nobody said we were sharing sodas. The assumption, attitude, and way she spoke to us were completely unnecessary. The situation became so uncomfortable and humiliating that our entire group got up and walked out without eating. What bothers me most is that I have continued giving this restaurant chances because I've been a loyal customer for so many years. After four bad experiences, I'm done. You don't treat longtime paying customers this way--especially customers who have supported your business consistently for 5+ years and are bringing NEW customers through your doors. I never thought I would be leaving this review for a restaurant my family used to love, but the service and treatment under the current management have completely changed our opinion of this place. We will not be returning.
