No wait for a walk-in and when they were finished i thought they were great! Made an appointment earlier that day. Walk in and there's so many ppl in the salon and we were told to wait for all of the walk ins first. We were given people who messed up our nails. They didn't even know basic nail shapes. They had to get the owner to reshape our nails. They didnt paint our nails well either. My friends' had a dust spec in it and it wasnt fixed well either. It took us 2-3hrs to just get a normal manicure. It should've taken 45-1hr. Terrible place. Never going back. read more

My friends and I came here after a girl's lunch for pedis, they were cheep and they were fast but that where the positives ended. My pedi was good. But when she did my mani she cut up my fingers when taking off the cuticles. I can understand maybe one place being a little close to the skin, but most of my fingers are sore and some of them started bleeding after a while. I would not recommend this place. I stopped going to a nail salon after 7 years after coming to this salon a month ago. I can't believe how happy I have been with Selena and Henry. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Selina gave me the perfect length the first time I came and Henry reshaped my nails to the perfect coffin shape when I came in to fix a broken nail. Just some advice to women who come in, if they're busy, don't bite their heads off cause they can't get to you right away. They do get busy. cause they ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. My husband decided to treat me to getting my nails done and didn't want me to go alone so he paid for my sister to get her nails done as well. I called ahead of time since it's Mother's Day to see if they were busy and to get an idea of the pricing. I looked through their pictures and reviews before I called. When I asked if they were busy (I called at 3:20) the lady who answered said they were not but the last appointment/walk in they will take is at 4pm since they close at 5pm. I only live 5 minutes away from this nail salon. So my sister and I hopped in the car and went. The gel manicure is $20 and the spa pedicure is $15. ($5 more for callous remover.) Both are a steal. When we came in, the man was sitting in one of their spa chairs getting a massage and was a little rude when he asked what we needed done. I loved the lady who did my pedicure and she was very gentle with me because I am pregnant. She also was very honest with me and said I did not need the callous remover. I really appreciated that. However, the man (same man who greeted) who did my manicure would rudely nudge my hand/arm whenever he needed it to change for the UV or to get to a different nail. He cut too close on my cuticle and I bled. Also, when giving me a massage, he was a little rough and I now have a bruise on my arm. When he was finished with me, he walked away and I noticed there was extra paint that was sticking to my skin and he came back to clip it off when he noticed I kept messing with my nail. He did not really check my nails and did not even rub off the gel with alcohol. I was pretty much over him and his service at that point. The men who did my sister's gel manicure and pedicure were very nice! I ended up tipping all of them except the man who did my manicure. We would definitely go back but I would rather wait than get serviced by that guy again. Hopefully I will be able to get names next time I go. read more

After treating my girlfriend to a manicure and pedicure, was given trouble service by the staff on the method of payment. After initially being told that I would be able to pay with a card since it was after 7pm. I was told upon leaving that I would have to pay with cash. Even though there were multiple people prior to me that payed with their card.There was NO sign on the wall that specified no card use after 7pm nor, was there any announcements made before 7pm to use card before a certain time. There were so many BS reasons given for why I had to walk to the corner store and use an ATM to pay. Very shady place!This salon will not get any more money $$ from this family! read more

I will never come here again! I got a gel mani and a spa pedicure. Both the manicurist and the pedicurist constantly made me say "ow" and almost to the point that my eyes got watery. I almost left but then I realized they were half way done and they were still going to charge me full price for what the half crap work they've done. I pulled away once (because she hurt me) and the manicurist asked me to stop that and grabbed pulled my hand back. I told her it was because she's hurting me. This place is okay honestly they charged me 100 dollars for nails I could get somewhere so much cheaper but my mom loves the place so I go with her. I got these matte nails and it's barely the second week and it acrylic nails are already starting to come off. Not to mention when she did my nails they messed up on my thumbs ones bigger than the other and I did like how it looked but they was a bunch of white specks everywhere. Okay so to start off I don't know why this pagas such good reviews. I went to get my nails done with my mom and sisters as a little girls day about 3-4 days ago. We walked in and the places looked crowded but it was just small. It looked dirty, smelled sweaty, and was very hot inside, (the air wasn't put on until more costumers started coming). We walked in not knowing who to go to because the staff was all over and very confusing. Then a lady asked us to pick our colors of polish. You can tell some polish was very out of date but we just ignored it and looked for our colors. After about 15 minutes we were all seated. Me and my sister were getting a full set while my younger sister got her nails painted and my mom got a manicure with gel. The lady's seemed sweet but were either very slow or very rushed. My little sisters nails were rushed and only used one coat of nail polish. Mine were very very very slow. As my mom was getting her nails done she noticed that the acetone that was used on her hands (which have cuts) was pored back into the bottle and used on other costumers. . The lady who did my nails cut my cuticle, the nails are crooked, I asked for coffin and got weirdly square thumbnails, I asked for shorter nails and the lady ignored me, and the Acrylic is way to far from the cuticle. Used to like coming here but not anymore prices are good but I rather pay 2 or 3 $ more somewhere where they keep the tools they use clean and new ! When I would go in to get pedicures it seemed as if they used the same tools!!! Same nail filess! they started cutting me in every visit I would get a pedicure and when I went in to get gel manicures or full set they always wanted me to do appointment and when I would make an appointment for pedicure and nails they would do my nails and They would make me wait an hour to get my pedicure while they are receiving people that didn't even have appointments ! I got my eyebrows done horribly done wrong. The lady didn't know how to do eyebrows and she told me she didn't know how to do them, that she's learning after she was done. She burned the bottom of my eyebrows and the top. She left my right eyebrow thicker than my left. She even took half of my left eyebrow. read more

Just went here for the first time after seeing the good reviews for this place. The salon is small and in a kind of run down strip mall...BUT...the service was excellent. I had a gel french tip manicure ($25) and a gel pedicure ($25). I think the prices were reasonable and they did an excellent job. This is probably the best french tip I have ever had.
