    Berry smoothie

Got a berry smoothie here. Staff were very friendly and drink came out quickly. Tasted like a good fruit smoothie. No complaints and the area was super cute!

Came to toastique while running errands and I wanted a quick coffee. I walked in and saw how cute it was inside and grabbed my cafe au lait, checked out the rest of the menu and went about my morning. I ended up going back around 11 for a quick lunch and saw it was way more crowded. I was craving something fresh and saw their smoothie bowls and knew I wanted one for lunch. I settled on the PB+B bowl which was a peanut butter and banana berry smoothie bowl. I loved it! It was the perfect amount of food for what I needed and it was fresh and filling. All the toppings were good from the banana, granola, nuts, and the peanut butter drizzled on top!

Walked over here after mass for breakfast and had a delicious, healthy breakfast. My husband ordered an açaí bowl while I got smoked salmon toast. We also got a couple of fresh juices. Not only did they taste good, but they also beautiful. It was such a lovely breakfast on a sunny Sunday. There was ample seating and the food came out fairly quickly. Definitely will be back again to try more of the menu.

I always feel healthy after eating at Toastique. The menu is delicious. You can see that all the ingredients are super fresh. The summer chicken salad toast and the prosciutto/peach/buratta cheese toast are fabulous. Our server Gisele was lovely. I have to complement the outdoor seating arrangement - it's raised above street level so that you feel separated from the 19th street traffic.

Gourmet toast?! Count me in. This + a smoothie was perfect for lunch and so delicious.

I found this on Uber eats and decided to try it. I went with the green juice and the black mystique bowl. The juices have me hooked and I've ordered the juice several times after discovering Toastique.

I originally went to the location in the wharf and tried this one out. I got the dragon berry açaí bowl it was actually really good but I can do without the goji berries and maybe a bit more honey mixed into the smoothie or even agave. The super fruit smoothie was both tasty and refreshing. The two stars of the show were the spicy crab and on crunch both equally delicious now I will say they are a bit pricy I spent $55 total without tip which is a whole dinner somewhere else but the quality of the food is worth it for every once in awhile

Stopped by here on a Sat w husband & kids. Pretty ambiance but there was no AC on, so inside was very hot an 80 degree weather day which was a huge negative. Had to sit outside in a shade spot but tables & chairs were extremely limited. Food was delicious but quite expensive. 3 avocado toasts, 1 yogurt & 3 smoothies ran us close to $100.

I like the modern aesthetic with big windows that lets in a lot of sun and pretty plants. However, the price for a smaller portion was not worth it (~$15 after tax and tip). Some of the fruit was not fresh and the employee was kind of rude and talking negatively about other customers in the store which was uncomfortable.

Toastique is really a favorite of mine. With places like this I tend to be a creature a habit. Sooo my first run in with toasttique was on a staycation at the Warf in DC. I wanted something fresh for breakfast and On a morning walk I found toastique. Call me what you will but it was honestly the name that gave it curb appeal to me. Thought it was catchy, So I had to try it. I had the smoked salmon and locks. I mean it's sooo good. I have major texture issue when it comes to putting things atop bread, or anything else that can get soggy, and toasttique has master appeasing people like myself. The bread/toast, even under an array of things still had crunch. MAJOR PLUS. In Addison the salmon was smoked extremely well. Again, I have texture issue and the salmon was perfect. It's not your average piece of toast, in fact it's the toast equivalent of jumbo slice for pizza. Lol. It's pretty big you could share if you want, but I certainly fishi mine alone. They're juiced drink also really good over all toasttique is super cute, very friendly, and good to grab on the go "they're pretty quick)10 out of 10.

Where I am from we do both have Toastique so this was on my list of places to try. I love the aesthetic, its super modern, & clean. I ordered the smoked salmon toast and iced latte and it was delicious! I ended up going to another location to try a juice and it was so good. I will be back!

The standout of the morning was the breakfast side potatoes--crispy, seasoned perfectly, and easily something I'd come back for. The breadbasket came with three pastries, which felt a bit smaller than expected, but the almond croissant more than made up for it. On the heartier side, the chicken and waffles were extremely filling thanks to the dense waffles, so definitely a dish to tackle with an appetite. One of the biggest surprises was the brunch salad with salmon, which ended up being one of the best salads I've had in a long time--fresh, balanced, and satisfying. The breakfast sandwich was another highlight: so good that it's now the new standard I'll compare all other breakfast sandwiches to. The smoked salmon bagel was also a fun experience, served deconstructed so you can build each bite exactly how you like it. Not everything was a hit--the French toast wasn't my favorite--but the overall meal was strong enough that it barely detracted from the experience. Brunch offers a few additions beyond the regular breakfast menu, but overall it's very similar to their standard breakfast, just with a couple of extra options. It tends to get full on the weekends to make a reservation. Bottom line: Penbrook is a beautiful hotel restaurant that punches above its weight--excellent service, memorable dishes, and several items worth returning for.

The place is carved up into unique spaces, from dark private lounge areas to dining spaces to sun-soaked dining rooms. It is a visual treat! As for food, I tried several Starters and mostly enjoyed them. I started with the Tabard donut because why not start a meal with dessert right?! And when it's named after the establishment it has to be good. And it was! The sugar sprinkled cake donut was warm and tasty - a must try! I also ordered the corn soup. It was a small bowl of, you guessed it, kernel corn infused soup base with a crusty covering. The shell (reminded me of crème brûlée) was good, but I was a bit disappointed that the soup was only lukewarm. The best part of the meal was the hush puppies. They had a bit of a spicy kick and were slightly greasy, but they were a comfort food delight! I will definitely get more of them when I return! The curry itself had a wee bit of spice and was a bit sweet - but that could have been from the sweet potatoes. The chicken was served in a bowl on the side, which felt a bit... odd... I would've expected it to be incorporated into the main dish. It was kind of bland and a bit lukewarm, so I don't know that I'd order that again... but I would definitely order this again!

Novice was the bartender and recommended the Proper burger. I added my typical fries and a Diet Coke. The burger came out quickly. Right off the bat, it's visually amazing. A properly stacked Burger is hard to find. The 2 best things about this burger are 1. The taste , and 2. The form of the burger. The taste is absolutely fantastic. The Gouda paired perfectly with the red onions and the perfectly cooked, juicy beef patties. The aioli was just enough and not overbearing, like looking at a painting of a castle and noticing the subtle blurred background of misty forest. The arugula added another layer of flavor that helped kick this burger into the highest echelons of Burger superiority. And of course, the brioche bun was perfect for this style of burger. It kept its shape while I gently smushed it down in my hands. The entire burger kept its shape and didn't fall apart like some other Burgers will. As I sank my teeth into the first bite, the first thing I noticed was all the flavors blending together. Each bite afterwards just added to my mystified and puzzled bewilderment. The texture was moist and soft. As I chewed and swallowed each morsel, I began to think to myself, is this it? Is my search over? Is this the BEST burger in the country? Never had I tasted such a wonderful burger! (Sorry In-N-Out 2x1, raw onions, chopped chilis, toasted bun, you are no longer on the top of my list). As I neared completion of my newly discovered epitome of gluttonous desires, a feeling of sadness started to take over. I would be done with the burger in a few more bites, and with that, my journey would conclude. I sat there, staring at what would be my final bite. The last bit of pleasure in between my slender fingers, still dripping with the juices God had placed there after it was grilled to perfection in the Kitchen. I placed the final delectable piece into my mouth. I spent what felt like an eternity chewing this treasure before finally gulping down the goblet of wonder. What came after was a feeling of pure bliss. I had finally done it. All the years, all the time dedicated to finding the best Burger ever, is complete.
